Traitor [T]rump’s Taxes

Let me begin by saying, I will not concede (yet) that my prediction of never seeing traitor trump’s taxes has been busted. Not even The New York Times has seen his tax returns; they’ve only obtained “tax-return data.” They are not the same thing, though the outcome or impact may be the same. The Times has promised more to come, so who knows what else they have to divulge. But I am far less interested in the dollar amounts he paid in taxes (or did not pay) as I am about the investigative article further exposing traitor trump as a fraud; his entire life — a life in which he’s portrayed himself as a successful billionaire businessman — is all a lie and fake. It’s all an illusion, or perhaps hoax is a better term. The article summed it up perfectly: “Ultimately, Mr. Trum p has been more successful playing a business mogul than being one in real life.” That’s it in a nutshell! In one pithy statement, The Times evinces not only the fraud that is traitor trump but also the utter stupidity of America, and by utter stupidity, I mean the dumbest f***ing country in the world. Full stop! On average, there is absolutely no nation populated by a dumber citizenry. None! I just really, really hate this m*****f***ing G.D. stupid, stupid country. I just f***ing can’t stand it anymore. The stupid just f***ing hurts, and I’m surrounded by it — it’s everywhere. For well over a year, I’ve been calling out traitor trump as a fraud and calling out his f***ing G.D. moron followers of the highest f***ing order for believing that he’s some sort of “very stable genius” “businessman!” (See here and here and here and here and here and here and here and here.) In short, a supremely stupid country fell for (is still falling for) the traitor trump moronic fraud sh*t show. And people love it! I! Can’t! With! The! Stupid! Anymore! F*** me! I just can’t!

Of course, these latest revelations will do nothing to dissuade RepubliKKKlans, MAGA morons, evil evangelicals, and any other f***tards because I live in stupid hell where anything that disparages, contradicts, or exposes Dear Leader is “fake news.” So, none of this matters. In fact, traitor trump has it entirely correct when he claims that he’s “smart” for not paying taxes; he’s absolutely right because idiots of America don’t care. They’d do the same because it has never been about “America First” or MAGA. Being a traitor trump supporter has always been about hypocrisy, selfishness, greed, hatred, and stupidity. These people are a disease in American society. It is that simple. Traitor trump’s supporters just don’t care. They want to be lied to; they want an excuse to hate openly again; they welcome ignorance and stupidity, and conspiracy theories. And they hate America, at least the version of America that departs from their own worldview. Consequently, they hate government, so they cheer traitor trump for “sticking it” to the IRS even though his followers (who he readily calls “losers” and “suckers”) are the ones who end up subsidizing his business losses and, by extension, his lifestyle because they must pay for the government’s revenue shortfall with paying more in taxes. This is the same mindset I called out four years ago (before the website) regarding the Access Hollywood tape and the Stormy Daniels hush money scandal. I knew that recording and his actions would do absolutely nothing to discourage his voters because deep, deep down inside, the MAGA morons could not possibly care any less about his misogyny, and they actually respected him (more) for f***ing a porn star — and getting away with it! His followers could only wish they were ever in a position to f*** a porn star! How many f***ing times have I said it? How many times? It’s the mirror, stupid! These tax revelations are precisely the same thing. Whatever! Nothing matters anymore!

Dare I say The Times story will do little to move those on the fence to a determination? Undecided voters, at this point, are clearly still just too f***ing stupid, and I doubt new information will do anything other than distress them more and engender more “confusion.” How there can be any confusion or questions remaining about traitor trump is incomprehensible, but then I wake up to reality and realize, oh yeah! That’s right: I live in m*****f***ing G.D. stupid hell! If anything, these “undecided” voters are just secret traitor trump voter-wannabes who are looking for that last excuse not to vote for Biden; of course, they’re not looking for a reason not to vote for traitor trump, which is why all these tax stories will do nothing in the end. No minds will be changed. If I’ve said it once, then I’ve said it a thousand times before: A tie (indecision) goes to traitor trump. One final note: Traitor trump is not and has never been a billionaire, f***tards. Full stop!

Welcome to stupid America! Home of “suckers” and “losers.” (Traitor trump’s words, not mine.) A country this trump stupid cannot survive. Presidential Debates — No Worth Watching

Anyone who thinks there is something to be gained by watching traitor trump and Biden “debate” is a f***ing moron. There is nothing to be gained except frustration. I can predict how the debates will go already: Traitor trump will stand up there lying, attacking and blaming everyone, refusing to answer questions, bullying, and do his usual showman schtick because this country is the “entertain me!” nation of f***tards. Biden, on the other hand, will try to be the traditional debater which is just completely inadequate to meet the moment. No one will fact check traitor trump and the entire 90-minute exercise will be a waste of time and would frustrate me and (should frustrate) every other progressive because Biden will fail to attack traitor trump no matter what. These are the moments for Biden to go full-on postal offensive, but he won’t. It’s not in his character. All traitor trump needs to do is hold his own to come off as not being the debate loser. (I keep saying a tie goes to the incumbent.) Biden needs to destroy traitor trump, but he just can’t. Seriously? How many people are really undecided at this point? I mean for the love of f***ing God. Seriously! Who? Those who watch just want to see the carnage. No thanks! Mark my words! Nothing to be gained but a headache. From The Hill, “Former Trump campaign manager Brad Parscale has reportedly been hospitalized after a tense exchange with police in which he was armed, barricaded himself in his home and threatened to harm himself, the South Florida Sun-Sentinel reports.” He’s a MAGA moron, so we should all be praying he actually succeeds in suicide! Let the man die. No one cares if this moron offs himself, so just do it! One less traitor trump voter to worry about.

ACA Is the Only Move Democrats Have

For once in a century, dumbass Democrats appear to be unified in their strategy and messaging. As soon as that see you next Tuesday Amy Coney Barrett b*tch accepted traitor trump’s nomination, Democratic leadership was clear in their messaging: Your health care is in danger! It came from Biden, Harris, Pelosi, and Schumer. This, by Democrat’s standards, was a miracle of coordination and discipline in messaging, and dare I say “forceful.” So, they need to keep hitting home with this message again and again and again and again once more because it’s the only argument they have! Although, Democrats need to turn up the fear factor 1000 percent by telling people that SCOTUS will declare the ACA null and void next year when that see you next Tuesday Amy Coney Barrett b*tch is confirmed! And people will die as a result and that person could be you! F*** it! Just lie to voters! Traitor trump has been doing it to RepubliKKKlans and MAGA morons to rather an impressive effect for years! Fear works more than hope, a lesson dumbass Democrats still have not learned whereas RepubliKKKlans came to power and retain power based on fear alone!

Pack the M*****f***ing G.D. Courts!

Ugh! If I have to hear one more f***ing G.D. legal “commentator” voice caution and “concern” (ala Mitt Romney and Susan Collins level of concern) about calls to pack the courts because it may engender a tit-for-tat battle between Democrats and RepubliKKKlans whenever each regains control of Congress, then I am going to lose my f***ing G.D. mind. I can’t stand this f***ing pusillanimous mindset anymore. What is most infuriating is these commentators’ justification for espousing restraint: They fear such a battle over SCOTUS will endanger the legitimacy of the Court. Hello, m*****f***ing G.D. morons of the highest m*****f***ing G.D. order! The court, with this latest nomination, has already lost its legitimacy. In fact, it’s been losing its legitimacy more and more ever since RepubliKKKlans held up Obama’s last nomination. It is clear that SCOTUS is now the legal arm of the RepubliKKKlan Party. So, its legitimacy is long gone! God-f***ing-damm*t! I can’t anymore with these f***tards and this call to err on the side of caution and not to make rash decisions in the heat of the SCOTUS battle. F*** that! We are so f***ing beyond caution and not being rash. What is even more frustrating is that dumbass Democrats — Biden! Mnuchin! — seem to be agreeing with such opinions. Un-f***inf-believable. We are so f***ing screwed! F***ing weak, stupid Democrats. It never fails!

There are legitimate and sensible reasons to pack the courts. (I must admit these are not my ideas. See the brilliant writings of Elie Mystal.) First, it is a completely rightful function of Congress to expand the courts, just as it was legitimate for RepubliKKKlans to hold up Obama’s last pick — as distasteful as it was. I am so in favor of what is good for the goose is good for the gander! Second, expanding (or reducing) the size of SCOTUS is not novel; it has occurred many times in the nation’s history. There is precedent. In fact, I say expand the SCOTUS to an absurd number such as 21, 23, or 25. The United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit has 29 judges. Why should SCOTUS, which is at the apex of the federal judicial system and without a doubt the most important court in the land, be limited to and rely on such a few number of legal opinions when upholding or striking down laws? Which brings me to my next point, which again I am borrowing from someone else. Third, the more Justices on SCOTUS then the less influence (power) any one Justice has to reshape the jurisprudence direction of the country. People already argue — RepubliKKKlans in particular but only when the argument suits them, of course — that SCOTUS has too much power. I say dilute their power by increasing the number of Justices so that no one person can f*** over the rest of the nation. If Democrats want to increase the number of Justices to 21 and then if RepubliKKKlans come to power and want to add another 6, 8, or 10, so f***ing be it! Of course, dumbass Democrats really should be trying to guarantee that at the very least they never lose the majority in the Senate. F*** the House! Just don’t lose the Senate, ever! The Senate can really f*** over a sitting president, while the House just thinks they can. But that is a pipe dream. Last, the backlog of federal cases is rediculous and the number of important cases that are not taken up on appeal is equally appalling. Justice delayed is just denied. So, pack the m*****f***ing G.D. courts at all levels and allow litigants to receive justice in months, not years. Maybe SCOTUS can grant certiorari and hear cases year-around instead of taking the Summer off.

SCOTUS and the ACA: You Did This!

I am speculating here, for I have not read nor researched the ACA lawsuit that is about to come before the High Court because in my mind there is only one question — above and beyond the legal arguments and issues of jurisprudence — and that question is this: Are there one or two Justices really willing to tip the scales of justice to take away health care — outright — from tens of millions of citizens and take away affordable health care from a hundred million people with pre-existing conditions? Is a single person or two people really about to do this? Is he or she willing to return America to a pre-ACA world where insurance companies will place spending limits and lifetime spending caps on people’s lives? What Justice will declare a law unconstitutional that has such high approval among the people? Who wants to be that Justice? The answer would seem obvious, and one may be forgiven for holding out hope. I mean two conservative Justices actually found discrimination protections for the LGBTQ community in the workplace in the Civil Rights Act. Shockingly! But that was the old SCOTUS. Now we have a new SCOTUS. Not knowing the actual questions at law, my guess is the decision will hinge on the doctrine of severability. And let’s face it: If Justices truly wanted to preserve any given law then they would find the legal reasoning to justify their decisions to do so. Conservative Justices seem less committed to the application of a consistent legal philosophy as they are committed to arriving at a pre-determined outcome.

The short answer is hell f***ing yes! Make no mistake about it! The majority of the court desires to strike down the ACA in the middle of a pandemic nonetheless. Roberts is most certainly going to be a vote with the liberal wing, but that is no longer enough. Thomas and Alito are no votes because they have ruled as such on ACA cases before, which leaves the others as unknowns on this matter. Do not think for a second any one of these individuals would not be willing to condemn people to death by taking away health care and by allowing insurance companies to walk away from individuals’ treatments because it costs too much. I have no doubt that these Justices won’t care that people with pre-existing conditions can be barred from coverage or priced out of the market. As an aside, just wait until all these people who survived SARS 2 — even those who never had symptoms — develop all kinds of health issues in the future and insurance companies start denying them coverage because they had SARS 2. Since we don’t know the long-term prognosis of SARS 2 survivors, there could be an entire cohort of millions of people that insurance companies refuse to cover, claiming they have a pre-existing condition. Nobody knows what happens to survivors over the long term. What if this is a virus that lies dormant in the heart or brain or spinal cord for years before it manifests itself in a far more serious and deadly resurgence. We have no f***ing clue! What a disaster that will be.

I have no doubt! These immoral Justices will rest assured at night (and within their legal arguments) despite striking down the ACA, for they will argue that Congress is free to craft new, better legislation to replace that which SCOTUS voided. I’ve read such arguments in conservative opinions before — Congress can and should improve a law that SCOTUS finds unconstitutional. But, of course, Congress has the votes to tackle health care legislation again! Not! It is a non-starter given the dysfunctional state of Congress, but the Justices will already understand this, and they still won’t care. Just as Pontius Pilate condemned Jesus to death as he washed his hands, SCOTUS will do the same to tens of millions of people without blinking twice while at the same time telling Congress it’s their fault if they’re unable or unwilling to fix the law. Nevermind the track record of Congress having tried (and failed) countless times over the last ten years to strike down the ACA. In other words, the people elected politicians time and time again that have continued to uphold the law; the people have spoken through their representatives, and they believe Obamacare, on the whole, is just as they want it! Not to mention that SCOTUS has upheld the ACA twice previously. So, are Justices really willing to overturn the will of the people this time, with a third bite at the apple? Again, I say hell f***ing yes, without a doubt! Get ready for more chaos! This is the new America and people at worst love it or at best ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. America is the land of always going backward! We are an anti-progressive nation!

Yet, this is the country we deserve. This is the idiocracy for which Americans voted. This is what the people wanted, so now they’ve got it. This is the new world that dumbass Democrats, moronic voters, and an apathetic country has brought upon itself. America is the nation of unfocused, unconcerned, and unaware idiots that don’t pay attention until it’s too late. Then everyone looks around at each other wondering what the f*** happened? You happened! Just remember that you did this to yourself! You wanted traitor trump to shake things up! You thought traitor trump would run the country like a business where for some unknown reason you morons think the government is supposed to be run like a profiting enterprise. The government’s function is to govern, not make a f***ing profit, f***tards! No matter what RepubliKKKlan morons like to tell people, the skillsets for running a business and administrating a government of, for, and by the people are completely different; in fact, the mindsets are not only different, but they are incompatible! You’re the one who thought a failed businessman and reality TV personality, who has no experience in government, would be capable of running the greatest democracy in the world. From The Hill, “A white supremacist was killed during a shootout with deputies in Templeton, Calif., this week, according to officials.” Great! Kill! Them! All! White supremacists do not deserve to live anywhere and at any time for any reason. They only deserve a bullet in the head! Full! F***ing! Stop! I’m so f***ing over it! I’m over being nice! I’m over the proverbial “turn the other cheek.” I’m over trying to see the other side from their point of view. I’m over Michelle Obama’s “when they go low, we go high” G.D. f***ing B.S. (God love her, but honestly.) I’m over civil disobedience and passive resistance. I’m over being part of the majority that is ruled over by the tyrannical minority. The Hill reports, “Democrats have begun ramping up pressure on Georgia Democrat Matt Lieberman to drop out of the race for one of the Peach State’s two Senate seats up for grabs this year, citing concerns that he may cost the party a chance to compete for the seat in November.” Um, yeah! I’m old enough to remember that Joe Lieberman is a former Democrat who is a traitor to the party, and I see the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. So, his son is out to sink any Democrat’s chance of winning one of Georgia’s Senate seats.

A Salon article opens with, “As I’ve watched the Trump era unfold, I have generally assumed that most elected Republicans were just cowards who hoped the Democrats would save them from the unpleasantness of reining Trump in. They could let the Democrats get rid of Trump in 2020 and then, after the smoke had cleared and his followers had licked their wounds and moved on, they could pretend that everything that had happened was all Trump’s fault. They could then return to playing the role of moral arbiters and upright patriots, which they spent years selling to the public, and hope that nobody remembered what sniveling invertebrates they really are. It turns out they aren’t cowards at all. They are craven opportunists who have observed the way Trump has exposed the weaknesses in our system and showed them how liberating the simple act of blatant shamelessness can be. They see how easily power can be seized, and that if the opponent doesn’t have a countervailing institutional strength, there is nothing to stop them from keeping it.”

I swear to God. I should be writing political articles professionally because much of what I review mirrors my thoughts but the articles are months and years behind my own conclusions. This Salon article is a perfect case in point! Of course, anyone with a brain could see that traitor trump is the long-awaited dictator of which RepubliKKKlans have dreamed. Make no mistake, f***tards! RepubliKKKlans have always been a party of autocrats. They believe not in the principles of America! Not in individualism in the democratic sense. Not in small government as they just love to claim. Not in protecting individual rights, least of all minority rights, which of course is the entire reason for the existence of the Constitution — a document that protects the minority from tyranny by the majority. Instead, we live in the opposite world wherein the majority is at the mercy of the minority. RepubliKKKlans believe in their version of a tyrannical government, which is to reign as dictators over everyone in their conservative right-wing nutjob image. They want to rule over women’s bodies and people’s love. They would rather let people die in the name of corporate profits. They want to legalize and protect discrimination in the name of religious freedom and the First Amendment, and so on and so on. Traitor trump showed the RepubliKKKlan Party that which they only dared to imagine, but now he has shown them the way and they’re all in, without question and without hesitation.

The conventional wisdom of moronic commentators, idiot political pundits, and the lame MSM is that RepubliKKKlans fear traitor trump, which is why RepubliKKKlan politicians rarely — if ever — firmly stand up against or criticize the Moron-in-Chief. WTF! Uh, no, f***tards! RepubliKKKlans don’t fear traitor trump; they admire him. But RepubliKKKlans can’t very well come out as being full-on dictator-lovers (yet), lest they truly fire up the ire and retribution of Independents and the Democratic base at the ballot box. Never fear, though! Soon enough RepubliKKKlans will come to understand that they have nothing to fear. Independents don’t seem to care and dumbass Democrats are feckless in the best of times. There is a reason why democracies “slide” into dictatorships. It is a slow process of a dumbing down of the citizenry who don’t understand civics coupled with the emergence of the insidious Big Lie that confuses an already moronic electorate to the point where voters give up because democracy “is too hard.” When an apathetic nation stops caring about their votes then dictators and their enabling political party will slowly and subtly (and not so subtly) consolidate power that will be impossible to reverse! Mark my words, morons!

Whatever! None of this matters. Nothing matters anymore because I live in stupid hell. RepubliKKKlans don’t want to stop traitor trump and dumbass Democrats are too weak (and don’t care) to fight back. So, get ready for four more years! I live in stupid hell! All stupid, all the time!
