70 Years Too Late — Burn in Hell!

From Axios, “Greene’s past online activity indicating support for violence against Democrats and promoting debunked conspiracy theories about mass shootings are presenting a huge problem for Republican leadership. … In a recently resurfaced video of Greene confronting Hogg, she calls the gun control activist a ‘coward’ and accuses him of ‘attacking our Second Amendment,’ before telling him she’s a gun owner and has a concealed carry permit.” She is a vile, vile human being as is every person who voted for her and supports her! They are all Hitler wannabes! And may I remind people that the only good thing Hitler ever did was to put a bullet in his head! Welcome to stupid America! We’re f***ed!
Boring golfing professional Justin Thomas is apologizing for using a homophobic slur. Namely, he uttered the term f*ggot after he missed the hole on a put. What? I don’t get it. Does he not understand how to use the slur properly? Usually, f*ggot is something you call someone to offend or demean a person, not for some botched action or out of frustration. Look! If you can’t use the slur correctly, then it really is meaningless. This is one of the more baffling headlines in the days following the domestic terrorist attack on the Capitol. It’s like me yelling cracker because I stubbed my toe. It raises more curiosity than offense.
I opined a while ago about which justice wanted to be known as that guy who killed the Affordable Care Act. I further suggested at least one more needed conservative would not hesitate to be that guy; perhaps, I was wrong — again, I will readily admit that it is far better to instill fear than hope. Maybe — just maybe — Kavanaugh is inclined to let the entire law stand based on what he signaled in oral arguments, though one must note comments and questions during oral arguments is not a definitively rendered opinion. It is still all speculation.
But I think Roberts nailed the central argument succinctly by stating, “I think it’s hard for you to argue that Congress intended the entire act to fall if the mandate was struck down when the same Congress that lowered the penalty to zero did not even try to repeal the rest of the act. I think, frankly, that they wanted the court to do that, but that’s not our job.” This is at the heart of the matter. Congress tried dozens of times to kill the law in its entirety and failed, and when RepubliKKKlans were able to muster the majority in Congress to kill the law they were only able to change the law by reducing the mandate penalty to zero dollars. In short, they waived any penalty for not complying with the mandate to buy health insurance. It is a “requirement” without consequences which really is no mandate at all. Yet, they left the rest of the law fully intact — on purpose! So, if the conservative justices are the true “textualists” that they claim to be and do not wish to read into the intent of Congress, then every single conservative justice should agree with an opinion that allows the law to stand, notwithstanding any argument about severability because in the end Congress had many, many opportunities to strick down the law but never did so. Thus, the law must remain as is. In fact, I’m not sure why severability is even a consideration in this case. If Congress wants to create or change a law to “mandate” something that has no penalty or even if they wanted to impose a one dollar penalty for not buy health insurance then so what? That is Congress’s prerogative, no matter how feckless the “penalty” is or is not. It is just my opinion as a layman, but I think the argument is rather straightforward. A zero dollar penalty is just that — no penalty and not an indication that the entire law is invalid. Oh, I can’t wait to read the opinions from those justices that argue the entire law is null and void.
From CNN, “White House chief of staff Mark Meadows said Sunday that the US is ‘not going to control’ the coronavirus pandemic, as cases surge across the country and nearly 225,000 Americans have died from the virus.” In other words, let the pandemic run its course and good luck with that! Yeah, Americans don’t care. All MAGA morons and RepubliKKKlans especially don’t care. It’s all stupid all the m*****f***ing time. No one is taking SARS 2 seriously. It’s all a hoax. Nothing to see here. It will all just go away! Go away eventually!
Whatever! I give up. If 40 percent of stupid America all think SARS 2 is a hoax or overblown or refuse to wear a mask, then we are never going to get over this. We get the government we deserve, and we deserve this — a clueless, callous government that just doesn’t care about the pandemic. Make no mistake! Americans wanted someone (traitor trump the moron) to shake things up! So, congratu-f***ing-lations! We got it! At what point does the 60 percent get feed up with being ruled over by the 40 percent? Americans sure don’t vote like they care about tyranny by the minority. Welcome to trump stupid America where the 40 percent will kill us all!
CNN headline reads: “Rush Limbaugh says his lung cancer is terminal.” No one in this world deserves this diagnosis more than the man who has single-handedly destroyed America’s political and general civility. Full! F***ing! Stop! As far as I’m concerned his impending death is 30 years too late! Once upon a time, in a galaxy far, far away in my early 20s I tried listening to the Rush Limbaugh show. It only took me a month or so to determine this guy is bat-sh*t crazy, not that smart, a racist, a misogynist, a homophobe, and all the other -ists. You know, basically the essence of Americans! If I remember correctly, the last “thought” I heard him utter was something along the lines of “the national debt doesn’t matter.” That’s when I turned him off. I could not take the hypocrisy anymore. As the “conservative” he claims to be he seemed not to care about the national debt when a RepubliKKKlan is president, but God forbid a Democratic president increases the national debt out of necessity versus another tax break for the rich. Whatever! I’m done with that sh*t, but, of course, that never stops his followers who are by definition the worst and dumbest people alive in America. Welcome to stupid America!
Holy f***ing sh*t! How is it that these herp derps are exactly what I expected to see in a white supremacist militia group? Talk about a group from central f***ing casting! Of course, almost all have the obligatory facial hair/beard, which grows unkempt as if to advertise they just don’t care about anything except God, guns, and gays. I’m surprised at least one does not have a Hitler mustache. Others have that thousand-mile stare, unquestionably indicating not much is going on between the ears or they should just lay off the meth for a hot second! Still, others possess the classic and requisite beady-eyes. One appears cross-eyed. One actually looks concerned or constipated (or concerned about his constipation) — I can’t tell. And I would say one or two probably has the touch of the Downs — bless their hearts! These guys should watch out for a T4 program!
Clearly, these morons did not get the memo about proper hygiene, grooming, and attire so as not to stand out as obvious “don’t tread on me” domestic terrorists. Wasn’t that the whole point of the present-day white nationalist movement to dress in khakis and polos? To not be obvious. To blend in with “regular” Americans. To suggest, “Hey, we’re normal and ubiquitous.” There is a reason these f***tards got caught!
My NSFFB thoughts are here.
Ugh! If I have to hear one more f***ing G.D. legal “commentator” voice caution and “concern” (ala Mitt Romney and Susan Collins level of concern) about calls to pack the courts because it may engender a tit-for-tat battle between Democrats and RepubliKKKlans whenever each regains control of Congress, then I am going to lose my f***ing G.D. mind. I can’t stand this f***ing pusillanimous mindset anymore. What is most infuriating is these commentators’ justification for espousing restraint: They fear such a battle over SCOTUS will endanger the legitimacy of the Court. Hello, m*****f***ing G.D. morons of the highest m*****f***ing G.D. order! The court, with this latest nomination, has already lost its legitimacy. In fact, it’s been losing its legitimacy more and more ever since RepubliKKKlans held up Obama’s last nomination. It is clear that SCOTUS is now the legal arm of the RepubliKKKlan Party. So, its legitimacy is long gone! God-f***ing-damm*t! I can’t anymore with these f***tards and this call to err on the side of caution and not to make rash decisions in the heat of the SCOTUS battle. F*** that! We are so f***ing beyond caution and not being rash. What is even more frustrating is that dumbass Democrats — Biden! Mnuchin! — seem to be agreeing with such opinions. Un-f***inf-believable. We are so f***ing screwed! F***ing weak, stupid Democrats. It never fails!
There are legitimate and sensible reasons to pack the courts. (I must admit these are not my ideas. See the brilliant writings of Elie Mystal.) First, it is a completely rightful function of Congress to expand the courts, just as it was legitimate for RepubliKKKlans to hold up Obama’s last pick — as distasteful as it was. I am so in favor of what is good for the goose is good for the gander! Second, expanding (or reducing) the size of SCOTUS is not novel; it has occurred many times in the nation’s history. There is precedent. In fact, I say expand the SCOTUS to an absurd number such as 21, 23, or 25. The United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit has 29 judges. Why should SCOTUS, which is at the apex of the federal judicial system and without a doubt the most important court in the land, be limited to and rely on such a few number of legal opinions when upholding or striking down laws? Which brings me to my next point, which again I am borrowing from someone else. Third, the more Justices on SCOTUS then the less influence (power) any one Justice has to reshape the jurisprudence direction of the country. People already argue — RepubliKKKlans in particular but only when the argument suits them, of course — that SCOTUS has too much power. I say dilute their power by increasing the number of Justices so that no one person can f*** over the rest of the nation. If Democrats want to increase the number of Justices to 21 and then if RepubliKKKlans come to power and want to add another 6, 8, or 10, so f***ing be it! Of course, dumbass Democrats really should be trying to guarantee that at the very least they never lose the majority in the Senate. F*** the House! Just don’t lose the Senate, ever! The Senate can really f*** over a sitting president, while the House just thinks they can. But that is a pipe dream. Last, the backlog of federal cases is rediculous and the number of important cases that are not taken up on appeal is equally appalling. Justice delayed is just denied. So, pack the m*****f***ing G.D. courts at all levels and allow litigants to receive justice in months, not years. Maybe SCOTUS can grant certiorari and hear cases year-around instead of taking the Summer off.
