According to CNN, “Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi privately told President Joe Biden in a recent conversation that polling shows that the president cannot defeat Donald Trump and that Biden could destroy Democrats’ chances of winning the House in November if he continues seeking a second term, according to four sources briefed on the call. The president responded by pushing back, telling Pelosi he has seen polls that indicate he can win, one source said. Another one of the sources described Biden as getting defensive about the polls. At one point, Pelosi asked Mike Donilon, Biden’s longtime adviser, to get on the line to talk over the data.”

I have been silent on this issue until now; I had not weighed in immediately after Biden’s debate debacle because, in my mind, his poor performance didn’t matter then and doesn’t matter now because Democrats were always destined to lose. At this point, dumbass Democrats are merely rearranging chairs on the Titanic, and the dumbest segment of the Democratic wing of the party (i.e., uber-progressives getting high on hourly hits hopium) is hell-bent on orchestrating the quintet until the last song in their set before drowning. I expected nothing less, for they have routinely discounted and ignored the polls to their detriment. I guess before I go any further, I must reiterate to my ones and ones of followers that I will vote blue no matter who, but what I’m witnessing now is precisely everything I’ve been predicting for years. Years! But whatever. No one is paying attention. (The only caveat I will other is if Biden drops out and Harris becomes the nominee, then the question becomes this: Does the change at the top of the ticket excite the base and those voters on the margins enough and long enough to outweigh America’s racism and misogyny? Democrats are d*mned if they do and d*mned if they don’t.)

Indeed, listening to the far-left, progressive wing of the Democratic Party has been insufferable at times, namely Stephanie Miller, Dean Obeidallah, Hall Sparks, The Rude Pundit, John Fugelsang, Bob Cesca, et al. The most aggravating argument from these idiots — post-debate disaster — is that Biden remains statically tied in the polls. Are you f***ing kidding me? Traitor trump is barreling toward an election win that will end America’s democracy as we know it, and dumbass Democrats — as usual — are cheerleading Biden being f***ing tied in the polls — at best. (And don’t get me started when third-party candidates are thrown into the mix, which everyone keeps ignoring.) Yet, those around Biden appear completely oblivious — but then again, I expected nothing less from this sh*t-for-brains Democratic Party. They seem determined to lose. Whatever! Of course, the 50 percent barrier was never supposed to be broken, according to all the idiot political pundits out there in stupid America. According to NBC News, “The Florida judge overseeing Donald Trump’s classified documents trial dismissed the case against the former president Monday on the grounds that the appointment of and funding for special counsel Jack Smith was illegal.” Looks like traitor trump keeps on winning, and I don’t mean that in a good way, but it’s true. As traitor trump continues to pile up wins — from cheating death to getting away with breaking the law — America steadily declines, and our Democracy withers on the vine because no one f***ing cares. Look, f***tards, this latest bit in a string of traitor trump victories is not actually news. We all knew this was coming. Cannon never had any intention of bringing this case to trial; she was merely waiting for the right time to dismiss the case, and what better timing than after SCOTUS crowned United States Presidents as kings — a green light that RepubliKKKlans will abuse but dumbass Democrats dare not push the envelope of presidential power even to save our democracy. But whatever! F***ing weak Democrats! Nothing ever changes, and people may wonder why I stopped posting regularly. I give up! But I digress.

Back to the point: This classified documents case died here and now. Even though Smith will appeal the ruling to the Eleventh Circuit, it will percolate through the system like molasses. And once it gets to SCOTUS, if the traitor trump allows it to happen — recall, once traitor trump returns to the White House, this case goes away entirely, including the appeals — then the uber-conservative supermajority of justices will, no doubt, side with traitor trump, just like they have with all their other recent rulings. But what, ultimately, is the lesson to be learned from this last bit of crumbling of America’s rule of law? No one f***ing cares! No American cares! I promise you, f***tards. No one cares. This ruling should send chills through the American electorate, but most won’t even hear about it, least of all, apprehend its significance. If Americans truly cared about the country, then they would understand the threat traitor trump poses to the United States and the world. Other MSM outlets are eating up this potential change of heart from traitor trump and the possibility he will seize this moment to “lower the temperature” of political discourse in the country as if that’s ever going to happen from him. They think this makes for a great news story: Traitor trump, a man transformed. Not! I’ll take back what I said yesterday and give “credit” to traitor trump, who may call for unity in a speech or two following the failed assassination, but his change of tone won’t last. Traitor trump is incapable of change, and for a narcissist like him, a near-death experience does not humble a man; it does not cause him to re-evaluate his life or reconsider how he may use this “second chance” to change life’s direction. No! None of this is happening within the psyche of this man. (You think he has a God complex now? Just you wait, f***tards!) The only thing he’s obsessing about is how to take revenge. No doubt about it, Macron is the man of the moment. Just when political pundits thought he was crazy for calling a snap election and just when those same morons thought he had dug his own political grave after the far-right’s better-than-expected showing in the first round of voting, he perhaps pulled off a not-so-surprising victory in the second round of voting. I say not-so-surprising victory — although for many, it was a surprise that the center and left held — because I sensed that when Macron called for a snap election, daring the nation to put Le Pen’s far-right party in charge, he’d come out on top. And, as it turns out, he called it correctly! French citizens would not tolerate such a notion of a return to neo-Nazis controlling the country, and, indeed, with the largest turnout since 1980, they came out to vote, rejecting the far-right party. Now, I am surprised only in so far as it would seem there is a limit to the far-right’s power and popularity in Europe despite an anti-incumbency movement on the continent.

What might this portend for America’s elections in November? Sadly, nothing. I have no doubt that this sh*t-for-brains nation will elect its first American dictator because citizens simply are not smart enough to avoid traitor trump again. I think Politico had a really good article explaining the implication of SCOTUS overruling the Chevron deference. (You can tell this ruling was expected by the swiftness with which Politico was available to publish its story within a mere hour or so of the SCOTUS decision.) I quote from it extensively below.

The Supreme Court on Friday killed off a judicial doctrine that has protected many federal regulations from legal challenges for decades — delivering a major victory for conservatives and business groups seeking to curb the power of the executive branch.

The 6-3 decision divided the court along ideological lines. Its fallout will make it harder for President Joe Biden or any future president to act on a vast array of policy areas, from wiping out student debt and expanding protections for pregnant workers to curbing climate pollution and regulating artificial intelligence.

Known as Chevron deference, the Reagan-era doctrine required judges to defer to agencies’ “reasonable” interpretations of “ambiguous” federal laws. Now, judges will be freer to impose their own readings of the law — giving them broad leeway to upend regulations on health care, the environment, financial regulations, technology and more.

The high court’s about-face comes after more than a decade of campaigning from conservatives — including some of the Republican-appointed justices themselves — looking to rein in the so-called administrative state. And it lands just two years after the justices used a ruling on a climate case to limit regulations that pose “major” implications for politics or the economy.

Chief Justice John Roberts was crystal clear in the majority opinion: “Chevron is overruled.”

“Courts must exercise their independent judgment in deciding whether an agency has acted within its statutory authority, as the [Administrative Procedure Act] requires,” Roberts continued. “Careful attention to the judgment of the Executive Branch may help inform that inquiry. And when a particular statute delegates authority to an agency consistent with constitutional limits, courts must respect the delegation, while ensuring that the agency acts within it. But courts need not and under the APA may not defer to an agency interpretation of the law simply because a statute is ambiguous.”

Chevron deference has become an “impediment” to judges deciding the law, Roberts added.

“Chevron was a judicial invention that required judges to disregard their statutory duties,” he wrote. “And the only way to ‘ensure that the law will not merely change erratically, but will develop in a principled and intelligible fashion’ is for us to leave Chevron behind.”

But the court’s liberal wing warned that the majority’s latest decision will allow unelected judges to strike down rules based on their own policy preferences. Until now, a court had to let the agencies’ interpretations stand as long as they fell within the realm of reasonability, even if the judge didn’t think it was the best reading.

“A rule of judicial humility gives way to a rule of judicial hubris,” Justice Elena Kagan wrote for the dissenting liberal wing.
