Andrew Yang gets rejected twice — his failed presidential and New York City mayoral bids — so now he’s leaving the Democratic Party to create his own independent party by doing an interview with racist Tucker Carlson in the name of “reaching out.” As Rolling Stone puts it, “Andrew Yang got to push his new book and talk about the new political party he’s attempting to launch during an interview on Saturday, but once the plugging was over, CNN’s Jim Acosta pressed the former president and New York City mayoral candidate on why he agreed to speak with Tucker Carlson recently. … Yang’s compromised his actions by saying that speaking with the Tucker’s of the world is his attempt at quelling the angst between those who disagree politically.”
Yang is full of sour grapes, and he’s dumb enough to think he’s going to fix America’s broken political system by starting a third party as if the Green Party and Libertarian Party — the two most prominent — are making any difference. If anything, they cost Al Gore and Hillary Clinton their presidential bids. So, yeah. Another independent party is the worst idea ever. Naturally, Yang thinks he will be the exception, especially since he’s never won any political contest before, which I suppose is why everyone starts a third party or runs as a third party candidate; they can’t win in the mainstream. I think it’s pretty clear that Yang caught the celebrity bug, coupled with the realization he can get richer from heading a losing political party. Oh, and sell books, of course. In short, Yang has become another grifter. I never believed he had any substance, particularly after his “big announcement” at one of the Democratic debates where he gave away money to gain attention. Really? What a moron! I rolled my eyes when he rotated to the top of the polls for a hot second during the Democratic primary. As if! He’s wholly unserious and just playing to a base of idiots, which is why he ran to Fox News to be interviewed by a racist host who very likely thinks Yang should be deported back from where ever he came. Look, Yang, you f***tard! There are no “gettable” votes for your lame third party on Fox News. You’re not going to reach anybody or simmer any tensions by reaching out to the crazy, far-right unless, of course, you like those kinds of people, which I suspect is probably the case. Pay no attention to anything Yang says! Welcome to stupid America, where apparently everyone thinks they’re important! (You’re not!)
