According to CNN, “Alabama’s Republican attorney general said this week that women in the state who use prescription medication to terminate their pregnancies could be prosecuted under a chemical-endangerment law, even though Alabama’s anti-abortion law does not intend to punish women who receive abortions. Marshall’s comments underscore the legal uncertainty wrought by the Supreme Court’s decision last year to end the federal right to an abortion. In the wake of the Dobbs decision, several Republican-led states passed strict anti-abortion laws, while several others, including Alabama, that had passed so-called trigger laws anticipating an eventual overturn of Roe v. Wade, saw their new restrictions go into effect. While the anti-abortion movement seeks to prevent abortions from taking place, it has often opposed criminalizing the women who undergo the procedure.”

Some of the harshest states with the strictest abortion laws all retained their RepubliKKKlan majorities, including the key positions of governor and attorney general. Despite all the uproar about taking away abortion rights, RepubliKKKlans still received 3 million more votes than Democrats nationwide.

So, whatever! People get the government they deserve and desire. And, apparently, people in conservative states are perfectly fine with restricting abortion rights and criminalizing women’s attempts. Again, as I said a couple of years ago, they will start criminalizing women crossing state borders. Mark my words, morons! Oh, well. No one cares, least of all the voters. Welcome to stupid America!

According to reporting from the Independent, “Canada’s air traffic system suffered a similar outage to the one that occurred in the US for a brief period on Wednesday. According to RawStory, “A Florida man was violently arrested after he was accused of stalking and harassing a gay couple who live next door. Frank Norviel, of Leesburg, allegedly harassed the couple for several months by standing along the fence separating their property or riding his bicycle past their home, shouting slurs, shining lights and making homophobic remarks, reported WKMG-TV.” Someone should kill this man. I don’t care how it’s done, but this Frank guy should be removed from the face of the Earth. This ongoing episode is, of course, a consequence of DeSantis’s constant attack on the LGBTQ community. Not sure when the gays will wake the fuck up, but how many times and for how long have I been calling for an LGBTQ army, a la the Black Panthers? People like Frank are exactly why the army is needed. Do not expect or wait for the American legal system to protect minorities, for it won’t — it fails to do so now. I have no doubt that when all this is said and done, Frank will be back on the streets violating the terms of his plea deal, in which case the endless loop of harassment repeats because the last thing the American justice system will do is send a white straight cis man to jail for merely taunting the gays. Reporting from Axios, “Former Trump Organization CFO Allen Weisselberg was sentenced Tuesday for his role in helping run a years-long tax fraud scheme at the former president’s business, the AP reported. … Weisselberg, 75, was sentenced to five months in jail and taken into custody. He is expected to serve his sentence at Rikers Island in New York.”

Looks like Weisselberg is actually going to jail for traitor trump rather than flipping on him, as I completely expected. Do you know who didn’t expect this? All the idiot MSM pundits and moronic hope-peddling Democrats. When Weisselberg was arrested, all I could hear from these morons, including — especially — Michael Cohen, is how traitor trump is done. They all claimed that Weisselberg would flip on traitor trump. It was weeks of “flip watch.” Fucktard Democrats and MSM pundits were so convinced that the aging Weisselberg would not risk spending the twilight years of his life in jail. There was no way this underling would protect the criminal enterprise for traitor trump. Yet he did, in no small part, to the weakness of the justice system that threatened Weisselberg with a very manageable and lenient five months in jail for cooperating. They needed him to spill the beans, and he refused.

However, I apprehended the circumstances precisely. Weisselberg was never going to flip, and traitor trump is above the law. And, of course, I was right. My political predictions may not have been accurate, but my prediction about traitor trump evading criminal accountability has been 100 percent correct. It’s not that I’m especially prescient. I just understand how the law works regarding the most powerful politicians in America. Quite simply, the law doesn’t work. As I keep repeating, it’s the First Axiom, stupid. It’s funny watching all these hyperventilating liberal politicians and media types get exacerbated as traitor trump keeps getting away with his criminality. There is a reason he’s been a criminal in plain sight for 50 years and has never been caught. People really should heed that track record. Reporting from The Hill, “House Republicans fulfilled a key campaign promise on Monday, passing legislation to rescind the bulk of an IRS funding boost signed into law last year, marking the first bill passed by the GOP-controlled House this Congress. The bill, which is unlikely to see action in the Democratic-controlled Senate, passed in a party-line 221-210 vote on Monday evening. Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) announced that the first bill for a GOP-controlled House would be to repeal the new IRS funding in September, when House Republicans released their ‘Commitment to America’ midterm policy and messaging platform ahead of the election. A boost of about $80 billion in IRS funding over a decade generally aimed at upping high-income enforcement was included in last year’s Inflation Reduction Act, Democrats’ sweeping tax, health and climate bill.”

Let’s be absolutely clear about the motives behind defunding the IRS movement. Holding the wealthy class accountable to pay their fair share of taxes is not the primary reason for this legislative push. This is not me being hyperbolic or cute. This is their actual belief. Plain and simple. In short, the RepubliKKKlans, in the minds of their voters, just voted to repeal the American Gestapo. Of course, this is ridiculous nonsense, but it’s what fucking goddamned stupid Americans believe. To think that House RepubliKKKlans are pulling these legislative initiatives out of the blue is misguided. These actions are, at their core, rooted in what constituents are telling them. According to the New York Post, “Donald Trump is mourning the death of entertainer Diamond Lynnette Hardaway, best known as one-half of the ‘Diamond and Silk’ duo, after her death Monday night aged 51. … ‘Diamond & Silk’ rose to fame during Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign after they sensationally switched from lifelong Democrats to hardcore Republicans after Trump’s White House bid was announced a year earlier. Hardaway’s health sparked concern back in November after the duo’s official Twitter account pleaded with fans to pray for her. ‘Anyone who believes in the power of prayer please pray for Diamond,’ the tweet read, however, a reason for the sudden plea was never given.”

According to the Associated Press, “The Justice Department is reviewing a batch of potentially classified documents found in the Washington office space of President Joe Biden’s former institute, the White House said Monday. Special counsel to the president Richard Sauber said ‘a small number of documents with classified markings’ were discovered as Biden’s personal attorneys were clearing out the offices of the Penn Biden Center, where the president kept an office after he left the vice presidency in 2017 until shortly before he launched his 2020 presidential campaign in 2019. The documents were found on Nov. 2, 2022, in a ‘locked closet’ in the office, Sauber said. Sauber said the attorneys immediately alerted the White House Counsel’s office, who notified the National Archives and Records Administration — which took custody of the documents the next day. ‘Since that discovery, the President’s personal attorneys have cooperated with the Archives and the Department of Justice in a process to ensure that any Obama-Biden Administration records are appropriately in the possession of the Archives,’ Sauber said.”

It is almost absurd for me to tick off all the ways this instance of handling classified documents is different from the traitor trump episode, but the primary difference is that the Biden officials are cooperating with the government and they proactively returned said classified documents to the government, whereas traitor trump did everything he could to hide and jungle documents from government investigators while denying he ever had such classified documents to the point where traitor trump convinced his lawyers to lie to the courts to obfuscate his culpability.

These situations are similar only because classified documents were in the possession of a former president and vice president after they left office. And to be clear, we do not know the severity of the classified documents Biden had stored away — and that will make some difference. Nonetheless, all this Biden mess does is to point out what I have been saying ever since traitor trump was caught intentionally hiding classified documents from the government: Ain’t nothing going to happen to traitor trump for his handling of these documents. Again, as I have said firmly at every instance of writing about this: All the government wants are their documents back. Full stop! So, stop fucking expecting something will happen to traitor trump. It will not. Forget about the “double standard” game from the right. There isn’t one, mainly because nothing will happen to hold traitor trump accountable.

Of course, this Biden classified documents story is a gift to RepubliKKKlans at just the right time. It never seems to fucking fail. Whenever RepubliKKKlans are down and mired in their own political mess, something comes along — no matter how insignificant — to shift attention to Democrats. Naturally, this will be a bone that RepubliKKKlans cannot let go of, and they’ll beat Americans over the head with his nonthing-burger to the point where idiot Americans will be convinced of the worst of Biden just like they were duped into believing Hillary was crooked. The boy took the firearm from his home to school in his backpack Friday, Newport News Police Chief Steve Drew said Monday. The teacher was ‘providing class instruction when the 6-year-old child displayed a firearm, pointed it at her and fired one round,’ Drew said at a news conference. “There was no physical struggle or fight.’”
