SCOTUS Will Reverse DACA Sooner or Later

Axios suggests that SCOTUS could “say that, just as President Obama created DACA on his own, Trump can end it on his own.” That is my guess as well. Because RepubliKKKlans refused to protect Dreamers in Obama’s final years of his presidency, he needed to resort to an executive order to create the DACA program, which sadly can be reversed by the next president, and I have no doubt this is the simple argument that SCOTUS will use to deliver their opinion. Even if the High Court should happen to rule in favor of keeping DACA in this particular case, it will no doubt be because of some technical flaw in the administration’s process to which traitor trump will simply redo the executive order to conform to SCOTUS’ objections. No matter what, either SCOTUS will strike down DACA at the end of the term or uphold DACA for now while outlining the reasoning that the administration can use to try again to stop DACA successfully. Let’s be perfectly clear about something: The once-revered institution of SCOTUS really has become nothing more than a conservative rubber stamp that puts the rights and welfare of business above people, and that interprets the law and the Constitution in such a narrow way as to harm the minority while protecting the majority — the exact opposite of the intentions of the Founding Framers when they wrote the Constitution — yet conservative Justices claim to be “originalists” even though they routinely ignore the most original purpose of the founding document.

This is the term in which SCOTUS truly starts to show its colors by striking down anti-discrimination policies against the LGBTQ community (because of religious freedom), women’s rights (also because of religious freedom), Dreamers (because of freedom to hate the “other”), health care protections (because businesses need to make a profit), etc. Mark my words, morons. Roberts is not going to save anything or anyone. I keep hearing pundits say that Roberts wants to protect the integrity and independence of the Court. Um, yeah. That is complete B.S.! It will be the blanket excuse of the Court to say that if Congress wanted to fix the laws, then they can and should do so — not the courts — knowing full well that RepubliKKKlans make the legislative branch dysfunctional intentionally and that SCOTUS is often the last line of defense to protect minorities against the ill and unintended consequences of some legislation and policy. Get used to SCOTUS stabbing society in the back and making everyone’s lives worse because the conservatives on the bench are just as vile and hateful as the RepubliKKKlans and MAGA morons with which they pretend not to identify. Most people have not yet lived in a time when SCOTUS tilted so reliably to the right, and now people will start to understand that elections do have f***ing consequences, f***tards!. F*** me! I live in stupid hell. Welcome to stupid America!

Public Impeachment Hearings: Another Democratic Party Thud!

CNN reports: “Democrats will take their case to the American people that President Donald Trump should be impeached and they’ll do it by introducing public testimony from career State Department employees, who will testify under oath to things they’ve already talked about in private.” While public hearings are absolutely necessary for posterity’s sake, I think, in the end, MAGA morons’ and RepubliKKKlans’ minds are already made up and those still unsure are probably too stupid at this point to be convinced that traitor trump is an incompetent moron who abuses the power of his office and generally thinks he is above the law and wants to rule as an autocrat. If people have not yet drawn that conclusion then I doubt public hearings are going to persuade them otherwise because this is what a stupid America looks! Over three years of the obvious being displayed before the entire world and some people are still on the fence. So, public hearings will not do much. Mark my words, morons. I’ve said it a hundred times: this country simply does not care that traitor trump is a crook. People just don’t f***ing care! Welcome to trump stupid America!

What could possibly be causing this? Oh, I know. Because the f***ing majority (aka Democrats) is f***ing sick of being ruled over by the minority (aka RepubliKKKlans). Another Installment of Meeting the MAGA Morons

Great! CNN does another “meet MAGA moron voters.” Fan-f***ing-tastic! I watch these reoccurring groups with the immutable mix of abject frustration and complete astonishment that people can be and still remain so f***ing stupid. As usual, the same arguments abound such as he’s a businessman or they wanted him to shake up Washington, or he says what they think or he’s not a politician or he’s for the ordinary person or the economy, stupid! or — my favorite — “trump is just being trump.” All these characterizations are either untrue, irrelevant, or downright f***ing scary to be giving him a pass or blithely ignoring his worst behavior and inclinations. This is what happens when people who do not have a sagacious grasp of reality are allowed to vote. F*** me! I have a deep, deep hatred of all these people for being so m*****f***ing G.D. stupid and for helping to put traitor trump in office, and I don’t give one G.D. f*** if they admit they may have made a mistake! These people are, without a doubt, the dumbest beings on the planet and should be euthanized for their own good and the good of society. Now to the meat of their “arguments” in no particular order of stupidity.

One woman admitted that Clinton did nothing wrong after all. She admitted — bless her heart — to believing all the Benghazi! and “but her emails!” hype only then to do her own research and conclude all the accusations of wrongdoing against Clinton were not true. So, she decides to get enlightened about Hillary after she voted for traitor trump? Un-f***ing-believable! I can’t! I just f***ing can’t deal with this stupidity anymore. F***ing G.D. moron! She literally admonished the rest of the group for not doing some reading to get informed — as she made an uninformed decision in voting for traitor trump. This is what a stupid country looks like. By the way, she is still open to re-electing traitor trump.

Then there is Marian Taylor, the only one who still ardently supports traitor trump. Clearly, she is the one in the group with a touch of Down Syndrome — she kind of looks like it. Some of her more memorable remarks include one about how good her 401K looks. Oh, yes! It’s the good old economy argument in support of traitor trump. Of course, the idiot focus group moderator, Alisyn Camerota, who is a very weak interviewer, failed to point out that one’s 401K did much better in the eight years under Obama — the stock market doubled — than in the three years under traitor trump and that all the Idiot-in-Chief has managed to do is not derail the economy Obama left him — yet. But this is the typical “because the black man did it” amnesia. Marian, the moron, also said the last time she voted for president was for Bill Clinton. This is the typical “I hate politicians because they are politicians” mentality, yet voters are entirely unwilling to hold politicians accountable by voting! What the f*** do people expect will happen when they allow politicians to remain in office unchecked, as voters decide to participate in government every couple of f***ing decades? Democracy doesn’t f***ing work if people are not engaged and are not informed, which explains half of the American population. I can’t! I just f***ing can’t! So much f***ing stupidity! Have I mentioned that I hate these people for their stupidity, Marian being the dumbest of them all? Moreover, she is the one who likes traitor trump because “trump is trump.” In short, she likes the fact that he is an a**hole. I suppose because she is a see you next Tuesday character in her own right. Anyone who gives traitor trump a pass for his conduct because that’s just how he is should be euthanized — immediately — so they can’t vote again. F*** me! We do not need people voting for this moron and thinking his behavior as the leader of the free world is remotely acceptable. F*** this country for being so f***ing G.D. stupid!

Last, all the other nonsensical arguments in favor of traitor trump I’ll sum up in a few sentences. He’s a businessman! Never mind that running the government is nothing like a business; the purpose of government is not to make a profit. Not to mention even if traitor trump transferred the skills of management to running the government, they don’t seem to mind that he has failed spectacularly by filing for bankruptcy at least four times. Apparently, this is no concern for the idiots that voted for him. Sure! Why not run the government into the ground as he has in the past with his other businesses? He’s for the common man, say his MAGA moron supporters of a man who has never worked a real job in his life, who regularly stiffs contractors as a routine of conducting business, who swindles charities, and who literally craps in a golden toilet, just to name a few disparities. WTF! This is just a supremely stupid country. Welcome to trump stupid America! It can’t get any dumber! Oh, but it can, and it will! I have no doubt! Mark my words, morons!

His run for president was only ever supposed to be a resume builder to raise his celebrity profile. Traitor trump doesn’t care about his job except to use it as a means to create another reality TV show. From Axios, “The Senate unanimously passed a bill Tuesday that would expand a law to make animal cruelty a federal felony, for which people could face fines and up to seven years in prison. … The ‘Preventing Animal Cruelty and Torture Act,’ or ‘PACT,’ builds on a law that previously only criminalized animal cruelty if those at fault made and sold videos of the act. If President Trump signs the bill, which has already been passed by the House, authorities will be able to prosecute people for crushing, burning, drowning, suffocating, impaling, or sexually exploiting animals.” For once, RepubliKKKlans did something right! It must be chilly in hell this morning! Of course, prison is too good for these people. I completely support in-kind retribution. A person drowns a puppy then his or her last breath will be wet. A person burns a cat then his or her last moments will be very toasty.

From Axios, “In an upset in the Kentucky governor’s race, Democratic challenger Andy Beshear declared victory over Republican incumbent Matt Bevin, who refused to concede but lagged, 49.2% to 48.8%, with 100% of the vote in.” This is, indeed, a big deal, but don’t lose sight of the fact that Kentuckians were merely ousting a governor they hate despite pleas from traitor trump. Is this a blow to the idiot-in-chief? Hell, yes! Is this a direct repudiation to traitor trump and his take over of the RepubliKKKlan Party? Eh, maybe. He is a cult leader who leads a cult of the m*****f***ing dumbest people on the planet, and like all cults, if the leader is not on the ballot than the MAGA morons really lack the interest to follow through on their political intentions, which is why his Nuremberg rallies are more like entertainment and places to commiserate with other haters than they are get-out-the-vote drivers.
