Yeah, I’m Surprised
From ABC News, “In a history-making decision on Thursday, the Supreme Court ruled President Donald Trump cannot claim ‘absolute immunity’ from criminal investigation while in office and may need to comply with a New York grand jury subpoena seeking his personal financial records.” Yeah, I’m surprised. I’m surprised by both rulings ( Trump v. Mazars USA, LLP and Trump v. Vance) and the 7-2 decisions and the implicit unanimous opinion that traitor trump is not above the law. It is sad that I — and many other pundits — have to be surprised by SCOTUS upholding the rule of law. I thought the judgment would have been along party lines and given deference to the Office of the President who happens to be occupied by traitor trump. While he technically lost, the court actually returned the cases back to the trial courts for further processing which means more legal wrangling, no imminent answers, and justice delayed. In effect, he is above the law. What else is new? The rich and powerful can buy their way to delays and circumventions. All of which means justice denied as none of this will be settled before the upcoming election; once again I rightly predicted over a year ago: we’ll never see traitor trump’s taxes! So, a failed businessman who has filed for bankruptcy five times, who inherited all of his wealth and did not build it from “nothing,” and a moron who is best known for his TV celebrity will run for re-election as the f***tards of this country think that this “brilliant billion” is the only one who can save the economy from traitor trump. F*** me! I give up. America deserves its stupidity. I live in stupid hell. Welcome to trump stupid America!
From CNN, “The intelligence that assessed there was an effort by a Russian military intelligence unit to pay the Taliban to kill US soldiers was included in one of President Donald Trump’s daily briefings on intelligence matters sometime in the spring, according to a US official with direct knowledge of the latest information.” Of course, it was! Of course, he didn’t read it because he’s a moron who can’t read well. Of course, he’s incompetent and doesn’t care about anybody, least of all the soldiers on the front lines. And, of course, traitor trump has done nothing and will do nothing to hold Russia accountable because he is a f***ing G.D. traitor! Of course, traitor trump sides with and protects America’s enemies. Of course, he’s a traitor along with every other person who supports him — MAGA morons, RepubliKKKlan, evil evangelicals. These people hate America! Plain and simple. The 40 percent hates the 60 percent and the minority rules over the majority because of stupid America and the majority seems to be perfectly copacetic with that. Fan-f***ing-tastic! I can’t anymore. I just f***ing can’t take this stupid f***ing country anymore. Welcome to trump stupid America. Why bother? Seriously! Why do I even bother trying to understand and hoping stupid America will pull itself out of this mess? The stupid hurts! The incompetence hurts! It all hurts! May I remind the reader that we do things to traitors in this country — perhaps not enough because of the Eighth Amendment.

Is It Wrong?
Is it wrong that every time I see a crowd at a traitor trump klan rally I wish each and every one of those people would die? Sorry (not really). It’s always my first thought! People who don’t have the same gut reaction truly do not understand the danger of these people, especially the younger ones. This is absolutely no different than killing baby Hitler as being morally correct! That traitor trump rally at the Dream City Church in Phoenix was filled with nothing but vile, hateful youths who are, no doubt, the spawn of vile, hateful parents. Mark my words, morons. If I’ve said it once then I’ve said it a thousand times: root and stem! Root! And! Stem!
A Raw Story headline reads: “Trump’s Tulsa rally mocked as #Coronapalooza: ‘Human sacrifices are needed.’” Indeed!
According to The Hill, “Gorsuch wrote in the 6-3 decision that the prohibition against discrimination on the basis of ‘sex’ in Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act also applies to gay and transgender employees.” Well, well, well. I was wrong and I’m shocked, like many other more scholarly legal pundits. This ruling is, indeed, not only a surprise in the verdict itself but also in the split (6-3). I have not yet read the opinion; I’ve read only the highlights quoted in news articles. Needless to say, this is, by all accounts, a sweeping legal decision the LGBTQ community has been waiting for to protect against discrimination in the workplace (from the other half of states). It is a huge victory, more so than the marriage equality decision. It must be a relief for LGBTQ individuals to finally wake up and feel closer to getting out of second class citizenship status. Just to be clear. Gay and transgender people are still not 100% protected. LGBTQ people may not be fired from their job and they may be able to get married, but they may still be denied service or housing or unable to order a wedding cake! Whether this legal decision is used as a credible legal argument to expand protections against discrimination of the LGBTQ community in other areas of society remains to be seen.
Yet! (There is always a but.) Do understand that this decision is one based on a reading of federal statute, not the Constitution. While marriage equality was determined to be a Constitutionally guaranteed right, this decision regarding Title VII does not equate to a reading of the Constitution that guarantees equality of the LGBTQ community more generally. It is a not-so-subtle distinction, but an important one nonetheless. I read several news articles on this SCOTUS ruling looking for a ceratin caveat, and only The Hill pointed out that which I was seeking: “And while Gorsuch sided with LGBT advocates on Monday, he left the door open for employers to make faith-based challenges to the court’s ruling on Title VII protections.” And so here is the new battle line. Whereas LGBTQ haters used to claim they had the law on their side when discriminating, now they will argue a religious exemption. And may I remind the reader that a religious exemption is particularly troublesome because SCOTUS has already determined that it is unwilling and incapable of second-guessing one’s religious beliefs: “Whether a religious belief is true or false is irrelevant to a judicial determination, as long as the belief is sincerely held.” That is to say, one can claim the First Amendment right of religious freedom to discriminate against an LGBTQ individual without any sort of religious dogma to support such a stance. One need not have to say my Evil Evangelical beliefs prevent me from treating all people equally. One need only say my “religion” dictates that gay people are lesser and should be discriminated against. So, get ready for managers and companies making ridiculous claims of “but my religion.” Everyone will hide behind their “religion.” Of course, slavery used to be justified with religion and the Bible until the Thirteenth Amendment. It all comes back to the Constitution — that messy, flawed document, in particular, the religious clause of the First Amendment and the Second Amendment in its entirety.

But Will Anything Change? Doubtful!
The civil unrest and protests have been likened to those of the civil rights movement and, in particular, 1968. My question is, Will anything change? In a word: No! I’m sorry to say it, but in the end nothing will change just as the situation of the black community has not changed for the better since 1968. Call me a cynic and a skeptic. Why can’t the idiots understand that America is stuck with its original sin unless and until righteousness and freedom win the next civil war in earnest! Yes, the next civil war. Sadly, the North did not vanquish the South. Reconstruction and the idea of reconstruction was a huge f***ing mistake! What needed to happen was a great purge of all racists and white supremacists! People must realize that ever since the end of the Civil War the mentality of racism and white supremacy has been allowed to breed and flourish, and now we have traitor trump who has given permission to every yahoo to be openly racist and hateful with impunity.
There is only one way to permanently fix America’s original sin and it is not through incremental, feckless reforms and fixes that inevitably go nowhere or attenuate over time. No! This requires (demands) an entire reordering of society — this goes beyond race and includes sexism, sexual orientation bias, and the like, which are all just variations on racial discrimination. Such a reordering can only happen through another civil war. I’m sorry to say it! But next time the war must be won decisively and completely, not accomplished through some half-hearted victory whereby the South comes to revere (is allowed to revere) their loss by constructing racist monuments to traitors and the memory of slavery. Un-f***ing-believable! No! Racists and white supremacists must be vanquished completely and irreversibly! — root and stem. Some may argue racism can never be truly and completely eliminated. Fine, but racists should live in fear and shame of being outed. Instead, we live in a nation under the current political establishment that not only condones racism but encourages it!

Rise Up, America!
From CNN, “Americans woke up to another day of uncertainty Saturday after a night of fires and outrage over the death of George Floyd while in police custody. Anger boiled over in more than a dozen cities Friday, with some protesters smashing windows, setting vehicles ablaze and clashing with officers.” Rise up America! Rise up and revolt! This is not only anger over 400 years of institutionalized racism, but it is also hatred of traitor trump! So, I say rise up America! It is time to show our oppressors that we’re mad as hell and we’re not going to take it anymore! The next civil war has been 155 years in the making, so let it come. It is time for the great re-alignment. The South lost the last war and they’ll lose this one too. Conservativism must parish!
From CNN, “Four Minneapolis police officers have been fired for their involvement in the death of a black man [George Floyd] who was held down with a knee as he protested that he couldn’t breathe, officials said Tuesday.” As usual, these four will eventually be exonerated of any crimes and they’ll be restored to their positions with back pay because this is m*****f***ing G.D. stupid America where police — particularly bad police — are above the law; they are merely an extension of an imperial presidency, and it is evidence of a citizenry complacent about living in a quasi-dictatorship! Nothing ever changes! Mark my words, morons. These four will go free! There is no justice in America especially for black Americans!
