Reporting from The Hill, “Rep. Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) declared ‘the hell with the Supreme Court’ after its justices ruled on Friday to eliminate federal-level abortion protections, overturning a 50-year precedent. ‘This turnout here?’ asked Waters, who stood near fencing that was installed in front of the high court. ‘You ain’t seen nothing yet. Women are going to control their bodies no matter how they try and stop [us]. The hell with the Supreme Court. We will defy them.’”

Preach! Although, I don’t think her meaning of “the hell with the Supreme Court” is as defiant as one would like her intention to be. As I’ve posted before, blue states should simply stop listening to SCOTUS opinions that they disagree with, for as the Court itself recognized, decisions related to people’s rights should be remanded back to the hands of those politicians closest to the voter. For sure! So, if those closest to politicians (i.e., voters and citizens in blue states) disagree with the ruling of SCOTUS, then politicians in those states should ignore the Court. Full stop!

Regarding Roe, he writes, “If [overturning Roe] sounds like a dystopian hellscape, that’s because it is. It’s because the court’s conservative majority, and Republicans around the country, want to force others to live in that hell. It is a hell created entirely out of Christian fundamentalism that ignores the views of people with different faiths, or people who believe secularism is the proper grounding for law. … Alito comes to his barbaric conclusion in the usual way ideologues on this court craft their horrible decisions: by concerning himself only with the views of white men from the 18th and 19th centuries. Abortion rights in this country are (or were) grounded in the Fifth and 14th amendments’ right to due process. Alito says, quite rightly, that the people who wrote those amendments did not think they were conferring upon women a right to bodily autonomy. For Alito and the conservative majority, that is enough: If dead white men didn’t grant it, we can’t have it. … They believe that the country is and should be permanently stuck in a vision of the world as articulated by white men who purposely excluded everybody else from participating. … They want the constitution and its protections to be by white men and for white men, and they resist any effort to change it. … Right now, only Republicans are willing to use all their power to get what they want. And what they want is for women, minorities, and the LGBTQ community to have fewer constitutional rights than cis-hetero white men. Second-class status for roughly half of the country is now the law of the land. Conservatives and Republicans couldn’t be happier.” Preach!

According to Axios, “With the Friday’s Supreme Court decision overturning Roe v. Wade, the U.S. joined only three other countries — El Salvador, Nicaragua and Poland — that have rolled back abortion rights since 1994, according to the Center for Reproductive Rights.” Just another feather in the cap of sh*thole America! America is moving backward, and people f***ing love it! Mark my words! Welcome to stupid America!

The end of Roe is what America wants! Oh, yes. You heard me correctly. This SCOTUS and all their rulings are exactly the America citizens want. I understand it is a bold and somewhat absurd statement, yet it is rooted in my political philosophy of how the will of the people is made manifest. How can you deny that the vast majority of Americans had and do have the right to vote or not vote? Granted, SCOTUS and states have made it more difficult but not impossible. Nonetheless, people can and do vote. Likewise, people fail to vote, and perhaps this is my point. While the numerous periodic polls on any hot-button political topic are enlightening, they are meaningless. The only poll that matters is the one that happens at the election box. For those who claim — “Oh, voting is not important”; “Voting is complicated”; “My vote doesn’t count”; “All the parties are the same”; or “I’ll vote next time” — what am I supposed to infer from these non-voters? For their failure to vote is, in fact, a vote of sorts. Everyone who sits on the sideline misapprehends that a failure to vote could very well be an implicit vote for the opposition. Silence is consensus!

Moreover, people vote (obviously) but vote in ignorance. Or do they? One can only assume that most people who vote are well informed. Yes, it is laughable to surmise this, but their votes are an official understanding of the political facts and consequences at that moment. Whether voters knew what the f*** they were doing or not is inconsequential because the result is the same: Someone wins. When traitor trump stands before the nation on numerous occasions and declares he will only install SCOTUS justices that will overturn Roe and that women should be punished for getting an abortion, then what else am I to assume? People did not hear? People thought he was bluffing? People did not care? No matter: Voters elected him. This is why I keep saying that the America you see around you today is the America that people desire and, indeed, deserve. The protests mean nothing because while it evinces that people are agitated enough to walk in the streets and show off their homemade signs when it comes to the actual “difficult” action of voting and when it comes to people expressing their preferred political preference, then the “true” majority is suddenly absent. So, make no mistake, f***tards. This is the America people want until the next election. Then we’ll see just how committed the “people” are to democracy and freedom. I think you’ll find they are just as devoted to democracy as they were to not voting and voting, which led us to this moment in the first place. Welcome to stupid America!

This SCOTUS is going to take away more rights; they’re just getting started. The gays are next. Ending gay marriage and re-criminalizing gay sex is next. Mark my words, f***tards! The time for fixing America at the ballot box has passed. SCOTUS already reversed voting rights over the last serval years to blunt the impact of your right to vote. This has all been part of the conservative plan. With re-districting and the erosion of voting rights at the state level, condoned by SCOTUS, RepubliKKKlans have checkmated Democrats. The king will be forced to lay down come November. I don’t give one G.D. f*** how big the protests are today, for, in a couple of months, people will return to their routines, well, except for some pregnant women. So, the question is this: What are you willing to do to keep your freedoms? Most will merely cower and accept their newly defined second-class status. For those who resist, then understand that there is only one way forward. Arise. Live free or die!

I have heard blue states are making it easier for out-of-state women to receive an abortion. If such women cannot prove they’re a registered and current voting Democrat, then I say f*** that! Yes, this is completely antithetical (well, mostly) to everything I have been posting about Roe, but I have a reason. I’m sorry, but RepubliKKKlan and non-voting women in red states need to be punished. I will admit it is completely cruel to say. However, this is war, and for me, the means justify what should be the end: To get people to wake the f*** up and vote Democratic. I feel that if women are allowed to cross borders to fix a problem they created (and by created, I mean their party affiliation and non-voting status), then there is no incentive to change the politics at home. This is the whole point, morons. No one cares or gets motivated or wants to vote or change how they vote unless politics and the law impact them personally. Then all of a sudden, people become interested. Well, I don’t want blue states to be their excuse and easy way out to do nothing to change the politics in red states. I don’t want RepubliKKKlans and non-voters in a red state thinking who cares when they can just cross the border. No! Sorry, folks, but if the only way for people to get off their f***ing ass and change the political system at home is to inflict pain, then so be it. Red state pregnant women: Stay home and fix your politics first! I’m tired of blue states being the safe space for red state citizens.

Moreover, I fully endorse red states that want to compel child support at the time of conception. Bravo! If you want the quickest way for women to regain rights over their bodies, then start holding the sperm donors accountable. Men will not be able to call their representatives fast enough to change the laws that legalize abortions. Naturally! It’s always the circumstance that men are the ones who grant and deny women’s rights.

Salon said it perfectly, “It was Trump who tipped the balance of the court so that this decision was possible. It’s fitting that the three judges appointed by a man who literally led a fascist coup would be the ones who allowed this to happen. The end of Roe isn’t just a tragedy for human rights. It’s the surest sign yet that American democracy is collapsing, and Republicans are securing the ability to force the majority of Americans that keep voting against them to live under minority rule.”

With traitor trump and the solidification of an uber-conservative nutjob SCOTUS, conservatives have finally put into place the last piece of the puzzle to help them force their conservative minority agenda on the majority of America. Reporting from CBS News, “Sen. Susan Collins called the Supreme Court’s overturning of Roe v. Wade on Friday an ‘ill-considered action’ and criticized the conservative justices who supported the decision. ‘Throwing out a precedent overnight that the country has relied upon for half a century is not conservative,’ the Maine Republican said in a statement. Collins, who supports abortion rights and faced criticism for her vote to confirm Justice Brett Kavanaugh, is one of the two Republican senators who introduced legislation in February that would strengthen abortion rights and codify Roe vs. Wade into law. Following the Supreme Court’s decision, which will usher in new rules limiting or banning access to abortion in half of the states — in some places immediately — Collins criticized the justices who supported the decision.”

This dingbat! What a f***ing joke she is. Of course, Kavanaugh lied to her. Everyone understood that except Collins — the moron from Maine. And what’s especially galling is that other morons of Maine re-elected her. What a f***ing joke of a state. A mostly pro-choice state that has a supposed “pro-choice” senator was duped into voting for a pro-life justice and the voters were duped into re-electing that see you next Tuesday Collins, who spends her time primarily “concerned” and “outraged” about the state of politics. This is why America is just too f***ing stupid to endure. Welcome to stupid America!

According to Axios, “The president of Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America told Axios on Friday that in the wake of the Supreme Court’s decision overturning Roe v. Wade her group will work to ban abortion ‘in every state and in every legislature, including the Congress.’” The radical right is already plotting their next step. They are eying codifying federal anti-choice legislation. Do you think Democrats are listening? Do you think non-voters and pro-choice “in-activists” (activists only when it’s too late) are paying attention? Of course, they aren’t. As usual, RepubliKKKlans, MAGA morons, evil evangelicals, and QAnon kooks are three steps ahead. Not only that, but dumbass Democrats always fail to think big enough. It is the fatal flaw of Democrats: That kumbaya B.S. attitude! That “can’t we just all get along” ethos crap.

Dumbass Democrats are still blind to the obvious: RepubliKKKlans are at war with the majority. Yet the majority is still looking for unity. Ugh! Kill me now! The time for coming together is over. SCOTUS and RepubliKKKlans want a theocracy, but Democrats will, naturally, sit on their hands because they fail to understand the big picture. RepubliKKKlans sense blood in the water. They know that SCOTUS has their back to implement and uphold their radical agenda. And for all those f***tard Democratic politicians and voters who think that the filibuster is a fail-safe preventing a RepubliKKKlan controlled Congress and White House from enacting a nationwide abortion ban, then I have a bridge in Brooklyn to sell you. Again! This is dumbass Democrats failing to think big and think ahead. When stupid America gives RepubliKKKlans control of the White House and both chambers of Congress — and they will — then watch the f*** out, f***tards! Of course! I’m not going to re-hash the legal arguments because I’ve already done so in many, many other posts leading up to this day. I will brag, though, that this is precisely as I predicted the day RBG died. While others always thought Roe was never going away, I was the first to say it is gone the first chance the Court gets. I hate to say I told you so, but I told you so. Do a search on “Roe” for my commentary on Roe and all the other rights about to be eviscerated by SCOTUS. What I will do here, though, is to predict the immediate future. What does the end of Roe — now a reality — mean politically? I’ve also speculated on this in prior posts, but I will reiterate and expound on the short-term future. In short, unfortunately, I don’t think the end of Roe is going to do much. Do not expect mass protests to last long or be impactful. They will not. Do not expect a sudden surge in the polls for Democrats. That will not happen. Do not expect Congress to save women. That will not happen. Do not expect a ground swell of women to rise up and take back control of their bodies. That will not happen. Not as many people care as you think. Trust me on that!

How can I make such declarations? How can I be so sure that the consequences or pushback from such a monumental judgment against half the population will eventually come to nothing? What gives me such confidence that the rise of RepubliKKKlans in their effort to destroy America will go unchallenged by Democrats? Why am I so sure people will still fail to wake the f*** up? Because this has been a train barreling down the tracks for decades. For! Decades! Every conservative saw it coming, yet the quixotic and clueless left has been too busy doing everything it can not to gain and hold political power. We have been living under the tyranny of the minority over the majority whereby the minority continues to gain more power as the majority kind of haplessly looks on. Today is just another day in a long string of Democrats’ habitual fecklessness.

Sadly, Democrats, Progressives, and liberals do not have the gumption. They do not have the staying power. They cannot muster the anger and the will to maintain the fight through the years required to see their efforts come to fruition. As usual, Democrats and like-minded voters will be cowed to accepting the status quo. The right always wins because it’s in their constitutional makeup to fight and win, even if it takes years. Democrats? Eh! Not so much! The last thing they do is the one thing they must — vote, vote, vote! Not once in a while. Not when there is a hot topic on the ballot! Not every four years. And not just for the president. Democrats et al. must vote every election, every time! And at every level — federal, state, and local. Every office from president to dog catcher. But whatever. That will never happen, just as this SCOTUS ruling will not save Democrats from losing the House this November!

Elections have consequences, and the end of Roe is one of them. Traitor trump is the consequence of a population upset with Hillary because “Her emails!” If a stupid America could not foresee all the wretched consequences — that Hillary campaigned on and predicted — then how can I have any faith that morons of America will finally get their f***ing act together to right the sinking ship that is America? I have no faith! As usual, people don’t get it until it’s too late, and today is way, way too late. Oh, well. I can’t with the stupid anymore. I just f***ing can’t. Gay marriage is next! America is going backward, and I think most people are just kinda ok with that! Un-f***ing-believable! Just think what will happen when traitor trump returns to the White House.
