Pence to Denfy Subpoena, Naturally

Everyone saw this coming except most of the MSM armchair idiot legal pundits, who somehow act as “experts” on nothing. I speak primarily of Glenn Kirschner. I listen to him weekly on the Stephanie Miller show, and that moron has been telling us “justice is coming” for traitor trump for — oh, I don’t know — three or four years. Of course, his most recent (and wrong) prediction upon hearing Pence had been subpoenaed was that after negotiating with Jack Smith for his testimony about the January 6 insurrection, the political way out for Pence was to have Smith force him to comply by issuing a subpoena. By Smith compelling his cooperation, Pence could wash his hands of the political blowback and merely declare he must follow the law. Naturally, that was never going to happen. Any idiot — except the “experts,” apparently — would have predicted that Pence was going to defy the subpoena. I remember what Kirschner said because I usually disagree with him on everything he says, so it sticks with me, and in the end, I’m usually proven right. He keeps saying justice is coming — it’s not. Garland will eventually do the right thing, albeit slowly — he won’t. Traitor trump can’t escape justice because no one is above the law — definitely not true. And so on and so forth. It is an endless string of him telling listeners to trust the legal system. B.S.!

So, what happened? Pence defied the subpoena. According to The Hill, “Former Vice President Mike Pence is preparing to fight a subpoena from the special counsel investigating former President Trump, setting up a complex, drawn-out legal fight as the Justice Department ramps up its probe. Pence’s resistance to the subpoena, which is consistent with his previous reluctance to testify about the events surrounding Jan. 6, 2021, could come to define the powers and privileges that come with the vice presidency. But more immediately, it could throw a wrench into special counsel Jack Smith’s efforts to investigate Trump’s efforts to overturn the 2020 election. Pence is planning to roll out a novel legal argument — one that hinges on his role on Jan. 6 as the presiding officer of the Senate.” Of course! Of course! Of course! I expected nothing less. It was utterly predictable — again, except for these moron legal pundits who really evince daily that they have not been paying attention to reality for the last six years. F***ing morons!

It is this novel legal argument that Pence is a member of the Senate which complicates the entire case. Had he relied strictly on privilege or other well-worn legal arguments that have been tested — and failed — in the courts over the years, then his legal case would probably have lost much quicker — still months of legal wrangling. But now this new aspect has been introduced, the legal issue will grind to a snail’s pace — years — as courts take a serious interest in examining this unique legal question. Ultimately, traitor trump wins by running out the clock, which has been his legal strategy for decades. Yet, after all these years, no one seems to have caught on to his tactics. And as I have been saying for months — years — the legal system (worthless Garalnd) keeps underestimating traitor trump. Time has already run out, f***tards. But whatever. I live in stupid hell! Welcome to stupid America!

Laughable: Abortion Rights

According to a Gallup poll, “Americans are more dissatisfied with U.S. abortion policies now than they have been at any point in Gallup’s 23-year trend, and those who are dissatisfied are three times as likely to prefer less strict rather than more strict abortion laws. … Dissatisfaction with abortion laws increased in 2022, even as it switched to being driven more by a desire for the laws to be less strict. This shift likely reflects two events in late 2021 — when the U.S. Supreme Court allowed a restrictive Texas abortion law to stand and when the conservative-leaning high court heard oral arguments in the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization case challenging the constitutionality of abortion.”

And then this from The Guardian, “Matthew Kacsmaryk, a federal judge in Texas appointed by Donald Trump, has a tendency to attract strong language. Every Democratic senator opposed his confirmation in 2019, with Chuck Schumer, the then minority leader, calling him ‘narrow-minded’ and ‘bigoted.’… Should Trump’s judge side with the plaintiffs, as many reproductive rights experts suspect he will, the abortion pill ban would apply across the country. Unlike Dobbs, the U.S. supreme court’s ruling last June that eviscerated the constitutional right to an abortion and returned legal control over terminations to individual state legislatures, Kacsmaryk’s injunction would render medication abortions unlawful in every state in the union.”

Look, f***tards! This is going to happen, and I’ve written on this subject extensively, so my feelings are not new or unknown: I say ban the pill! F*** it! It’s not that I am anti-abortion. I am not! I am pro-choice! (Indeed, I have no dog in this fight, so far be it from me to tell a woman what to do with her body.) But how many f***ing times have I been saying that elections have consequences? Yet, no one seems to apprehend this straightforward notion until it’s too late. And guess what? It’s too late, so now morons of America will soon be living in a country with no abortion access — only forced births. So, good luck with that! Of course, what is very disconcerting is the 44 percent of Independents who are dissatisfied with abortion rights. That percentage is way too low to change the course of the anti-abortion movement. The largest voting block is ambivalent about the issue. Un-f***ing-believable. Oh, well! This one judge is about to change the lives of 51 percent of America’s population. And don’t expect the higher courts to do anything, for they won’t. This is yet one more case SCOTUS can’t wait to rubber stamp into federal law!

I suspect the outrage by women when the abortion pill is banned nationwide will be akin to that of Dobbs becoming the law of the land: A collective ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. That’s what happened last year, as I completely predicted because abortion rights are always someone else’s problem! How many times must I say it? How many f***ing times? Oh, sure, women were (still are) upset by Dobbs, but not enough to really do anything about it. They’ll vote to protect abortion rights if it’s a referendum question on a ballot; otherwise, women (and men) will gladly elect and re-elect anti-abortion RepubliKKKlans because — I don’t know — drag queens!

Finally — and I’ve said this repeatedly as well, but no one listens to me — blue states need to start ignoring bad rulings from federal judges in red starts and from SCOTUS. Full stop! As I keep reminding morons, the courts, especially SCOTUS, have absolutely no enforcement mechanism. States and others follow SCOTUS rulings because of the honor system and tradition. So, I say, blue states should give the middle finger to SCOTUS and other RepubliKKKlan judges. If citizens or entities want to sue non-compliant blue states to force them to follow a court’s conservative and unjust order, then let them waste their time and money because even if said blue state loses and is awarded monetary damages to the plaintiff, then who is going to force the state to pay or abide by that new ruling? No one! It’s time blue states start taking back our sovereignty from a few out-of-control rogue conservative justices. But this is what people voted for. They wanted this mess because they voted for the politicians who installed these judges, or voters were too apathetic and didn’t show up to the polls; the results are identical. People get the government they desire and deserve. Civil war is coming! It is the only way to reserve the RepubliKKKlan tide rolling over America! Welcome to stupid America!

‘He’s a Sick Puppy’

From The Hill, “Sen. Mitt Romney (R-Utah) told embattled Rep. George Santos (R-N.Y.) he shouldn’t have attended the State of the Union address, much less positioned himself near the center of the House aisle to shake hands, slamming the New York Republican as ‘an embarrassment.’ Romney appeared to have a heated encounter with the disgraced freshman lawmaker as he walked down the aisle to take his seat for Biden’s address. ‘I don’t know the exact words I said. He shouldn’t have been there. Look, he’s a sick puppy. He shouldn’t have been there,’ Romney told reporters after the speech.”

I see the MSM joining the bandwagon of praise for Romney’s rebuke of Santos, but I think there is a subtle distinction that must not be overlooked, and it’s this: When Romeny says “sick puppy,” he is making a nuanced dig, not so much at his pathological lying but the fact that he’s gay and more importantly got caught in drag. So, let’s not praise Romney, for he’s more disgusted that Santos is gay than he is the new stereotype of the RepubliKKKlan Party. Mark my words. Morons hate the gays, and I don’t care that Romney voted for the Marriage Equality Act. One act does not erase a lifetime of hatred convictions.

Americans Wanted This!

According to RawStory, “In Tuesday’s State of the Union Address, President Joe Biden gave a triumphant shout-out to the resilience of American democracy in the face of the attack on the U.S. Capitol as Trump supporters tried to stop the peaceful transfer of power. ‘Two years ago, our democracy faced its greatest threat since the Civil War,’ he said. ‘Today, though bruised, our democracy remains unbowed and unbroken.’ One person who pointedly did not react to this line was newly elected House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) — who has defended former President Donald Trump over his role in the attack – despite privately demanding the former president resign – and who now runs a House majority that includes dozens of lawmakers who voted to overturn the election that day.” Yep! I saw this! Because, of course. But this is what Americans voted for. This is what they wanted when they elected RepubliKKKlans to lead the House. Americans cheerfully elected anti-democracy RepubliKKKlans to “push back” against pro-democracy Biden. This is what a dying country looks like. Welcome to stupid America! The end is coming, f***tards! Mark my words!

Pathetic

The rudest State of the Union Address — ever! As Agence France-Presse reports, “Joe Biden may have preached unity but new House Speaker Kevin McCarthy’s frosty expression and the Republican jeers throughout the State of the Union speech told the story of a partisan night. … But in the now Republican-led House of Representatives, the temporary truce traditionally observed during the speech was loudly ignored — in a stark reminder that Washington politics is, at its core, a blood sport. … McCarthy had reportedly asked his troops to refrain from heckling, and many settled for staring at their phones. … There were shouts of ‘liar’ in a section about potential Republican cuts to social security payments and later, ‘it’s your fault’ when Biden turned to the opioid crisis.”

What a f***ing disaster, but, hey, this is what Americans voted for. This is why they elected RepubliKKKlans to control the House. This! Is! America! A rude, stupid, pathetic, and jejune nation that learns nothing and loves the show. But I’m not letting Biden off the hook because, to be very honest, I am so f***ing sick of him trying to reach across the aisle for bipartisanship. I know. I know. He is supposed to be the bigger person by remaining civil and always attempting to play nice, but at what point does he become the pathetic Charlie Brown, always trusting Lucy with the football? Whatever! I give up. I hear political pundits claim that the RepubliKKKlans looked bad for heckling the president, but I don’t think stupid Americans care about that. They probably care more about why does Biden try to work with these people. Why keep trying to work with people who hate him? Biden comes off as being — wait for it, wait for it — weak. Welcome to stupid America!

A Country This Stupid Cannot Endure

According to The Hill, “Sixty-two percent of Americans say President Biden has not achieved much during his first two years in office, a new Washington Post-ABC News poll shows, despite efforts by Democratic leaders to frame that time as the most productive in Washington since Lyndon Baines Johnson’s ‘Great Society’ agenda. Only 36 percent of Americans surveyed said they thought Biden had accomplished ‘a great deal’ or ‘a good amount.’” Really? Seriously? What the m*****f***ing G.D. hell? I can’t f***ing understand this at all. (Oh, but I can actually.) Even with Biden currently on my sh*t list, I cannot deny this list of accomplishments, according to PolitiFact:

American Rescue Plan Act. This coronavirus and economic relief bill, passed by a party-line vote, provided direct stimulus checks, extended unemployment insurance, temporarily expanded the child tax credit and provided aid to states and localities.

Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. This bipartisan law invests in water, energy and broadband infrastructure.

Inflation Reduction Act. This law, passed by a party-line vote, includes provisions that allow Medicare to negotiate drug prices, extend Affordable Care Act subsidies, address climate change and impose higher taxes on the largest corporations.

Chips and Science Act. This bipartisan measure offers support for domestic semiconductor manufacturing, research and development.

Bipartisan Safer Communities Act. Passed in the wake of mass shootings in Buffalo, New York, and Uvalde, Texas, this law expands background checks for people younger than 21; increases funding for mental health services; closes the “boyfriend loophole” for firearm purchases by those who have been convicted of domestic violence; and offers funding for states to implement firearms confiscation laws for those determined by a court to be a significant danger to themselves or others.

Sgt. 1st Class Heath Robinson Honoring Our Promise to Address Comprehensive Toxics, or PACT, Act. Widens veterans’ health benefits for those who experienced harmful environmental exposures during military service, including hazardous waste burn pits.

Reauthorization of the Violence Against Women Act, which had lapsed, and two bills addressing sex abuse.

National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022, which included a pay increase for service members.

COVID-19 Hate Crimes Act, which addresses attacks on Asian Americans partly by increasing access to the reporting of hate crimes and expediting the review of hate crimes related to COVID-19.

Postal Service Reform Act, which repeals a pre-funding requirement for postal retirement benefits that had been a financial albatross.

Ocean Shipping Reform Act, which funds increased oversight of international ocean carriers.

• Several bills levying sanctions, including the Ending Importation of Russian Oil Act; the Suspending Normal Trade Relations with Russia and Belarus Act, and a ban on imports from the region of China where the Chinese government is widely believed to be repressing the Uyghur ethnic minority.

Emmett Till Antilynching Act, which makes lynching a federal hate crime.

Juneteenth National Independence Day Act, designating a federal holiday for Juneteenth, marking the emancipation of enslaved African Americans on June 19 every year.

State and Local Government Cybersecurity Act of 2021, requiring the Department of Homeland Security to bolster collaboration with state, local, tribal and territorial governments on cybersecurity.

• Several bills on crime and policing, including the Public Safety Officer Support Act of 2022, the Homicide Victims’ Families’ Rights Act of 2021, the Capitol Police Emergency Assistance Act of 2021 and the Supreme Court Police Parity Act of 2022.

• The Senate also approved a treaty backed by the Biden administration to phase out certain chemicals used in refrigeration that are considered a risk for climate change.

Get COVID-19 under control. While the coronavirus is still killing nearly 400 Americans a day, deaths and hospitalizations have been largely steady at today’s level since April 2022, which is far below previous peaks of 2,000 to 3,000 deaths per day.

Establish new fuel economy standards. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has set new fuel efficiency standards for vehicles, mandating higher targets for new cars and light trucks for model years 2023 to 2026.

Rejoin the Paris climate agreement. The United States rejoined the Paris Agreement, pledging to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by at least 50% from where they were in 2005 by the year 2030.

Electoral Count Reform and Presidential Transition Improvement Act. This measure would prevent the uncertainties in counting presidential electoral votes that fed the events of Jan. 6, 2021. The measure appears to have attracted enough Republican support to break a filibuster, but Democrats are expected to wait until after the election to bring it up for a vote.

Codify same-sex and interracial marriage. The House has passed a measure that would ensure the continued legality of same-sex and interracial marriages, which might be at risk if the logic of the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade is applied to other topics beyond abortion. The House has passed a version of this legislation, but Democrats still need to secure enough Republican senators to get past a possible filibuster.

• The unemployment rate fell to 3.5 percent, which is the lowest unemployment in 50 years. This is part of the inflation puzzle by the way. People want the economy to run in perfect equilibrium at all times. That’s not how reality works and never will, morons! Whatever! Americans are unlearnable. But I digress.

• Biden is leading the Alliance’s effort to counter Russia’s war in Ukraine and China’s aggression — although he could be doing more. But it’s certainly more than traitor trump has ever done.

Yet, the average American moron thinks Biden hasn’t done much. This is why America is doomed. An America this stupid simply cannot endure. And I don’t want to hear one dumbass Democrat claim that Biden or Democrats have merely failed to tout their accomplishments. These successes are not ancient history; presumably, American citizens have actually lived through these achievements in real-time if they were paying attention, which I suppose could be the root problem: F***tard Americans are too busy with the Metaverse, TikTok, and Lord knows whatever else escape/defy reality application their eyes are glued too. Nonetheless, the outcome is the same — a supremely and willfully ignorant populace. I guess if politicians cannot answer the question by idiot Americans — “Yeah, but what have you done for me lately?” — then Biden has done nothing at all. That is to say, if selfish Americans can’t pinpoint what the government has done for them, then it’s done nothing! This country of “me! me! me!” cannot survive, for when a citizenry is this stupid, people like traitor trump (or the like) get elected. Welcome to stupid America! Mostly morons here. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

We Are at War! Start Acting Like It, Democrats!

According to The New York Times, “After a Chinese billionaire with plans to create a wind farm bought up more than 130,000 acres of Texas land, some of it near a U.S. Air Force base, the state responded with a ban on such infrastructure projects by those with direct ties to China. … The geopolitical strain has fueled calls for a more aggressive approach to Chinese investments in the United States with an eye on security. … Other laws, like the one under consideration in Texas, single out countries seen as particular security threats, including Russia, Iran and North Korea, in addition to China. … Nor are Republican lawmakers the only ones challenging foreign land ownership. In California, a bill to rein in foreign ownership of farmland passed both Democratically controlled houses last year. The bill’s sponsor, Senator Melissa Hurtado, a Democrat, said it was an effort to stop the purchases while trying to better understand the motivation behind them.”

Ever heard of the adage “profits over people?” It’s a relatively self-explanatory statement on the ravages of capitalism. Well, currently (and for decades now), we have been in the age of “profits over national security,” and perhaps — maybe — people and government are waking up to this fact. Perhaps — maybe — people and government are willing to do something about it. If it’s not too late to reverse the damage done by Chinese operatives buying up our land next to not-so-inconspicuous national security installations or the ability to poison our food supply. Look, f***tards! If you think that China has not been thinking about how to infiltrate and stir up chaos in America, then perhaps — maybe — you’re too stupid to live. And please, for the love of f***ing God, if I have to hear one more f***ing dumbass Democrat claim that all governments spy on each other or that this is the second oldest profession, then I may — perhaps — go f***ing postal. Just because everyone does it doesn’t mean we need to hand our enemies the keys to the kingdom, as some moron Democrats propose, for fear of offending immigrants. But whatever. I live in stupid hell. Sure, go ahead. Let the Chinese billionaire set up a “wind farm” next to one of our Air Force bases. What could possibly go wrong? Welcome to stupid America!

War Is Here, Folks!

Congratulations to Chad Fish! You got the money shot, buddy! Awesome!

Yes, I’m going from 0 to 60 right out of the gate. The obvious question is, Why would China allow a spy balloon to travel blatantly over the continental United States? Why is this time different? Is it different? I keep hearing way too many “expert” idiot pundits — e.g., Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and Philip Mudd — claim that this Chinese spy balloon is nothing to worry about because China has spy satellites that have better capabilities, and we spy on them. Really? How can anyone make that assessment without understanding the precise equipment attached to the balloon? This is an argument I keep repeatedly hearing: Their satellites are better, so why fret over a balloon, especially from the political far left and what is apparently Chinese apologists from America’s own intelligence alma mater (see names above). What a f***ing shortsighted moronic assertion. Why presume this? The assumption should be that the balloon was launched with the desired capabilities to augment their satellite intelligence gathering.

Another good question is, Why would China conduct such a manifestly non-covert operation? Of course, there is no way this balloon would have traveled across the U.S. unnoticed. There are only two explanations. First, China believes America would do nothing because they apprehend Biden and his administration as being weak and would rather not ruffle feathers. This actually almost happened. Second, it’s a provocation. Bingo! (What is not a legitimate explanation is that the balloon was an errant piece of weather-collecting equipment, just to be clear.)

There we have it. It was actually part test and part provocation. How would the U.S. handle the situation? And how can China use a U.S. response to further its political agenda? So, China, in its formal response, has opened the door to escalation, “China will resolutely uphold the relevant company’s legitimate rights and interests, and at the same time reserving the right to take further actions in response.” Some may claim that we played right into China’s hands by shooting their spy equipment down. To that, I say you can’t play into someone’s hands by coercion. We had no other choice but to destroy the balloon. This has never happened before; there has never been an occasion where Chinese spy kit has leisurely floated across America. So, you’re G.D. right that this is an escalation to provoke us. And as for those arguments of whataboutism, that all countries spy on each other, I say this: So what? Just because everyone does it, we should allow China to do whatever it wants? F***ing B.S. ridiculous speak. If we ever sent a spy balloon over the heartland of China, then I would expect them to shoot it out of the sky much quicker than we did with their spy apparatus over America!

General Mike Minihan, who as head of Air Mobility Command oversees the U.S. Air Force’s cargo and tanker fleet warned, “I hope I am wrong. My gut tells me we will fight in 2025 [with China]. Xi secured his third term and set his war council in October 2022.” I ignored this story when it first leaked, believing it was a prognostication a bit too far-a-field, but now this guy is looking like a f***ing G.D. genius. I’m going one step further: I think the war has already started. This balloon episode was China’s first shot. America, as usual, is a day late and a dollar short when it comes to apprehending the enemy. As usual, we are reactive. China has been invading our country for years. We have allowed students and workers to operate here as spies. We seemingly look the other way and protest lightly when they steal our technology and intellectual property here and abroad. We enable them to buy up our land, equipment, and property. And we allow them to install their spy technology in-country — don’t get me started on TikTok.

China has found our weakness: Capitalism! And they are exploiting us. How else would they have achieved such success? American corporations want cheap labor, so they produce in China, and China forces U.S. corporations to give up their intellectual property in exchange. Americans sell their capital to China all in the name of capitalism and get-rich-quick, never giving national security a first, second, or third thought. Everything is in the name of wealth, so we as a nation simply give our sovereignty away for cheaper products and higher profit margins. The cold war with America started over a decade ago, and it’s about to get hot, but at least our tchotchkes are cheap! “Made in China.” America’s three favorite words! Welcome to stupid, stupid America!

Biden’s CYA on the Chinese Spy Balloon

Just in case American morons, especially liberals, are confused about the timing of the Chinses spy balloon debacle, The New York Times provides a good timeline. God forgive me, but I agree wholeheartedly with the RepubliKKKlan Party. This entire situation is yet one more f***ing example of weakness from Biden and his administration. Weak! Weak! Weak! I’m sorry, but no American president should knowingly allow a Chinese spy balloon to drift over our nation for a week and do nothing. And every excuse I hear about why they didn’t take it down sooner is all f***ing B.S. They did want to risk harming Americans in the mostly de-populated state of Montana. B.S.! They disabled the balloon’s spying capabilities, so we’ll just wait for it to reach the East coast because it’s basically inert. More B.S.! Biden ordered the balloon down on Wednesday, but the military said let’s wait. The military reluctant to use its power? More B.S.! Allowing the balloon to wander across most the length of the U.S. was an excellent opportunity for us to study it and conduct our own counter-intelligence on their spy technology; we had “turned the table” on the Chinese. Again! More f***ing B.S.! All f***ing B.S.! Let’s face it: Biden hesitated and was more inclined just to let it go before getting pushback from politicians and the public. On Saturday, Biden claimed, “On Wednesday, when I was briefed on the balloon, I ordered the Pentagon to shoot it down … as soon as possible.” All this is him f***ing conducting CYA! He could have said on Wednesday that he ordered the balloon down. Still, he didn’t do that because he never said it until probably Friday, giving the military a day to execute the order, which was accomplished on Saturday.

This is not an isolated incident with him. Witness the war in Ukraine. American assistance has always been behind the eight-ball, and his reaction to this spy balloon disaster is now too another example. What a f***ing joke! Dumbass Democrats are f***ing weak. Biden is weak. No wonder idiots of America keep believing RepubliKKKlans are strong on domestic defense because it appears they are compared to dumbass Democrats. Why are Democrats always — always — on the defensive, with political opponents and foreign adversaries alike? And having to side with RepubliKKKlans is like adding insult to injury because while Democrats are weak, RepubliKKKlans are incompetent morons. Did anyone notice that the right took this opportunity to showcase their guns to “take care of” the balloon? I assume it’s only half in jest, but maybe not. I’m sure a solid majority of conservative f***tards believe their AR-15s could shoot 12 miles into the sky, defying physics while accentuating their precision aim. Whatever! Biden is back on my sh*t list, and one of these days he may not come off of it! Welcome to stupid America!
