Report from NBC News, “Republican legislators in Tennessee voted Thursday to expel two Black Democrats from the state House over their protests on the chamber floor against gun violence last week, while a vote to expel a third, white Democratic representative fell short.” I expected nothing less from RepubliKKKlans! (It’s in their name — literally!) But I’m not here to write about the blatant injustice. I’m not here to comment on the imbalance of the punishment versus the “crime.” I’m not here to discuss the manifest racism running through the Tennessee electorate and legislature. No! I will discuss none of these facets of the day’s events because they are too obvious for all to see, but what I do want to comment on is the end of America’s democracy — naturally! What RepubliKKKlans did yesterday to the opposing party is the definition of fascism and the undoing of America’s democracy, so it’s worth further comment.

The question that first comes to mind is how or why RepubliKKKlans think they can get away with expelling two young black men from the Democratic Party because they disagree with their politics. (Not to mention they are Black.) The whole world was watching this injustice, yet they barrelled headlong. And adding to the insult, while confirming their racism, they conspicuously spared the white woman from expulsion. How could RepubliKKKlans do what they did in the face of such national (and international) criticism? That is the real question! And I have some not-so-surprising thoughts. This is what a dying democracy looks like. Many on the interwebs have rightly called yesterday’s lynching of two young Black men pure fascism come to America, and those people would be absolutely right. It has been a race to fascism since Obama, if not before then, but we have reached a critical point in history. I hear pundits and other political experts claim Democrats and the younger generation (Gen Z) are finally starting to catch on, that they are finally beginning to see the deterioration of America’s democracy and the corruption of the system engendered by RepubliKKKlan rule. I hear much of these sentiments, but I am far less sanguine. Call me skeptical. I will reiterate the same observation that I always do: If each succeeding generation is supposed to be more progressive than the last, then we’d be a utopia by now. Yet, we are not. Indeed, Gen X is more conservative than Baby Boomers. Imagine that the generation that lived through the Counter-Culture Revolution of the 1960s gave birth to Gen X, the generation mostly in power now trying to return America to pre-1960. But I digress.

Returning to the end of democracy — ushered in by Gen X — RepubliKKKlans have now fully embraced fascism to the point where they take control of state legislatures and expel their political enemies. They ignore the will of the majority, and they impose their theocracy on everyone else. What is the collective response? Not much. Americans have not taken to the streets in any significant numbers in every state and every major city. The reaction has been passiveness, and you wonder why RepubliKKKlans keep imposing their minority values on the majority of the population because citizens let them get away with it. RepubliKKKlans have become fascists because they can. Democrats barely push back or raise a stink. They may talk a lot, but their actions are weak when they have power. Oh, well. Welcome to stupid America. The end is coming. I promise!

Only yesterday, I was lauding Wisconsinites for saving their state’s democracy by flipping control of the state Supreme Court from a RepubliKKKlan majority to a Democratic majority. I even suggested that Wisconinites, having demonstrated their ability to vote as if their lives depended on it, might make my blog irrelevant — why maintain a blog of America’s stupidity when voters do seem to care and do seem to have the capacity to learn. Oh, but what a difference a day makes, and shame on me for my brief moment of optimistic failing, for in the end, Americans are still f***ing morons, Democrats still exude weakness, and America’s democracy is still on a downward spiral. RepubliKKKlans will always find a way to outsmart Democrats (Wisconsin) or downright cheat voters out of their democracy (North Carolina) or both. The quote below reveals the cause of my 24-hour reversal.

From The Guardian, “Wisconsin Republicans won a supermajority in the state senate on Tuesday, giving them the necessary votes to impeach statewide officials, including the state’s Democratic governor and potentially state supreme court justices. Wisconsin Republicans now control 22 of the senate’s 33 seats after Dan Knodl, a Republican, narrowly defeated Democrat Jodi Habush Sinykin in a special election to represent a district that includes Milwaukee’s northern suburbs. Republicans also control 64 of the state assembly’s 99 districts. The Wisconsin constitution authorizes the state assembly to impeach ‘all civil officers of this state for corrupt conduct in office, or for crimes and misdemeanor’ by a majority vote. A two-thirds majority is required in the senate for a conviction.”

So! Although RepubliKKKlans, no doubt, had hoped to keep the Wisconsin Supreme Court under RepubliKKKlan control, they clearly had a backup plan that dumbass Democrats completely missed, and that plan was to attain a supermajority in the state senate via a special election held on the same day in a conservative district. In so doing, they now have the ability to impeach and remove the governor and — wait for it, wait for it — the Supreme Court justice Wisconsinites just elected. Now, what are the chances that RepubliKKKlans will follow through with removing Protasiewicz? I’d say 100 percent, especially when abortion and redistricting cases come before the court. As with everything, RepubliKKKlans will invent a cause for impeachment and removal, so it doesn’t matter what she does or does not do. In fact, Kelly has already laid the groundwork with his defeat screed by suggesting Protasiewicz lied to voters to get elected, which she did not and is not illegal had people perceived she lied, but nonetheless, it will be enough cause for them to act against the will of the people.

Once again, RepubliKKKlans have gerrymandered and perverted the political system in Wisconsin (and nationwide) so that no matter how much winning Democrats achieve, RepubliKKKlans can undermine the will of the voter. Yet, this is the state of affairs that citizens have allowed to happen after decades of neglecting their civil obligation to vote — consistently and correctly (i.e., Democratic). Suddenly — not so suddenly in truth — RepubliKKKlans have amassed enough power at critical levels of local, state, and federal governments, and voters are starting to rebel against the policies they are enacting, but guess what? It’s too late, f***tards. Voters thought they could just begin voting en mass to undo their years of apathy. Foolishness! Did voters not consider RepubliKKKlans would have foreseen this eventual pushback from the electorate? Of course, they did not! This is why RepubliKKKlans have fixed the politics to make it impossible for the people to actually express their will and make changes. Oh, well! So, here I am back to where I started: Welcome to stupid America!

According to NPR, “Democrats have scored a major off-year election victory in Wisconsin, winning the state’s open supreme court seat and flipping control of the court to liberals for the first time in 15 years. Milwaukee County Judge Janet Protasiewicz won the hotly contested race for the Wisconsin Supreme Court, according to a race call[ed] by The Associated Press, defeating former state Supreme Court Justice Dan Kelly. Spending in the campaign shattered the previous national record for a state supreme court election.” And to be clear, the margin of victory is considered a landslide (>10 bps).

A Protasiewicz win was a somewhat foregone conclusion, given the results of last month’s primary election that led to yesterday’s runoff. Protasiewicz’s margin of victory over Kelly last month suggested that a re-match would be a win for her, but, of course, it is never certain until the final vote is counted. Nonetheless, flipping the Wisconsin Supreme Court from a conservative to a liberal majority is a huge victory and portends that maybe — just maybe — the scourge of conservativism may be reversed in this pivotal swing state. The consequences of this election are particularly significant. Beyond women now being on track to get their right to abortive healthcare back, the heavily RepubliKKKlan gerrymandered election map can be scrapped, which means Democrats have a chance to pick up seats in the U.S. House and in state chambers. The political field will become level after 15+ years of being dominated by RepubliKKKlan illegitimately. Not to mention the Wisconsin Supreme Court controlled by liberals will ensure the results of the next presidential election be honored.

Although I am a long way from saying Democrats are getting their groove back when it comes to winning elections and voters are starting to pay attention to politics in a manner that they need to be to save America’s democracy, this election result undoubtedly is encouraging. Hard to end this post with “welcome to stupid America.” Indeed, all this winning endangers my brand, but one must still question how this election result squares with a state that re-elected Ron Johnson.

Traitor trump has been indicted! I am shocked; I didn’t think it would happen at any level or in any jurisdiction. America has a long history of not holding its politicians, especially presidents, accountable. Yet, we are a long, long way from a conviction, and about that, I remain steadfast — it will never happen. The First Axiom will hold. I doubt any jury is willing enough to put their lives on the line to convict the traitor. And that brings me to my next point. Civil war is soon to be upon us.

Right on cue, every — and I mean every — RepubliKKKlan politician stands by traitor trump. And watch his poll numbers shoot up as a result! Because I live in stupid f***ing hell! No matter how bad, no matter what, they love him. They don’t care if he destroys the country, for, in fact, they really want the country to burn so they can rebuild it in their theocratic ideal. I say bring it! It is time for the actual majority (Democrats and Democratic-leaning citizens) to vanquish the minority. It is time to wipe the country clean of the conservative scum. They are more the enemy today than ever. Death to the enemy.

According to Huff Post, “Idaho already has some of the most extreme abortion restrictions on the books, with nearly all abortions banned in the state and an affirmative defense law that essentially asserts any doctor who provides an abortion is guilty until proven innocent. And now Idaho Republicans have set their sights on hindering certain residents from traveling out of state to get an abortion. … Since the bill would criminalize anyone transporting a pregnant minor within the state to get an abortion or to obtain medication abortion, it could apply to an aunt who drives a pregnant minor to the post office to pick up a package that includes abortion pills. Or it could target an older sibling who drives a pregnant minor to a friend’s house to self-manage an abortion at home. Either violation would carry a minimum sentence of two years in prison. … ‘This is the first of what will probably be many states that pass provisions like this because it does seem to be something that the movement wants, at least for minors. Whether they expand it to adults, too, we will see,’ Cohen said. ‘But at least for minors, this seems to be part of the blueprint. And Idaho is now the first state that’s putting it into reality.’”

Here’s another thing I f***ing nailed! I predicted this soon after the Dobbs opinion dropped. What did I say would be next? Restricting people’s travel to other states to get an abortion. (See First Abortion, Then Freedom of Movement.) Now, to be clear, the Idaho law doesn’t explicitly forbid persons crossing the border to seek an abortion, but the language of the bill effectively criminalizes doing so. It is a distinction without a difference. But this is just the first draft of such legislation. Soon other red states will begin to pile on and try to outdo each other. I said mark my words before, and I will say it again. But this is what people wanted. This is what people voted for in Idaho and nationally. This is what happens when the dumbest country on the planet elected the dumbest person on the planet to be president. Oh, well. It’s only going to get worst. Welcome to stupid America. According to The Hill, “A new study of human intelligence posits a narrative that may surprise the general public: American IQs rose dramatically over the past century, and now they seem to be falling. Cognitive abilities declined between 2006 and 2018 across three of four broad domains of intelligence, the study found. Researchers tracked falling scores in logic, vocabulary, visual and mathematical problem-solving and analogies, the latter category familiar to anyone who took the old SAT.”

Ya know, I was starting to lose faith in my website. Even though my writing is more therapy for myself than it is trying to justify its existence to others, I have felt at times I sounded like a broken record, banging my head against a wall as a frustrated above-average person in an increasingly dumber country. Part of the reason I gave this website its name is that I could not help but feel America really is becoming a dumber place, and as it turns out, I was right. Go figure. Welcome to stupid America!

According to CNN, “The U.S. decision to fly its surveillance drones further south over the Black Sea after a Russian jet collided with a U.S. drone earlier this month ‘limits our ability to gather intelligence’ related to the Ukraine war, a senior U.S. military official tells CNN. Flying drones at greater distances reduces the quality of intelligence they can gather, a U.S. military official explained, noting that spy satellites can compensate to some degree but have shorter times over targets, again reducing effectiveness relative to surveillance drones.”

So, let me see if I understand this correctly. Russia forces down one of our intelligence drones while flying in international waters, and Biden decides to back down because we’ve offended Russia. Un-f***ing-believable. Once again, America proves itself to be weak. It would be one thing if we changed our intelligence-gathering procedures while not losing any capabilities. But our military has conceded that’s not what is happening. To avoid upsetting Putin, we are sacrificing our intelligence acumen. Moreover, these changes are also at the expense of Ukraine, which just reinforces my continuing belief that Biden and the U.S. really have no interest in helping Ukraine win the war. Instead, they’re more interested in helping Ukraine simply not lose as Biden provides military help one drip at a time. What a f***ing disaster. Biden is kinda on my sh*t list again because he’s demonstrating weaknesses. Other NATO nations are doing more to help Ukraine. What a f***ing joke. Welcome to stupid America!

I have been somewhat reticent these past several weeks because commenting on current events just makes me sound like a broken record, for America is in a dire state, and nothing changes. Traitor trump is as popular as ever, holding insurrectionist support rallies. States continue to strip women of rights over their bodies. States continue to marginalize and target the LGBTQ community. The nation continues to lurch toward fascism, apparently with the welcoming embrace of RepubliKKKlans. And SCOTUS continues to rule against the will of the majority of Americans. Indeed, the federal government at large continues to fail to do the will of the people — mostly because dumbass Democrats are too weak to stand up to fascists, and idiot voters continue to elect RepubliKKKlans, who wish to destroy America.

So, what is the remedy? How do we fix this nation and put it back on track when the government refuses to enact the will of the people? How do we break the stranglehold of state and federal governments that rule over the majority (Democrats) in the name of “protecting” the minority (RepubliKKKlans)? How do we end the ridiculous one-sided culture war that pits the majority against the minority? There is only one way: Civil war. I’ve said this before, many times. I’ve noted in other posts that’s where we’re headed, but I don’t think I’ve explicitly called for it. Maybe I have. Indeed, now I am doing so openly and plainly. The majority of Americans need to rise up against the minority. It is misguided to call for a revolution because that implies rebelling against a rogue government — which is undoubtedly no less accurate — but the real enemies of the state are our fellow citizens (i.e., RepubliKKKlans). Thus, the enemy is deeply embedded within and not confined merely to state and federal governments. Sadly, it is the only way. America has reached irreconcilable differences. I, for one, am done willing to be friendly to and understanding of RepubliKKKlans, MAGA morons, evil evangelicals, and QAnon kooks. Indeed, they must all be killed, for they are a disease in this nation and killing all of us. They! Are! The! Enemy! I’ll have more to say on this subject, but suffice it to say, arm up, Democrats! It is time to force the issue. War is upon us!

Look, f***tards! This is what a dying country looks like! How many f*** times must I repeat myself before people understand? I will concede the preemptive rallies of traitor trump supporters have been pathetic. Indeed, far more sparse than I had expected. Although I did not expect January 6-sized crowds, what has actually materialized — a few dozen protestors at most in NY and Mar-a-Lago — has been shocking. But I do not apprehend these meager gatherings as thoroughly instructive, for traitor trump has not actually been indicted yet. Once that happens, everything is off the table. Lord knows what will happen. Probably the death and destruction traitor trump is calling for. To be clear, his hardcore followers are rabid, intense, unhinged from reality, and committed. We don’t need the 10,000s of protestors on January 6 to cause mayhem. You just need a few wackos hitting any soft target. Welcome to stupid America. We never learn — ever!

According to DW, “Israel’s parliament, the Knesset, on Thursday passed legislation that would significantly limit the conditions under which Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu could be deemed unfit to govern. The law — the first of several set to overhaul the judiciary — is believed to be intended to stop the Supreme Court or the Attorney General’s Office from influencing possible impeachment. The legislation stipulates that a three-quarters majority in parliament or the Cabinet would be needed to remove a prime minister from office — and only for psychological or other health reasons … The terms of the new law — which could still face a legal challenge — preclude this, instead providing the government with guidance about what to do in the event of a non-functioning prime minister [emphasis added].”

Of course, this last sentence is rather rich because the ultimate intention of the remaining bills to be passed is precisely to limit any judiciary rulings on legislative matters. The catch-22 is intentional. So, in short, the criminal Netanyahu has just made himself a dictator for life because notice the only reasons he can be removed from office: Psychological or other health reasons. Who is to say he just ignores the next general election and stays in office? Kinda sound familiar? The only reason traitor trump had to leave the White House is that the American Constitution sets the date and time his term expires. Israel does not have a Constitution. Next, Israel will pass the Enabling Act so he can bypass the Knesset altogether. Look, f***tards! How many times must I say it? How much evidence must I offer? Democracy is dying worldwide. It seems humanity — in all its stupid glory — has become too lazy, too apathetic, too f***tarded to care about self-government, so they have given up by electing dictators. What does it say for the rest of the world when the only democracy in the Middle East becomes extinct? Oh, well. Welcome to stupid humanity. It’s going to get worse. Mark my words!
