According to Raw Story, “The person who leaked U.S. classified documents prompting a national security investigation is a gun enthusiast in his 20s who worked on a military base, the Washington Post reported on Wednesday, citing fellow members of an online chat group. … The person shared classified information to a group on the instant messaging platform Discord of about two dozen men and young boys who shared a ‘mutual love of guns, military gear and God,’ the [Washington] Post said.”

Let’s be clear about who this guy really is; he’s a MAGA moron white nationalist Christo-fascist. Full f***ing stop! This guy wants to hurt America while praising and lifting up our enemies. Oh, and he’s a f***ing traitor to America that should be immediately taken out back and a bullet put in his head! These white nationalist Christo-fascists are a disease in America, especially in the military. And Democrats refuse to do anything about it. So, this is what happens — another security breach of grave consequence. No doubt — as I am already beginning to hear in the MSM — this guy, because of his youth and naïveté, will get some special treatment for his jejune “transgression,” as they completely miss the point that he is a symptom of the rising threat of people in the military that want to destroy our democracy and usher in a theocracy. And I don’t want to f***ing hear about how he was just showing off to his other Christo-fascist teenage buddies because he “only” distributed classified documents to his gaming bros, which then “unfortunately” got leaked everywhere. Indeed, from my reading of events another person from the bro group took those documents and transmitted them to Telegram for wider distribution. If that person was an America, he should be hunted down and executed, too. Whatever the particulars, the genius of this mess started with Teixeira, so I don’t give a f***. He’s a traitor and must be executed! But whatever. No one cares. We need to start killing traitors quickly, regardless of age. People might actually start to think twice before handling top secrete information. Welcome to stupid America.

From CNN, “A fire that started Tuesday afternoon at a recycling plant in the eastern Indiana city of Richmond was emitting toxic smoke and has forced evacuation orders for about 2,000 people as it is expected to burn for days, officials said. Early air monitoring results are expected early Wednesday, Wayne County officials said. Plastics were among the items burning at the plant, and the smoke – a thick, black column rose from the site Tuesday – is ‘definitely toxic,’ Indiana State Fire Marshal Steve Jones said in a news briefing.”

First, it’s no coincidence that this happened in a red state, just like the train derailment in Ohio and that toxic spill. These RepubliKKKlan states have little oversight and regulations over businesses, so they can run risky operations with impunity because the likelihood that sh*t firms will be held accountable is low. When a disaster does happen, it becomes an “oh, well” situation. It’s a one-off, so no need to start regulating now. People get the government they deserve and desire. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Second, humanity is killing itself. Full stop. Catastrophes like this always remind me of what humanity is doing to itself, which will ultimately lead to our demise. I’ve said this before and will keep saying it until I’m dead: Nature will restore balance to Mother Earth. This is why I get absolutely apoplectic when I hear idiot RepubliKKKlans rail against the “social ills” of America that are supposedly engendering male infertility. (I’m taking an unusual turn here, but this latest ecological mess converges both political and environmental issues.) You have morons on the right claiming that “wokeness” is causing men to become effeminate, thereby reducing their sperm count, while Tucker “Moron” Carlson proclaims ball tanning is a cure. Similarly, women are unable to get pregnant because they are too liberalized. Because women have too much freedom and decision-making power, it leads to lower birth rates. Of course, this is all bullsh*t, but that doesn’t stop stupid Americans from believing. (Apparently, buying and displaying guns in public also helps generate higher sperm count and causes women to become wet and ovulate.) The reason for male and female infertility is much simpler: It’s biological, not societal, and these toxic disasters are a prime example of nature communicating to our species that the environment is not conducive to reproduction — by our own doing! Of course, the Indiana and Ohio disasters are two acute toxic incidents that are not directly causing infertility issues more broadly, but they are indicative of a century of humanity poisoning itself. And we wonder why the population is leveling off or declining.

There is also, no doubt, the more subtle — yet still biological — urge for people to look around at the environment and decide that they don’t want to bring a child into this sh*thole planet. Whatever the inherent reasoning or biological impetus, Mother Nature is killing us off — rightly — to save the rest of the planet. But whatever! Welcome to stupid humanity. We’ll learn when most of the species has died off.

According to Heartland Signal, “Missouri House Republicans voted to defund all of the state’s public libraries, in a proposed $45.6 billion state budget that will soon move to a vote in the GOP-controlled state Senate. The Missouri House debated for over eight hours last Tuesday on a budget that is roughly $2 billion less than the one Gov. Mike Parson (R) proposed last January, cutting not only the $4.5 million Parson had slated for libraries, but also costs for diversity initiatives, childcare and pre-kindergarten programs. Missouri House budget committee leader Rep. Cody Smith (R-Carthage) proposed cutting library aid due to a recent lawsuit filed against the state last February.”

And then this from CNN, “A rural Texas county that was ordered by a federal judge to return banned books to its public library shelves is now considering shutting down its libraries entirely. A meeting of the Commissioners Court of Llano County on Thursday will include discussion of whether to “continue or cease operations of the current physical Llano County library system pending further guidance from the Federal Courts,” according to the meeting agenda.”

Naturally! I expected nothing less from a supremely stupid country populated by RepubliKKKlan f***tards. Texas and Missouri are the quintessential states (and country) that RepubliKKKlans want. This is what people elected. America wants to be stupid. Have you ever heard the saying ignorance is bliss? Well, RepubliKKKlans take this adage to heart. No, actually, they live by it. They want a war on knowledge — and apparently childcare from a party that loves the fetus and hates the child — because stupid Americans hate intelligence, which is why they elected traitor trump in the first place. At what point do voters simply say they’ve had enough? (I hear that a lot.) One would think after decades of mass killings at schools, voters would have had enough. One would think after decades of women being pushed into second-class citizenship, culminating in the end of Roe, there would be no peace in the streets until justice has been restored. One would think in an ever-warming world in which RepubliKKKlans ignore the climate change crisis as a badge of honor, voters would stop electing RepubliKKKlans. One would think with a whole host of critical issues that RepubliKKKlans are regularly on the wrong side of the popular will of the electorate, they would be voted out of office, but alas they are not. In fact, they have more power than ever. Thus, if voters are not going to fix the problem and if this country is so hell-bent on the culture of death, then we may as well make sure the right people are dying! And those right people are RepubliKKKlans. It is the only way! The civil war is already here; we must fight to reclaim our country. Welcome to stupid America.

From CNN, “As Louisville investigators piece together what led up to a mass shooting inside a downtown bank that left five people dead, several victims remain hospitalized, including a police officer in critical condition after a shootout with the 25-year-old gunman.” Eh, so what? I’ve stopped caring what happens in red states with these mass death events. I must ration my outrage with shootings, so I’ve decided not to give one G.D. f*** about dead people in red states anymore. In fact, I say good! The more RepubliKKKlans killed, the better. The sh*thole state of Kentucky (and Tennessee, for that matter) has some of the most lax gun laws in the nation, and, consequently, all their citizens deserve whatever happens to them. I’m even tempted to cast aspersions upon Democrats in these states for being so weak for allowing RepubliKKKlans to take over these states so completely, as is the case with Kentucky and Tennessee, whose legislatures both have supermajorities. I know Louisville is a blue dot in a sea of red, but at some point, everyone has to be held accountable for the state they have allowed to take shape, regardless of political affiliation. Once upon a time, not so long ago, Tennessee (Kentucky to a lesser extent) was a competitive place for Democrats, but somehow dumbass Democrats stopped playing politics in these places. Whatever! I don’t give a f***! Dear RepubliKKKlans, please, by all means, keep killing yourselves. Do it faster and with higher frequency and volume. We want you dead because dead people can’t — aren’t supposed to — vote! Welcome to stupid America! the best kind of RepubliKKKlan is a dead RepubliKKKlan!

I am not a huge fan of AOC, but she said something that piqued my interest. According to USA Today, “New York Democrat Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez called on President Joe Biden’s administration to ignore a ruling from a federal judge in Texas that suspended the approval of a common abortion pill, mifepristone. ‘The executive branch has an enforcement discretion,’ Ocasio-Cortez said on CNN’s ‘State of the Union,’ also calling the ruling ‘a mockery of our democracy and a mockery of our law. This ruling is an extreme abuse of power. It is an extraordinary example of judicial overreach,’ Ocasio-Cortez said.” I totally agree. And it’s not just me. RepubliKKKlan Nancy Mace — oddly enough — urges the same as The Hill reports, “Rep. Nancy Mace (R-S.C.) on Monday said the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) should ignore a Texas federal judge’s ruling blocking its approval of mifepristone, a pill that can be used to induce abortion in early pregnancy. The South Carolina Republican joined several Democrats who have called for the Biden administration to ignore the judge’s ruling.”

Oh, but the Democrats are all up in arms against any such notion, fearing that it would undermine the system, go against tradition and norms, disturb the status quo, and engender lawlessness. Look, f***tards! All that has already happened. We’re already in a state of corruption brought about RepubliKKKlans. Witness the TN3, Utah, and any other rogue legislative or judicial action undertaken by RepubliKKKlans. We are only proposing to ignore the courts to stop the f***ing insanity. But who am I f***ing kidding? Democrats are weak and pathetic, unable to play the ruthless hardball politics it takes to defeat fascism. He’s already targeted women, and it’s just a matter of time before gay marriage is on the chopping block, among other issues. We will never get our country back until this guy is killed. Full stop! And the death must happen now, while Biden is president and Democrats still have a 51 — kinda — seat majority. I assume — weakly, unfortunately — that dumbass Democrats are willing to override any blue slip objections from RepubliKKKlans. But, sadly, f***ing impotent and stupid Democrats have already allowed RepubliKKKlans to blue slip too many Biden nominees, with no pushback from the administration or Senator Durbin, who heads the Judiciary Committee. Never mind, when RepubliKKKlans were in power, they overrode Democrats’ blue slip objections. Un-f***ing-believable! Don’t get me started on that issue. But I digress — again. Perhaps, maybe — just maybe — when the Kacsmaryk seat opens up, Democrats will play the hardball politics required to fill his seat with a f***ing progressive judge — or at least not a RepubliKKKlan theocrat — but I am forever skeptical because this is stupid America and Democrats are forever pathetic.

According to CBS News, “A federal judge in Texas on Friday halted the Food and Drug Administration’s approval of the abortion pill mifepristone, delivering a blow to abortion rights advocates in the wake of the Supreme Court’s dismantling of the constitutional right to abortion.” Completely predicted! This should enrage people everywhere in America, but it won’t because I live in stupid America where no one really cares, just like most people don’t care about Roe being overturned. And don’t let the MSM convince you otherwise. While the Dobbs decision agitated and angered many and may have persuaded some people to actually vote for once, the overall impact has been marginal. May I remind readers that RepubliKKKlans control the U.S. House, RepubliKKKlans hold more supermajorities in state legislatures, and RepubliKKKlan-control states are completely undeterred in their efforts — and are successful — in implementing more restrictions on women’s bodies and their movement (i.e., Utah). Does this sound like an America wherein its citizens have been motivated to action by the Dobbs decision? Indeed, not! But I digress — again.

I write in angered response to the Texas ruling and in anticipation of the predictable lack of action resulting from this ruling, especially when SCOTUS gets a hold of it, which will anger me even more. Usually, I read the entire opinion or at least peruse it before commenting, but in this case, I did not because I already know the legal “reasoning” of Kacsmaryk’s opinion is all f***ing garbage, for as with most conservative legal rulings, the law is entirely beside the point. The end is the point. Ending all abortions is the point, and RepubliKKKlans march on with blinders affixed and buoyed by their success. So, I’m just going to fast-forward to the forthcoming SCOTUS opinion because it’s the only one that matters; the Alliance case is merely the vehicle. Thus, the question is, How will SCOTUS rule? I think that is a more straightforward call than most idiot pundits tell us, although some are hedging their bets after the fall of Roe.

Allow me to explain how and why I think SCOTUS will uphold Kacsmaryk’s opinion. Let’s start with the injunction that will not happen. Allow me to quote directly from the U.S. government website, “The Supreme Court has its own set of rules. According to these rules, four of the nine Justices must vote to accept a case. Five of the nine Justices must vote in order to grant a stay, e.g., a stay of execution in a death penalty case. Under certain instances, one Justice may grant a stay pending review by the entire Court.” It would take five justices to stay Kacsmaryk’s ruling. Who are the five? Justices Kagan, Sotomayor, Jackson, and probably Chief Justice Roberts. That’s one, two, three, four. Hmm. One short. So, the ban goes into effect. Perhaps the justice who oversees the Fifth Circuit may decide to step in to stay the ruling. Who is that? Justice Alito. So, not a chance in hell. Idiots may argue, but surely the Court would step in to freeze the status quo before they rule on the case. Really?!?! Are you f*** sure about that? Have you forgotten about Texas S.B. 8? Remember that law. The Abortion “Bounty” Law! If I had a dime for every moronic political and legal “expert” that claimed there is no way SCOTUS would allow that law to go into effect — all the same idiots that claimed Roe was safe, by the way — then I would be a very wealthy person. I have absolutely no faith SCOTUS will prevent this ruling — also out of Texas — from being implemented.

To be sure, SCOTUS will take up the case, but in all likelihood, will allow the ruling to stand in the meantime. So, how will the justices rule? Again, I think this is pretty easy because this uber-conservative theocratic court will impose its morals on the rest of us, which is to end all forms of abortions. This ruling will be the same breakdown as Dobbs. Justices Thomas, Alito, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barret will side to uphold the Texas ruling, for this case will be a two-for. Not only is this Court hostile to abortion rights — and more generally, women’s bodily autonomy — but they are also hostile to the administrative state — and science more generally. This case presents an opportunity to diminish both. I can also anticipate the justices citing the original abortion medication (misoprostol) as an alternative substitute. They will argue that women still have access to that medicine, although it is more dangerous and painful, but that, too, is part of the point. These theocrats in black robes want women to suffer as part of the punishment for seeking out and getting an abortion. It is pure Biblical retribution and misogyny. They will also argue that all the FDA needs to do is go through the proper approval process, which takes years. Again, that is the point. And don’t believe justices like Kavanaugh, who wrote in the Dobbs case that there was no effort to ban all abortions. He lied. He lied during his confirmation that Roe was safe because it was “precedent on precedent.” They all lied to get on the bench to start taking abortion rights away, so this is just one more case that allows them to do just that. So, believe none of their promises. Only believe how they vote.

And Lord knows once the re-approval of mifepristone has been accomplished — if it ever gets to that point — a new case will be before Kacsmaryk, claiming the FDA also bungled that process. We already know that this judge likes to substitute his political and moral beliefs for evidence-based science. But fear not, people! No doubt f***tard Americans will have elected a RepubliKKKlan president before then who will have his FDA halt the approval process for mifepristone, or worse still withdraw its approval. But whatever. This is what people voted for. Elections have consequences. Idiot Americans will be living with the fallout of traitor trump for decades, and Americans are too stupid and too distracted to do the hard work — of voting for Democrats every time and consistently — to put the country back on track. The only way through — and out — is civil war. Mark my words, morons. Welcome to stupid America!

Report from NBC News, “Republican legislators in Tennessee voted Thursday to expel two Black Democrats from the state House over their protests on the chamber floor against gun violence last week, while a vote to expel a third, white Democratic representative fell short.” I expected nothing less from RepubliKKKlans! (It’s in their name — literally!) But I’m not here to write about the blatant injustice. I’m not here to comment on the imbalance of the punishment versus the “crime.” I’m not here to discuss the manifest racism running through the Tennessee electorate and legislature. No! I will discuss none of these facets of the day’s events because they are too obvious for all to see, but what I do want to comment on is the end of America’s democracy — naturally! What RepubliKKKlans did yesterday to the opposing party is the definition of fascism and the undoing of America’s democracy, so it’s worth further comment.

The question that first comes to mind is how or why RepubliKKKlans think they can get away with expelling two young black men from the Democratic Party because they disagree with their politics. (Not to mention they are Black.) The whole world was watching this injustice, yet they barrelled headlong. And adding to the insult, while confirming their racism, they conspicuously spared the white woman from expulsion. How could RepubliKKKlans do what they did in the face of such national (and international) criticism? That is the real question! And I have some not-so-surprising thoughts. This is what a dying democracy looks like. Many on the interwebs have rightly called yesterday’s lynching of two young Black men pure fascism come to America, and those people would be absolutely right. It has been a race to fascism since Obama, if not before then, but we have reached a critical point in history. I hear pundits and other political experts claim Democrats and the younger generation (Gen Z) are finally starting to catch on, that they are finally beginning to see the deterioration of America’s democracy and the corruption of the system engendered by RepubliKKKlan rule. I hear much of these sentiments, but I am far less sanguine. Call me skeptical. I will reiterate the same observation that I always do: If each succeeding generation is supposed to be more progressive than the last, then we’d be a utopia by now. Yet, we are not. Indeed, Gen X is more conservative than Baby Boomers. Imagine that the generation that lived through the Counter-Culture Revolution of the 1960s gave birth to Gen X, the generation mostly in power now trying to return America to pre-1960. But I digress.

Returning to the end of democracy — ushered in by Gen X — RepubliKKKlans have now fully embraced fascism to the point where they take control of state legislatures and expel their political enemies. They ignore the will of the majority, and they impose their theocracy on everyone else. What is the collective response? Not much. Americans have not taken to the streets in any significant numbers in every state and every major city. The reaction has been passiveness, and you wonder why RepubliKKKlans keep imposing their minority values on the majority of the population because citizens let them get away with it. RepubliKKKlans have become fascists because they can. Democrats barely push back or raise a stink. They may talk a lot, but their actions are weak when they have power. Oh, well. Welcome to stupid America. The end is coming. I promise!

Only yesterday, I was lauding Wisconsinites for saving their state’s democracy by flipping control of the state Supreme Court from a RepubliKKKlan majority to a Democratic majority. I even suggested that Wisconinites, having demonstrated their ability to vote as if their lives depended on it, might make my blog irrelevant — why maintain a blog of America’s stupidity when voters do seem to care and do seem to have the capacity to learn. Oh, but what a difference a day makes, and shame on me for my brief moment of optimistic failing, for in the end, Americans are still f***ing morons, Democrats still exude weakness, and America’s democracy is still on a downward spiral. RepubliKKKlans will always find a way to outsmart Democrats (Wisconsin) or downright cheat voters out of their democracy (North Carolina) or both. The quote below reveals the cause of my 24-hour reversal.

From The Guardian, “Wisconsin Republicans won a supermajority in the state senate on Tuesday, giving them the necessary votes to impeach statewide officials, including the state’s Democratic governor and potentially state supreme court justices. Wisconsin Republicans now control 22 of the senate’s 33 seats after Dan Knodl, a Republican, narrowly defeated Democrat Jodi Habush Sinykin in a special election to represent a district that includes Milwaukee’s northern suburbs. Republicans also control 64 of the state assembly’s 99 districts. The Wisconsin constitution authorizes the state assembly to impeach ‘all civil officers of this state for corrupt conduct in office, or for crimes and misdemeanor’ by a majority vote. A two-thirds majority is required in the senate for a conviction.”

So! Although RepubliKKKlans, no doubt, had hoped to keep the Wisconsin Supreme Court under RepubliKKKlan control, they clearly had a backup plan that dumbass Democrats completely missed, and that plan was to attain a supermajority in the state senate via a special election held on the same day in a conservative district. In so doing, they now have the ability to impeach and remove the governor and — wait for it, wait for it — the Supreme Court justice Wisconsinites just elected. Now, what are the chances that RepubliKKKlans will follow through with removing Protasiewicz? I’d say 100 percent, especially when abortion and redistricting cases come before the court. As with everything, RepubliKKKlans will invent a cause for impeachment and removal, so it doesn’t matter what she does or does not do. In fact, Kelly has already laid the groundwork with his defeat screed by suggesting Protasiewicz lied to voters to get elected, which she did not and is not illegal had people perceived she lied, but nonetheless, it will be enough cause for them to act against the will of the people.

Once again, RepubliKKKlans have gerrymandered and perverted the political system in Wisconsin (and nationwide) so that no matter how much winning Democrats achieve, RepubliKKKlans can undermine the will of the voter. Yet, this is the state of affairs that citizens have allowed to happen after decades of neglecting their civil obligation to vote — consistently and correctly (i.e., Democratic). Suddenly — not so suddenly in truth — RepubliKKKlans have amassed enough power at critical levels of local, state, and federal governments, and voters are starting to rebel against the policies they are enacting, but guess what? It’s too late, f***tards. Voters thought they could just begin voting en mass to undo their years of apathy. Foolishness! Did voters not consider RepubliKKKlans would have foreseen this eventual pushback from the electorate? Of course, they did not! This is why RepubliKKKlans have fixed the politics to make it impossible for the people to actually express their will and make changes. Oh, well! So, here I am back to where I started: Welcome to stupid America!
