According to Inside Higher Ed, “Colleges aren’t saying so publicly, but a few are starting the process of figuring out what they would do if the U.S. Supreme Court, as expected, rules this year against affirmative action. The American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers last week recommended that colleges ‘establish a review team in early 2023 that includes your institution’s legal counsel’ to prepare.” So, everyone expects SCOTUS to ban affirmative action in college admissions, which means race can no longer be used as a criterion for deciding who will and will not be accepted. To this, I say bring it! Not that I’m against affirmative action, but I dare Whitey, in particular, to be careful what they wish for. I’m going to go out on a stereotype tear here, but it does not mean what I say is no less accurate.

So, Whitey loves to b*tch, moan, groan, and complain that non-White people are taking their spots at prestigious universities to fulfill some racial “quota.” And SCOTUS is about to give White people their wish: Don’t consider race at all. Sadly, Whitey thinks they will automatically fill the void once this barrier is removed, which means colleges will be putting more emphasis on other criteria, such as academic performance. Does Whitey really think they are the only top academic performers? Do they? Because I can think of one racial class of students that typically outperforms all others: Asians. Many may call this stereotyping, but stereotypes are actually based on reality; it may only be considered inappropriate to assume all Asians are academic overachievers. But when you have a cohort of high school seniors applying to universities, and of that cohort, Asians are the group with the highest G.P.A., S.A.T., and A.C.T. scores, then that is not stereotyping; it is a fact. Whitey will be in for a rude awakening in the coming years when the top universities are flooded with more Asians because SCOTUS deemed that colleges must now be colorblind when considering admissions criteria. How long will it be before Whitey fills a lawsuit claiming that a lack of affirmative action is unjustly and unfairly preventing them from being admitted to Harvard or Yale or M.I.T.? From The Hill, “A slim majority of Americans surveyed in a poll released Friday would support pardoning former President Trump if he is convicted and sentenced to jail over allegations that he mishandled classified documents. The Harvard CAPS-Harris poll found 53 percent of total respondents — 80 percent of Republicans and 30 percent of Democrats — would support a pardon in the interest of national unity, showing a large partisan divide in opinion.” Allow myself to quote myself by reminding idiots of America about my First Axiom: Traitor trump ain’t going nowhere because no jury on this planet is going to convict him of anything — ever. Hell! Most Americans simply want to move on to the “forgiveness” stage already despite traitor trump’s criminality and callous disregard for our national security.

How quickly we forget Ford’s pardon of Nixon. How did that turn out? Oh, sure, at the time, the same excuse of “national healing” was invoked. Yet, Americans are all too eager to overlook and forget. I’m not sure how or why I’m the only person to apprehend this. Nonetheless, here we are: The entire criminal case against traitor trump has not made it to the light of day, but Americans want to let him off the hook so the next criminal president — which Americans will certainly elect one day because this is stupid f***ing America — can commit worse crimes. Do you know what kind of leaders engage in crimes? Dictators! Not those who cherish democracy and the rule of law. But whatever. I live in stupid f***ing hell. If we, as a country, cannot hold traitor trump up to the rule of law, then why even bother with the law in the first place? I guess the First Axiom is a self-fulfilling prophecy. According to Politico, “Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Sunday his government intends to move ahead on contentious plans to change the country’s judicial system after talks aimed at finding a compromise solution appeared to be crumbling. The government’s plans to overhaul the judiciary plunged Israel into one of its worst domestic crises ever earlier this year. Negotiations between the government and opposition parties somewhat alleviated the crisis with attempts to find a middle ground over proposed changes to the country’s justice system.”

Of course, he is. It was always the plan. The only reason Netanyahu backed down in the first place was to take the heat off the situation while pretending to negotiate. I don’t know what idiot Israelis were thinking when they re-elected a criminal to be prime minister. Did they really think their mass protests would stop the country’s slide into Jewish fascism? All their protests were merely a bump in the road to pacify the masses. Do you think those same people will rise up in the streets again? Do you think there will be the same boycotts by government workers and the military? Do you think the passion to stop the criminal prime minister will be the same? Nope! According to The Hill, “President Biden and former President Trump are tied in a new poll of voters in swing state Michigan, with 44 percent saying they would vote for Biden and the same percentage opting for Trump. Twelve percent of voters in Michigan said they were still undecided between the two options, according to the EPIC-MRA poll released Friday.” I’ve completely lost faith in America; it truly is just too f***ing G.D. stupid to endure, and this most recent poll is confirmation of this.

After everything we know about traitor trump during his presidency and post-presidency, after the insurrection, after the indictments (plural), after the impeachments (plural), after all the other lawsuits, and after all of it, people are still split on whether or not Biden would be better for America than traitor trump. Un-f***ing-believable! I can’t! I just f***ing cannot with this sh*t-for-brains country anymore! If America cannot discern between evil and not evil or at least the lesser of two evils — if one must frame the choice that way — then there is absolutely no hope for America’s future.

And don’t be fooled by idiot political pundits, especially of the Democratic variety, that keep telling you traitor trump doesn’t have a chance or that the national polls show Biden on top (usually, but not always) with a head-to-head match-up. Once again, I have to remind the morons of America that we do not elect presidents according to national polls; we elect presidents state-by-state, so when you have poll results like the one quoted above in a critical “blue wall” state where Biden is not clearly ahead, then Democrats are in f***ing trouble. Even if the poll is an outlier, it’s still a problem. There should be no poll sampling of people on Earth that shows Biden not ahead of traitor trump.

Moreover, don’t believe these same moronic pundits who want to convince you that these polls are “early” and the presidential election is a political lifetime away. That is all f***ing rubbish, for the point is traitor trump, given all of his history, is still competitive — incomprehensively. If 80 percent of half the nation is unable and unwilling to apprehend facts, then America can no longer endure. I’ve been saying it for years, and this latest traitor trump indictment only evinces that half the country wants a democracy and the other half wants a dictatorship. Sorry, but a nation cannot survive under these conditions; one side will win out, and I’m not so sure it is the side that wants to preserve democracy that will come out on top, for maintaining a liberal democracy takes work, and most Americans are politically lazy or stupid or both. Ginning up ire and stoking that anger over an extended period is easy and effective; traitor trump has been doing it for six years, and it’s only worsening.

At some point, the dam will break. You essentially have 50 percent of the country aggrieved, angry, and out for revenge, and you have the other 50 percent that just wants to be left alone, move on, and return to normal — whatever that means nowadays. So, you tell me: What emotion wins out? The perpetually disgruntled or the pusillanimous? Hint: Name a time when the weak and timid ever achieved domination. There is a reason why fascism prays on the weak. And there is a reason why authoritarianism — in whatever form or function — is the “preferred” government worldwide. How many times must I say it? From CNN, “The U.S. State Department has confirmed the arrest of American citizen Travis Leake in Russia and said U.S. embassy officials attended his arraignment Saturday. Moscow’s courts of general jurisdiction earlier released a statement on the social media app Telegram saying a U.S. citizen had been detained on drugs charges.” Dear Biden, don’t waste your f***ing time, political capital, or emotions on this Leake idiot. Any Americans, besides diplomats, who are still in Russia are f***ing G.D. morons of the highest m*****f***ing order and should be left to the consequences of their own idiotic decisions. The State Department advised from the beginning of Russia’s illegal invasion of Ukraine that Americans should leave Russia — immediately — and not travel to the terrorist country, yet some f***tards remained or went away. Ron DeSantis, vowed to restore the former name of the base that until last week was called Fort Bragg in honor of a Confederate general, if voters elect him president.”

The Fort Liberty was previously named for Confederate General Braxton Bragg. According to Wikipedia, “Bragg is generally considered among the worst generals of the Civil War. Most of the battles he engaged in ended in defeat. Bragg was extremely unpopular with both the officers and ordinary men under his command, who criticized him for numerous perceived faults, including poor battlefield strategy, a quick temper, and overzealous discipline. Bragg has a generally poor reputation with historians, though some point towards the failures of Bragg’s subordinates, especially Major General and former Bishop Leonidas Polk—a close ally of Davis and known enemy of Bragg—as more significant factors in the many Confederate defeats under Bragg’s command. The losses suffered by Bragg’s forces are cited as highly consequential to the ultimate defeat of the Confederacy.” Of course! Sound familiar? Of course! Of course! Of course! Of course, God has a wicked sense of humor. First is a damming indictment followed by a traitor trump-loving judge being “randomly” selected to oversee the trial. What could possibly go wrong? If you want to see how a judge can bias a case in favor of the defendant, then just watch Aileen Cannon. She has already proven — through her twice reversed opinions — that she thinks traitor trump is beyond reproach. Actually, to say her opinions were reversed is an understatement. She was publicly rebuked and admonished for so grossly misinterpreting the law and bending its reading in traitor trump’s favor. As a judge, she can employ several tactics to stall, derail, and outright undercut the D.O.J.’s case. First, she can thwart the D.O.J.’s request for a speedy trial, putting off the trail until after the next presidential election. How convenient for traitor trump that would be.

Second, she could start disallowing the most compelling evidence from being used in the trial. This is the same judge that thought all of traitor trump’s “papers” were truly his and his alone and beyond the review of the D.O.J. According to her, the subpoena was ill-conceived and probably unlawful. What happens to evidence that she judges to be unlawfully obtained? Imagine how she’ll rule about the evidence obtained after another judge ruled that the attorney-client privilege could be overcome. Such evidence becomes inadmissible. In short, no evidence, no case. This will be traitor trump’s first motion — a motion to dismiss because the evidence gathered — his “papers” or whatnot — were illegally acquired. Of course, the D.O.J. would appeal such a ridiculous ruling, but the point is to eat up more time as every sh*tty ruling from Cannon — which will be all of them — gets challenged on appeal. Motion after motion to run out the clock is the point and a classic traitor trump tactic. He could not have picked a better judge to oblige him. Fan-f***ing-tastic.

Last, we come to the jury if it gets that far. Never mind Cannon’s sh*tty rulings during the trial, which are sure to come, but she has the last say in which MAGA morons make their way onto the jury. Furthermore, the real thumb on the scale in favor of traitor trump comes from the instructions she gives the jury when considering the evidence and the law. Her instructions and the “opinions” she expresses — intentionally or unintentionally — carry significant weight with the jurors. Consider the jury a bunch of novices looking for guidance from anyone in the court, and the judge is the most critical person in the court. So, naturally, the jurors take their cues from her, not the lawyers or even the law. She is the most influential person in the room! This is how traitor trump will get away with everything — again, as usual — because I live in stupid f***ing hell. Oh, and let’s not forget another fascist leader who went to jail only to return stronger and more popular — Hitler. Welcome to stupid America. The end is coming. Traitor trump must be executed immediately, and so should every single one of his supporters! It is the only way to save America! Even after the indictment revealed 37 counts of law-breaking through a detailed and expansive narrative, RepubliKKKlans continue to stand by their treaneous, corrupt leader. Now I understand why traitor trump moved to Florida. I thought it was sour grapes with New York, but clearly, he moved there for the jury pool. Plain and simple. Needless to say, I was shocked that Garland actually pulled the pin on this grenade. I didn’t think he had the testicles to do it. But here we are nonetheless. So, the next chapter in this saga is the trial and acquittal. Once again, I stand by my conviction: There is no f***ing way a jury will send a former president and presidential candidate to prison. All that traitor trump needs is one juror to ignore all the evidence at the trial and vote not to convict. That’s all it takes, and then he walks free and right back into the White House because America is that stupid. Jury nullification is technically a jury ignoring the law to find a defendant not guilty, but a hung jury, in this case, is essentially the same. The prosecution will only get one chance in this case. If it ends in a hung jury, then the D.O.J. will not seem a re-trial, and traitor trump will declare himself innocent.

And, of course, RepubliKKKlans are rushing to his defense on these federal indictments because this is what a dying country looks like. Without understanding the scope and severity of the charges or the evidence, RepubliKKKlans — the alleged party of “law and order” — stand by their criminal leader. They truly do not care. They love the criminality. The grievances. The “poor me.” The whining and bitching from Dear Leader. RepubliKKKlans are snowflakes, and they love it. I can’t wait for traitor trump’s approval numbers to skyrocket and for him to haul in tens of millions of dollars in donations because that’s what this country of idiots has become. The more corrupt traitor trump reveals himself to be then the more people love him. This is the end of the country.
