Dmitry Popov is being tried as an adult on multiple charges, including murder and a hate crime. He’s accused of stabbing Sibley, who is gay, after seeing him vogueing in the parking lot of the gas station on July 29. Speaking to PIX 11 after a court hearing Monday, Popov’s attorney said his client is a ‘good Christian boy,’ not Muslim as a witness claimed. Attorney Mark Pollard said Popov’s parents are from Russia, he works two jobs and has never been in trouble before.”

Of course, this family is from Russia. Of course, they are! For those crossing the southern border illegally to seek out a better life in America, I’ve always said congratulations if you make it over. But people coming from Russia? No f***ing way! Get the f*** out! You are hated here! Go back from where you came because we don’t want your vermin kind infecting America with your conservative disease. I guess I used to be rather indifferent about Russian citizens, believing they were stuck in a no-win situation by their misfortune of being born in Putin’s Russia. But with the invasion of Ukraine, all my sympathy has gone right out the window. These people get the government they deserve and desire, and apparently, they love their dictatorship and they love an oppressive government that criminalizes and dehumanizes the LGBTQ community. But they can’t bring that sh*t to America! If these immigrants can’t adapt to America’s culture, then they can get the f*** out! Take your f***ing hatred back to Mother Russia and die there! This Popov kid should be murdered for his hate crime; he shouldn’t make it to trial. I’m all for vigilante street justice in this case. Kill him in the jail or on the streets. I don’t care.

And a final point, if I may. These Russian folks are infecting every part of the planet. They come to our country with their outdated conservative values routed in the Orthodox Church and longing for the days of Tzarist Russia or Stalin’s U.S.S.R. where — you know — all minorities are repressed. They’re doing it in America, and they’re doing it in Israel. Do you know why Israel is making a hard right turn in their politics? Because there has been a large influx of ultra-orthodox Jewish immigrants from — wait for it — Russia! So, they are diluting the power of liberals and moderates in what used to be a relatively tolerant Israeli state. Not anymore. Russians — no matter where they live on the planet — are a sickness, and we need to begin considering how to eliminate them from the planet before they invade another nation. Kill Russians however and where ever you can!

Ohioans saved their democracy. I’m a bit surprised, but I’m certainly not sanguine. It seems the abortion issue has staying power at the ballot box, but I’m sticking to my guns — abortion rights are always someone else’s problem. It would appear, though, that ~57 percent of the population has a right to choose abortion problem. Voters saw through RepubliKKKlans’ shenanigans in Ohio, but that always begs the more fundamental question: Why do these voters keep electing and re-electing RepubliKKKlans to office? On the one hand, only RepubliKKKlans are trying to roll back people’s rights single-handedly, yet voters seem more than content to keep these same people in office to try and try again. It makes no f***ing sense. Do idiot voters really think that RepubliKKKlans will give up? At some point, RepubliKKKlans are going to win if they are allowed to keep trying. Look what happened with SCOTUS. It took them 40 years to get the Court they wanted to overturn Roe, but eventually, RepubliKKKlan persistence paid off, which is how we got into this mess in the first place. Trust me when I say that RepubliKKKlans have far more staying power than the average idiot voter! And I’ll tell you what will happen in November when voters elect to make abortion access a constitutionally protected right. Nothing! Do voters think that by passing such a referendum — as is likely in November — it gets directly (and magically) inserted into the state constitution? No! RepubliKKKlans still dominate the state. Do you trust them to abide by voters’ wishes? Watch RepubliKKKlans suddenly claim after the election, What referendum? They’ll find technical excuses. (They’re too busy to make changes to the constitution.) I’m not sure why voters think they can have it both ways. Idiots must vote for Democrats to protect their rights, not just on ballot initiatives. Whatever!

Sorry, but she lost me a while ago. At this point, I really don’t care what happens in Georgia. She’s been stringing us along for seven months now. I have no confidence in a person who has no f***ing clue what the definition of “imminent” is. Back in January, she claimed in open court that indictments were imminent. No dictionary in the world would define soon as being seven-plus months in the future. I would expect a prosecutor to use precise language; she does not. Moreover, she claimed that her office was “ready to go.” But now she’s calling more people into the grand jury to testify, presumably to clinch a true bill. Again, I’m sorry, but her language is sloppy at best and stringing us along at worst. I would think for anybody, “ready to go” means that the indictment has already happened, and now it’s just a matter of conveying it to the judge and making the arrest. But she still hasn’t nailed a verdict. She’s been crying wolf for months, and I’m over it.

And this move to re-enforce the security around the court building is more over-the-top showmanship. We’ve been through three other indictments of traitor trump with barely a ripple of protests. So, I have no idea why she thinks there will be an uprising by Georgians on this matter. Sorry, but Willis has been more ringmaster at the circus than anything else. What will happen will happen, but I’ve lost interest, for in the end, the state charges — contrary to what others are predicting — are the least consequential, even though no president can pardon traitor trump’s state crimes. He’s never going to jail. And if, by some miracle of God, he gets convicted, it’s already been made pretty evident that voters have no issue with a criminal president running the county (into the ground). And if the Fulton County case is still pending while he’s president, then I have absolutely no doubt that SCOTUS will pause the prosecution because, make no mistake, too many on the High Court believe traitor trump is above the law. State sovereignty be d*mned. They will claim the president cannot be expected to do his job of running the country and be under prosecution at the same time. They will further argue that his election win is vindication by the voters as to his innocence or, at the very least, the will of the people to delay prosecution until after his term. And you know what? It’s difficult not to see how that argument holds water. Indeed, the idiots of America would have spoken — they want the criminal in charge. Oh, well. Mark my words, f***tards. According to CNN, “Fitch Ratings downgraded its U.S. debt rating on Tuesday from the highest AAA rating to AA+, citing ’a steady deterioration in standards of governance.’ Explaining its rationale for the downgrade, Fitch pointed to ‘the expected fiscal deterioration over the next three years, a high and growing general government debt burden, and the erosion of governance relative to “A.A.” and “AAA” rated peers over the last two decades that has manifested in repeated debt limit standoffs and last-minute resolutions.’ Fitch said the decision wasn’t just prompted by the latest debt ceiling standoff but rather ‘a steady deterioration in standards of governance over the last 20 years’ regarding ‘fiscal and debt matters.’”

I am a little late commenting on this news, but I wanted to ensure I did. While Fitch is the least of the big three credit rating agencies (Moody’s and Standard & Poor’s being the other two), they seem to have the most reasonable and clear-eyed understanding of America. I find it laughable that titans of the economy — Former Treasury Secretary Larry Summers economy and JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon, for example, both of whom have been very critical of Biden’s economy — are lambasting Fitch’s move. These two, in particular, have done nothing but b*tch that Biden’s administration has been behind the eight ball regarding inflation, and the Biden administration is spending too much money while focusing on the wrong segments of the economy (i.e., helping the middle class instead of giving tax cuts to the rich) — go figure! Despite all their complaining about Bidenomics, they’re shocked Fitch downgraded the nation’s credit rating. Moreover, Summers and Dimon criticize Fitch’s move by making the exact same arguments — the economy is strong and growing while inflation is coming to heel — they fault Biden for, namely, his policies are failing to achieve results. They, naturally, want it both ways — Biden’s policies suck for the economy, but the economy is raging hot. Unbelievable! But this is actually not the point of my post.

I am making the point that Fitch was right to downgrade the U.S. credit rating for all the correct reasons beyond the fiscal issues, for the debt and spending are not the only reasons. It is the deterioration of America to govern itself, which the likes of Summers and Dimon roundly dismiss as inconsequential. Not sure how these “geniuses” of finance can so easily ignore the elephant in the room. Who would want to invest in America’s economy if the government and our democracy are perpetually on the verge of imploding? (Do these morons really think capitalism works better under an authoritarian government? Just ask Russia. China may have a strong economy without democratic rule, but do capitalists Summers and Dimon realize that under China’s mode of communism, the government really owns everything, including profits, if they so desire.) So, you’re G.D. right America’s constant flirting with default, dysfunction, and dictatorship should factor into the nation’s creditworthiness. Only an idiot would ignore these added layers of risk. Yet, the people like Summers and Dimon are confused and perplexed by the Fitch downgrade. I think Fitch is more prescient than the rest of them. But what the f*** do I know? I’m just living in this hell like everyone else, but my eyes are actually wide open. Call me a realist. Oh, well. Welcome to stupid America!

According to The Daily Beast, “More questions were asked of Judge Aileen Cannon’s fitness to preside over Donald Trump’s high-profile classified documents case on Monday after the South Florida federal judge rejected special counsel Jack Smith’s bid to preserve ‘grand jury secrecy’ through sealed filings. In her ruling, Cannon questioned the ‘legal propriety’ of Smith using an ‘out-of-district grand jury to continue to investigate and/or to seek post-indictment hearings.’ She demanded that Smith explain why prosecutors are doing this by Aug. 22. … Former U.S. Attorney Joyce Vance wrote online that Cannon’s latest order ‘may tee up the issue of her fitness on this case.’ Andrew Weissmann, a former Assistant U.S. Attorney, suggested the same—writing that Cannon’s order is ‘off base.’ ‘Judge Cannon clearly shows her ignorance (bias? both?); the obstruction crimes that were investigated are charges that could have been brought in [Florida] or in D.C. and thus could be investigated in either district,’ he wrote on Twitter. ‘And there was conduct that is alleged to have occurred outside [Florida].’ In a separate blow to Smith, Cannon also removed two filings by prosecutors—about defense attorney Stanley Woodward’s potential conflicts of interest—from the record entirely.”

They had all proclaimed that Cannon had learned her lesson after being smacked down by the appellate court — twice. I’m sorry, but there was never any evidence that she had “learned a lesson” after the humiliation of being reversed by the higher court — twice. That’s part of the problem with idiot progressives such as the legal “experts” on M.S.M. channels like MSNBC and CNN; they always like to believe in the better part of human nature, that people learn, that people are fair and impartial, that there is no such thing as traitor trump judges or Obama judges or Bush judges or Clinton judges. This, of course, is all f***ing B.S. and is particularly untrue for traitor trump judges, who are wildly unqualified morons who are unlearnable; Judge Cannon — the Right Honorable C*nt Cannon as I like to call her — clearly has learned nothing from her previous missteps. She is clearly biased in favor of traitor trump and incompetent. I have no f***ing clue why people keep giving her the benefit of the doubt, especially Smith, who should have asked for her recusal from the moment he learned that he had drawn the short straw. Of course, the c*nt Cannon is going to go fishing for anything that can delay or call into question the validity of the case against traitor trump. That’s precisely what she did when she questioned the legitimacy of the D.O.J. to handle classified documents they seized from a lawfully executed search warrant on Mar-a-Lago. She bent over backward to help traitor trump, and now she’s doing it again.

Oh, well. I’ve said this countless times: No one will ever be able to hold traitor trump accountable because it’s too late, Democrats are too weak (Garland!), and our democracy is too far gone. According to The Washington Post, “Issue 1 is a ballot measure that seeks to make it more difficult to amend the state’s constitution through — yes — future ballot initiatives. Currently, a ballot initiative in Ohio needs a simple majority to pass. If Issue 1 passes, that threshold would be raised to 60 percent of the vote. The proposal also would impose more stringent requirements on how signatures are gathered for ballot initiative campaigns. Campaigns must gather enough signatures to equal 5 percent of the votes cast for governor from 44 of the 88 counties in Ohio. Issue 1’s passing would mean campaigns would have to gather that same percentage of signatures from all 88 counties to get a citizen-led initiative on the ballot.”

Let me see if I understand this correctly: Tomorrow, Ohioans will vote on a ballot measure to raise the standards (make it more difficult) to amend their state constitution, which includes increasing the election threshold from 50 percent plus one to 60 percent plus one, but this “State Issue 1” only required 50 percent plus one to pass. In short, current voters want to make it more difficult for future voters to change the Ohio state constitution by altering the standard from a simple majority to a supermajority. So, voters want to knee cap themselves. Got it! Sounds about right!

The question really is this: Are there enough f***tards and checked-out morons to make this happen? I’m going out on a limb here and say, but, of course, there are. The cynical and contrarian side of me cannot offer any other outcome. Look, idiots! There is a reason why this ballot measure is happening now. Obstenbily, the RepubliKKKlan majority who runs the state — and has for at least the last decade — would have moronic voters believe this is just long overdue legislative housekeeping, that making it harder to amend the constitution is necessary — right now — and has nothing to do with the abortion amendment question that will show up on the ballot in November. They would have their idiot citizenry believe this explanation despite RepubliKKKlans breaking their own law, which bans August elections. As NBC News writes, “Earlier this year, Ohio Republicans enacted a law that effectively scrubbed August special elections from the state’s calendar, calling them overly expensive, low-turnout endeavors that weren’t worth the trouble. But then, just earlier this month, Ohio state legislative Republicans went ahead and scheduled an August election this year that could make it harder for abortion-rights supporters to amend the state constitution later.” Always so funny how RepubliKKKlans are the party of law and order until it doesn’t suit their needs; then all of a sudden it’s “deep state” or what stink’n laws?

Will their gambit work? Hell yes! For the reasons RepubliKKKlans understand all too well: A low turnout election always helps the RepubliKKKlan Party because people are stupid, clueless, and generally don’t care, except for conservatives who are hellbent on never passing up an opportunity to suppress other people’s rights. August is the doldrums month of politics. Congress is always on extended recess, which means so are state legislatures. Parents are checked out as they finish their vacation right before their kids return to school. College students are readying a return to university. August is the unofficial final month of summer, so people are simply not thinking about or engaged in politics, let alone motivated to get their lazy buttocks to the polls to preserve their rights — that only happens every four years in November. (Most people don’t even realize elections happen outside of November.) Inherently, the political will of August voters is on the side of RepubliKKKlans. So I have no doubt what Ohio voters will do. According to The Hill, “Justice Department special counsel Jack Smith appealed to the federal judge overseeing former President Trump’s election fraud case Friday evening to issue a protective order for evidence, citing social media threats. ‘IF YOU GO AFTER ME, I’M COMING AFTER YOU!’ the former president posted earlier on Truth Social — a move that has already drawn criticism from a former spokesperson for Trump, who called it ‘chilling’ and ‘witness intimidation.’ Smith argued that Trump’s case needs a strict order preventing Trump from mentioning details from discovery documents and evidence in public. ‘Such a restriction is particularly important in this case because the defendant has previously issued public statements on social media regarding witnesses, judges, attorneys, and others associated with legal matters pending against him,’ Smith wrote in the filing.”

Other than that, nothing can stop him from interfering with the case. How many f***ing times has he been warned on countless other matters — political, legal, personal? How many times is he told not to touch the hot stove, and then he does just that with absolutely no consequences — not even a burn. This time will be no different. It will be one admonishment from the court after another, but nothing happens. At most, he’ll be fined, which I have no doubt will never be paid. But this is where we’re at as a supremely stupid nation. The most popular politician in the country who is entirely above the law, and 40 percent of citizens love him for it! According to CNN, “The share of Republicans and Republican-leaning independents who believe that President Joe Biden’s 2020 election win was not legitimate has ticked back up, according to a new CNN poll fielded throughout July. All told, 69% of Republicans and Republican-leaners say Biden’s win was not legitimate, up from 63% earlier this year and through last fall, even as there is no evidence of election fraud that would have altered the outcome of the contest.”

From The Hill, “The Reuters/Ipsos poll found that 45 percent of Republicans said they would not vote for Trump if he were convicted, while 35 percent said they would still cast their ballot for the former president. Another 20 percent said they were unsure of how they would vote.”

From Gallup, “The Biden administration’s 42% ethics score is just above the 37% and 38% figures recorded during Donald Trump’s administration. However, it is lower than the scores for all other presidential administrations since Ronald Reagan, which range from 50% to 74%.”

According to The Hill, “Biden and Trump each garnered 44 percent support from Michigan voters, while eight percent said they would vote for someone else and five percent said they are undecided. However, the poll found that when Green Party candidate Cornel West was added to the ballot, Trump led with 43 percent and Biden came in with 41 percent. West garnered four percent support.”

The above quotes are just a small, recent sample that evinces a state of the country wherein it is too stupid to continue and too divided to heal. We’ve been through this before, from 1861-1865, and some may argue — me — the job was never adequately finished 158 years ago. Before traitor trump, Lincoln was my favorite president, followed by FDR and LBJ. But now, with more hindsight, I fault Lincoln for being too reconciliatory, which ultimately undermined the freedoms and equities of Blacks (and other minority groups) to this day and gave rise to the fictional notion of the Lost Cause. To be fair, I must concede Lincoln was assassinated before the war actually ended, so who knows how Reconstruction would have turned out if he had survived, but throughout his handling of the war, it was always his intention to heal the nation and bring the southern brothers back into the republic. He always intended to treat the war as a house divided, whereby our wayward brethren must be forgiven and welcomed back into the family fold, instead of treating the rebels as the unrepentant and treasonous lot they were — still are. I’ve come to realize that his intentions were naive and just plain wrong, and he set this tone for “healing” the nation, not to mention his choice of Andrew Johnson as his Vice President, who was a Southern sympathizer and tried to sabotage the Union’s victory over the Confederacy from the start of Reconstruction.

The Confederacy was a rogue (seditious) nation that should have been completely vanquished and then re-subsumed into the United States of America in the image of the Union, but only after every enemy man and woman slavery holder and pro-slavery sympathizer had been eliminated. But that did not happen. So, what happened instead because these Southerners were allowed to survive? Over time (150+ years), those original seeds of racism and hatred that were not completely burned out and poisoned were allowed to germinate in the fertile southern soil, only to re-emerge and flourish into the state of the nation today. We should not make the same mistake twice. This next civil war must happen, and it must be finished the right way, for a country this divided can no longer endure. But, sadly, too many idiot individuals (i.e., Democrats) think we can “heal” or “overcome” our current state of affairs by just voting. Guess what? The other side (i.e., RepubliKKKlans, MAGA morons, evil evangelicals, and QAnon kooks) has a vote too, and if the current polls (e.g., the Michigan poll above) are to be believed — and they should be — then war is the only way to take back and keep our country — now, while Biden is still president — for if (when) traitor trump gets re-elected there will be no country left for the actual majority to take back because America will become a tyranny of the minority. But whatever! I live in stupid hell, and no one cares. Trust me when I say no one cares — just look at any poll where Biden is tied with traitor trump. Mark my words, f***tards! Welcome to stupid America!

I have not read the indictment, and I guess I will — eventually. So, I won’t analyze the strength of the DOJ’s claims because I really don’t need to, for I actually lived through this chapter of history in real time. I know the case against traitor trump is solid; the indictment is just a formal, legal way to present the evidence we all witnessed. But, honestly, this post is really about how yet another indictment — and the most significant so far — is utterly meaningless because no one cares, or I should say the people who should (need to) care don’t. Those people are the squishy Independents. To be sure, the left and right flanks of the political spectrum are unmoveable. And, dare I say, some idiot progressives (who are really Libertarians) may be willing to give traitor trump the benefit of the doubt because they are weak, bleeding-heart types that are unable to hold the line, unlike RepubliKKKlans who will stick by traitor trump no matter what happens to him. But I digress.

The concern really is those Independents, who the MSM claims are toss-up voters, but I have a bit more cynical take on this “persuadable” group. At best, these Independents are most likely split right down the middle as to whether these traitor trump indictments should be disqualifying to his re-election bid. This is precisely why RepubliKKKlans are turning up the heat on the Hunter Biden investigations; they are targeting the Independents. It doesn’t matter if they actually have nothing of substance on Hunter Biden’s “criminality”; the only purpose is to convince Independents that President Biden and traitor trump are the same. Both sides do it. That’s the goal. And when that happens, Independents throw up their hands and claim who knows. This is how you get polls where Biden and traitor trump are tied. (Oh, and I have no doubt traitor trump will get a boost in the polls for this latest indictment because, of course.) It’s the same playbook that hurt Hillary Clinton, so RepubliKKKlans doing it again. Oh, well. Morons of America elected traitor trump once, and they’ll do it again because deep down inside America are ambivalent about preserving America’s democracy! Welcome to stupid America!

Have I mentioned that I live in stupid f***ing hell? It is a great and uniquely American paradox that citizens of this nation are more educated than ever (i.e., have at least some post-secondary higher education), yet they are dumber than ever! The growing belief that little green men are visiting the Earth proves Americans are f***ing G.D. morons of the highest m*****f***ing order. Have Americans never heard of Einstein? Perhaps, but they fail to understand even the basics of his work, namely the universal speed limit: The speed of light. I just wrote on this recently, but in a nutshell, extraterrestrial beings visiting us is virtually impossible given the incomprehensible vastness of the universe. Unless other-worldly intelligent life has figured out how to break, subvert, or harness the speed of light, there ain’t no aliens capable of visiting us. And if alien “life” has such advanced technology, then that begs the question, Why would they visit the Earth, and how could they be so clumsy — given their ability to bend space-time — to crash or be noticed? It does not make sense. Two seconds of some critical thinking could readily poke holes in UFO claims. People have been watching too many sci-fi programs, but then again, I expected nothing less from this sh*t-for-brains country. There is a reason why the rising belief in UFOs and the declining trust in science tracks perfectly with those more willing to accept conspiracy theories such as QAnon. It’s all connected, f***tards.
