According to the Miami Herald, “A proposed draft of a physical education form in Florida could require all high school student athletes to disclose information regarding their menstrual history — a move that’s already drawing pushback from opponents who say the measure would harm students. ‘This is clearly an effort to further stigmatize and demonize transgender people in sports [and] meant to further exclude people who aren’t assigned female at birth in girls sports,’ said Maxx Fenning, president of PRISM, a South Florida nonprofit organization that provides sexual health information to LGBTQ+ youth. ‘Beyond that, I think there’s concern among LGBTQ+ and non-LGBTQ+ [students] alike. This is an extremely invasive mode of gleaning into someone’s reproductive history, which is especially dangerous in this post-Roe world we live in.’”

So much for small government! Whatever! Moreover, just to demonstrate the typical Flori-DUH man, “Juan Alvarez, though, whose daughter Annelise plays volleyball at St. Brendan School in Miami, has no issue with revealing those details should the policy become mandatory. Alvarez acknowledged they haven’t divulged such information in the past, he said. ‘I’m OK with that,’ he told the Herald Thursday. ‘To me, that’s not a big deal. If only the doctors or the school or the FHSAA know, then that’s fine.’” Typical machismo attitude without any regard to what his daughter may think of the policy, but he’s ok with it.

This is what people voted for. This is why they elected DeSantis. What possible value is there in knowing a girl’s menstrual history? None! But this is what a dying country looks like. According to CNN, “The US is tracking a suspected Chinese high-altitude surveillance balloon over the continental United States, defense officials said on Thursday, a discovery that risks adding further strain to tense US-China relations. Speaking on background, a senior US defense official said senior military officials had advised President Joe Biden not to shoot it down due to fear the debris could pose a safety threat to people on the ground.”

This is a flagrant infringement on our national sovereignty, security, and pride. What does Biden do? Nothing! Because maybe, just perhaps, someone on the ground might get hit by a bus. From Newsweek, “Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene was ridiculed over Twitter on Wednesday after claiming that an elementary school in Illinois had received over $5 billion in COVID-19 federal relief funding to be used toward critical race theory curriculum.” People are saying that she “misspoke,” but I say it doesn’t matter if she misspoke or not. (She didn’t misspeak because you can see her reading.) What’s more important is that she’s not intelligent enough to catch what she’s reading. Greene is too stupid to apprehend that a single elementary school would never have a budget of $5 billion. She just says whatever to support her hatefulness, and RepubliKKKlans love her for it because it’s the hate and stupidity. That’s all they love. Welcome to stupid America. RepubliKKKlans just say sh*t because why not?

From The Hill, “The Republican National Committee is doubling down on its anti-abortion stance by urging all GOP candidates and lawmakers to ‘go on offense’ in the 2024 election cycle and pass the strictest anti-abortion legislation possible. In a resolution passed Friday during its winter meeting, the committee called on Republicans to pass laws ‘that acknowledge the beating hearts and experiences of pain in the unborn.’ Such language has been used to pass “heartbeat” bills that would ban abortions at six weeks, before many people know they are pregnant.”

Hmmm…How can this be? I thought with the women’s revolt after SCOTUS overturned Roe that RepubliKKKlans would have been cowed into backing off from angering more women by not seeking more restrictions on a woman’s bodily autonomy. How’s that working out? In fact, RepubliKKKlans won the House after Dobbs — not quite the rebuke of the RepubliKKKlan Party. But whatever. RepubliKKKlans have taken — as completely predicted — a slim margin win in the House as a mandate! This was another thing I got right. Everyone thought that Roe would be the issue to agitate women enough for Democrats to remain in power and to teach RepubliKKKlans to be more cautious of women’s rights. Not so much. Indeed, RepubliKKKlans are more emboldened to go even future — another thing I correctly predicted. (Search previous posts.) RepubliKKKlans will continue to push for a total abortion ban in all 50 states, and women will acquiesce because, as I have said countless, countless times: Abortion rights are always someone else’s problem. So, whatever. People keep electing RepubliKKKlans to take away their rights, and they seem surprised when it happens. Oh, well. I can’t care about these people anymore. Welcome to stupid America.

I will be brief in my comments since the quote is rather lengthy. That’s not my sentiment — I’d rather not “wait” — but it’s the hopes of RepubliKKKlans. From an article in The Atlantic, “In his recent book Thank You for Your Servitude, my colleague Mark Leibovich quoted a former Republican representative who bluntly summarized his party’s plan for dealing with Trump: ‘We’re just waiting for him to die.’ As it turns out, this is not an uncommon sentiment. In my conversations with Republicans, I heard repeatedly that the least disruptive path to getting rid of Trump, grim as it sounds, might be to wait for his expiration. … This magical thinking pervaded my recent conversations with more than a dozen current and former elected GOP officials and party strategists. Faced with the prospect of another election cycle dominated by Trump and uncertain that he can actually be beaten in the primaries, many Republicans are quietly rooting for something to happen that will make him go away. And they would strongly prefer not to make it happen themselves.”

Forgive the pun, but this is what a dying country looks like. One of the two political parties in America understands the danger to the country that is traitor trump, but instead of dealing with the crisis, they continue to ignore it, relying on wishful thinking to save themselves and America. Sorry, but this is exactly what opponents of Hitler believed during his 12 years in power. How did that work out? America is just simply too f***ing stupid to endure. So, I called this a year ago when the West first imposed sanctions. I predicted they would all be worthless because they always are. Russia has been under some form or amount of sanctions since forever, going back to Russia’s invasion of Georgia in 2008. Sanctions are worthless and just another weak move by the West that wants to bury its collective head in the sand and pretend that Putin is not really interested in rebuilding the Russian Empire. That he’ll never get away with it. If the West shakes its finger hard enough and scowls at Putin long enough, then he’ll get the hint that NATO et al. are mad and serious about doing nothing!

What a f***ing G.D. joke. I’m sorry, but the West is pathetic, and they are forever befuddled as to why whatever they do, Putin never seems to be deterred. I’ll tell you why he’s never deterred: The West has done absolutely nothing to dissuade him. Economic war does not work. Cultural war (peer pressure from the world) does not work. The only thing that will work is a good old-fashioned kinetic war, but the West is too feeble and will never engage until it’s too late, which will be when Russia starts marching into the Baltic states and Poland, for if Putin can make a “legitimate” claim that Ukraine is (always has been) a part of the Russian Empire, then he can also make the same claim to parts of Poland. And Poland understands this more than anyone, along with Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. As usual, pathetic democracies need to be shocked into reality and action. Whatever!

I predicted just before Russia invaded Ukraine (again) that it would be the fall of Ukraine. I have vacillated back and forth on whether my initial assessment was correct. Clearly, Ukraine is putting up a fight that no one expected, and Russia’s military is weaker than most anticipated, but when push comes to shove, Russia is bigger. Pure and simple. It can withstand (has withstood) more weak punishment from the West (i.e., sanctions). Add to this the lingering reluctance from the West to help Ukraine win the war, and I’m starting to rethink my current position. As I predicted a year ago, I think the West will let Ukraine wither on the vine because the West is just too f***ing weak. Soft and pathetic. Oh, well.

I found this blurb from The New York Times interesting, “For a start, Mr. Sunak has done little to alter his reputation as a cautious technocrat. Plans for the economy, unveiled in November, announced major spending cuts but delayed the bulk of them until 2025. Balancing between further immiserating the public and appeasing the markets whose ire brought Liz Truss’s premiership to such a dramatic end, it wasn’t a death blow to the nation’s economy. But it merely maintains a failing system. And the situation is dire. British households are in the midst of the biggest fall in living standards since the 1950s, yet Mr. Sunak seems to have little idea of how to reverse it. Vague promises to bring down inflation do little to bring actual improvement to people’s lives. Add a dubious effort to coax recent retirees back into work and plans to deregulate the City of London, some of which have already been abandoned, and the overall impression is of a leader both misfiring and weak.”

Obstenbily this article was about the failed first three months of P.M. Sunak’s tenure. Still, I could not help but read between the lines about some of the economic woes as a direct result of Brexit, although it was not mentioned directly in the article. I think Britons are starting to feel the long-term, permanent consequences of, you know, deciding to leave the world’s largest trading block at the time of Brexit: “The European Union (EU) is the world’s largest trading bloc and the second largest economy in the world” (2020). What could possibly go wrong? Add to that a pandemic and another European war, and the U.K. is left particularly vulnerable to economic vicissitudes that have created the worst economic backsliding in 70 years! But hey, at least they got to kick out all those foreigners, which has created labor shortages and out-of-control inflation because, you know, labor expenses are a primary input cost, which means everything costs more at every level of the production chain.

Oh, well. This is what people wanted! This is what people voted for during the Brexit referendum. People should have known. And there really is no excuse, as many suggest, arguing that the voters were “bamboozled” by false promises of a better funded NHS, more competitive trading, and, of course, more white people in the U.K. with fewer Eastern Europeans. (But for some reason, the U.K. loves their Russian oligarchs! Those Eastern European merchants of terrorism are welcomed!) How’s all that working out? Like in America, Putin manipulated and interfered in the political debate and Brexit vote, and he won! Too bad the U.K. can never go back; they’ll just continue to slip further into second-class world status. Elections have consequences! It’s a shame that voters are the last ones to understand this before they cast their ballot, or worse still — don’t!

According to a poll from CNN, “Just 27% of U.S. adults say they think Republican leaders in the House have had the right priorities so far, while 73% say they haven’t paid enough attention to the country’s most important problems. A 59% majority disapprove of the way Democratic leaders in Congress are handling their jobs overall, while a broader 67% disapprove of Republican leaders in Congress.”

More proof that Americans are the dumbest f***ing people on the planet, and it is a f***ing daily miracle that America has survived for this long. So, let me see if I understand the circumstances correctly: A supremely f***ing G.D. stupid electorate voted RepubliKKKlans into office to — apparently — disrupt Democrt’s “progressive” agenda — and I use the term progressive loosely as to say not moving the country backward. Then RepubliKKKlans come to power in the House under the tightest of margins while claiming an overwhelming mandate of historic proportions, of course. They proceed — again predictably — to focus their energy on revenge against Democrats and other grievance issues to move the country backward. Yet, voters are now surprised that RepubliKKKlans are not interested in the problems of everyday citizens. Seriously? What the f*** did these f***tards expect? Honestly, what did these morons really think was going to happen by giving the party of “government sucks” the management of government. F*** me! They just voted for this. This is what people elected. This is what voters wanted. And this is why I hate people. Because they are stupid, and honestly, most citizens should not be allowed to vote, for they simply do not have the intellectual capacity to make good decisions about their own lives, let alone participate in making decisions about how the government will function. But here we are! Elections have consequences, and everything RepubliKKKlans are doing now was wholly known ahead of time. And these morons will continue to vote for these idiot RepubliKKKlans because this is stupid America! Just when you think it can’t get dumber, it does! This level of stupid cannot be undone!
