Well, That Explains That!

From Axios, “President Trump announced on Twitter Friday evening that tariffs against Mexican goods were ‘indefinitely suspended’ following Mexico’s agreement to take stronger measures to curb immigration across the southern border of the U.S.” I could not for the life of me understand why the stock market kept rising in the days counting down to tariffs starting. Now it makes sense: the market never believed traitor trump was going to implement them. They guessed correctly. It used to be the stock market relied on stability — stability in economic, trade, and fiscal policies. Clearly, those expectations have gone out the window. Instead, it seems the market simply relies on ignoring the president more often than not. Fan-f***ing-tastic! Traitor trump has essentially made himself (and the presidency) even more irrelevant.

Just to be clear, whatever deal the U.S. reached with Mexico will be an ephemeral placation for traitor trump’s mercurial nature. I suspect in a few months he’ll need to rally the rage machine for his MAGA moron base because they are never pleased unless their hate can be focused on some minority stealing that piece of bread from their hands. Welcome to stupid America! Dumbing down one day at a time.

From the BBC: “Chinese President Xi Jinping has described Russia’s Vladimir Putin as his ‘best friend’ during a three-day visit to Moscow focusing on trade and relations between the two countries.” Great! So, traitor trump’s “negotiating” on trade has pushed China right into a partnership with Russia. I’m sure traitor trump could care less about this dangerous re-alignment of global powers. No!
