According to The New York Times, “Voters overwhelmingly believe American democracy is under threat, but seem remarkably apathetic about that danger, with few calling it the nation’s most pressing problem, according to a New York Times/Siena College poll. In fact, more than a third of independent voters and a smaller but noteworthy contingent of Democrats said they were open to supporting candidates who reject the legitimacy of the 2020 election, as they assigned greater urgency to their concerns about the economy than to fears about the fate of the country’s political system [emphasis added].”
What have I been saying for months now? What? Americans don’t want democracy! Full f***ing stop! Americans are too stupid and too apathetic to care about preserving their freedoms. Indeed, it’s the economy, stupid. As I have said countless, countless times, people would readily give up other people’s freedoms (and eventually their own) if they think they can vote for someone who will get gas prices down, which, of course, is a stupid notion since no one politician or even a gaggle of the president, senators, or congressmen can control the free market trade of international oil. But that never stops f***tards from believing their vote is directly correlated to lower gas prices. But whatever! America is just too m*****f***ing G.D. stupid; they would rather vote for an anti-democracy candidate if they thought they could save a few bucks! Un-f***ing-believable! I guess freedom does have a price — about $2.50 per gallon. I live in hell. Welcome to stupid America. I hate to sound like a broken record, but the end is coming. Get ready, people!
