I quote a RepubliKKKlan strategist, Stuart Stevens, “Here’s a simple message for Democrats: attack, attack, attack. A governing party vs a party obsessed with bathrooms and bedrooms. You can win. There are more of you than them. Walk with confidence. Go out and take it.” Yes! Yes! Yes! I promise that I’m not an undercover RepubliKKKlan trolling my readers, but RepubliKKKlans know how to fight, which I admire. Unfortunately, there is virtually no political and absolutely no social policy with which I agree.

Then I stumbled across an article from The Hill titled “Democrats want Biden to go scorched-earth on GOP.” It goes on to say, “After all, the party was up against Donald Trump, a man who seemed to find joy in making personal attacks part of his daily routine. But nearly six years later, the party that pledged to play nice is fed up. Democrats are tired of being stomped on by the opposition. They hate the public perception of President Biden as a president in peril. And the conservative Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade is pushing them past their limits. Going low suddenly seems more appealing, some Democrats now say.” One would think.

But this is what we actually get: Dumbass Democrats still live Michele Obama’s mantra: “When they go low, we go high.” OMG! F***ing kill me now with that pathetic sh*t. I swear to God that B.S. mentality has burrowed itself so deep into Democrats’ ethos the party may as well be a walking zombie. They act like it! The scorched earth wing needs to start flexing its muscles and pull Democrats out of their weak posture. But this is stupid America!

The opening line of articles across the MSM is the same in describing the result of the constitutional right to abortion question on the Kansas primary ballot. CNN writes representatively, “Kansas voters sent a dramatic message on Tuesday, opting to maintain the right to an abortion in their state’s constitution just weeks after the US Supreme Court decided to overturn Roe v. Wade.” I heard the word “thunderbolt” used frequently. Lord knows I was surprised. I did not think the specific question would survive in such a red state. But turnout was twice the norm for a midterm primary, so indeed, there was motivation. I guess people do care, after all. In fact, the ballot result was right in line with national polling; roughly 60 percent support a woman’s right to choose. And to be sure, such a result could not have happened without crossover support from RepubliKKKlan voters. However, I think many are overstating the consequences of this Kansas result on the upcoming midterm elections. There is a vast difference between a ballot question and voting for a candidate of a particular party. As the crossover votes in Kansas prove, people will vote to keep a woman’s right to choose yet vote for anti-abortion lawmakers. So, what happens when there is no “crossover,” and the voter must choose all or nothing: Democrat or RepubliKKKlan? Because abortion rights in poll after poll rates so low on voters’ concerns, the electorate will gladly vote for anti-abortion candidates if the question itself is not on the ballot. Let me repeat: The abortion issue is not going to save Democrats in the midterm elections. Mark my words!

But fear not! RepubliKKKlans will learn from this mistake. They are already devising other ways to go around voters to strip women of their rights. Mark my words. They never stop, no matter what the populous wants. Kansas is merely a stumbling block, for if you look at the results from the rest of Tuesday’s primary elections, you’ll see Americans want crazy on the midterm ballot. Last night the Kansas abortion question victory was an anomaly. Consider what Kansas did otherwise. They nominated Kris Kobach as the RepubliKKKlan candidate for state attorney general. Yup! That guy is back. You can’t make this sh*t up. Welcome to stupid America! Stupid usually wins in the long run.

According to the Insider, “Former President Donald Trump issued an ambiguous statement backing ‘Eric’ in the Missouri GOP Senate, an endorsement that capitalized on a coincidence to encompass both Eric Greitens and Eric Schmitt. The borderline-comical decision was a deliberate way to get out of choosing, Politico reported in the wake of the endorsement. … The ambiguity caused chaos, with both candidates seizing on the statement to claim they had Trump’s favor. According to Politico’s sources, the ambiguity was not an error, but down to Trump’s inability to make up his mind between Greitens and Schmitt in time for a deadline he set himself.”

It underwent minor changes when it moved to the House, where it passed 342-88. When the bill returned to the Senate, the bill had not changed much but the view — and vote — of 25 senators did.”

And then from The Washington Post, “The Senate had passed the bill Wednesday in a 64-33 vote. Days earlier, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) had said there would be bipartisan support for the bill’s passage in the House and vowed to send it to Biden’s desk as soon as possible. At the time, House Republican leaders had planned to let their rank and file vote their conscience on the bill. However, after the stunning news Wednesday night of a deal between Sen. Joe Manchin III (D-W.Va.) and Democratic leaders on a separate climate, health-care and taxes bill, House GOP leaders urged members to oppose the chips bill as retribution, in an effort to deny Biden and Senate Majority Leader Charles E. Schumer (D-N.Y.) a legislative win.”

Breaking news! Biden kills Ayman al-Zawahiri, the leader of Al-Qaeda. Of course, America is too stupid to care or understand this unqualified and momentous win for Biden. How can I be so certain that Americans won’t care? I look to the past. What other Democratic president had such an achievement? Anyone? Anyone at all like to make a guess or recollect history? Who else? Who indeed? Well, for the idiots out there, it was President Obama. He killed the last al-Qaeda leader — Osama bin Laden. You know! America’s number one wanted terrorist. Obama got him while Bush II let him get away. People may be hard-pressed to remember such a victory because Americans basically ignored it. America had been hunting for bin Laden for a decade. He eluded the RepubliKKKlan president, but not Obama! Of course, when Obama told the world, RepubliKKKlans gave him zero credit, and the rest of America did a collective ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

I have no doubt Americans will do the same for Biden, the other Democratic president who actually fights terrorism — the Afghanistan disaster aside. In fact, America’s withdrawal from Afghanistan may have led al-Zawahiri into the country and allowed him to get too comfortable and complacent about his security. One could make the argument that exiting Afghanistan resulted in the al-Qaeda leader’s ultimate termination. Moreover, this does prove that Biden was correct about leaving: America did not need to occupy the country to fight terrorism; it could be done with over-the-horizon capabilities. Indeed!

I am sure traitor trump is going crazy because he failed to get al-Zawahiri — that is if he even tried. I doubt it. If anything, the orange traitor aided and abetted terrorists worldwide because he was more in bed with them and their authoritarian protectors than against them. To be fair, I guess traitor trump took out some terrorist general or something like that at one point during his treasonous term, so he did lift a pinkie for a second. This is a great victory for Biden, and I have no doubt stupid America will find a way to ignore or punish him for it because I live in stupid hell where people want the traitor back in office. According to The Hill, “Former President Trump leads President Biden and Vice President Harris in hypothetical 2024 presidential match-ups, according to a new Harvard CAPS-Harris Poll survey released exclusively to The Hill on Monday. The poll found that if the 2024 election were held today, 45 percent of voters would vote for Trump in a race against Biden, who attracted the support of 41 percent of respondents, while 14 percent were unsure or didn’t know.” By my count, this is at least the fifth poll whereby traitor trump bests Biden. Actually, this particular poll is an online survey without a M.O.E., so I don’t rate it as being particularly statistically meaningful. Nonetheless, the poll reinforces the same trend indicated in many other polls: People want traitor trump back to finish destroying America!

Politico reports, “House Republicans are planning to bombard Joe Biden’s administration with investigations next year, from Hunter Biden to the border to the chaotic U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan. As the GOP prepares for a likely takeover of the chamber next year, committee chairs-in-waiting have laid out a lengthy list of oversight goals that goes beyond Biden’s White House — including Democrats’ formation of the Jan. 6 select committee. But the party’s highest-profile targets are those with the potential to politically bruise the president ahead of 2024: his son’s business dealings, Afghanistan, the origins of the coronavirus, inflation causes and the U.S.-Mexico border.” Of course!

This is what voters want when they give back control of the House to RepubliKKKlans. What else am I to believe? House RepubliKKKlans are telegraphing — no, outright saying — they will spend the next two years investigating the Biden administration. They have no intention of actually legislating. No, they just want to get their revenge on Democrats, and voters seem to be perfectly fine with that. But this is what b*tchy, stupid voters want because they need to “send a message” to Biden about how displeased they are with the economy. So, they’ll show him by crippling the second half of his term. Somehow with every Democratic administration, dumbass Democratic voters get impatient with progress and need to throw a tantrum by allowing the opposition party to take control in the midterms so that nothing happens except investigations. Because Kentucky is and long has been a red state, I don’t care what happens to these hicks. All I ever really hope for is that enough RepubliKKKlans die to give Democrats a chance to win statewide elections, other than governor. According to CNN, “US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is expected to visit Taiwan as part of her tour of Asia, according to a senior Taiwanese government official and a US official, despite warnings from Biden administration officials, who are worried about China’s response to such a high-profile visit.” It is pathetic that Biden allows his administration to fret over Pelosi’s visit. It just makes him and his administration look weak and unwilling to stand up to China. To think that China could dictate where and when the Speaker of the House — second in line to be president — can travel is ridiculous, and when Biden and his Department of Defense wring their hands and show undue worry, it is a f***ing embarrassment. God-f***ing-d*mmit! Why is it Biden never passes up a chance to come off as cowering before China? It’s like a whip-saw with this guy. Strong and resolute against Russia but pusillanimous against China. It’s par for the course that China constantly whines and b*tches about whatever America does, yet Biden feels the need to tip-toe around them when they do. And one wonder’s why Biden approval is the lowest in history — below traitor trump. He’s just f***ing weak, and I think America is getting tired of it. Lord knows I am. (I’ll still vote for him agian, but with a hefty sigh.) As I have said a billion times before, President Clinton had it absolutely correct: It is better to be strong and wrong than weak and right. Several commentators have already warned of the next blow to America’s democracy courtesy of SCOTUS, namely via the blockbuster case-to-be, Moore v. Harper. And who better to quote regarding America’s impending demise than Laurence H. Tribe, a University professor emeritus at Harvard Law School? In the Los Angeles Times, he writes, “The Supreme Court is poised to cut the heart out of majority rule. The Supreme Court’s extremist justices are aiming their next dagger at the heart of the entire democratic enterprise: voters’ right to pick leaders of their choice. … In Moore, Republican state legislators petitioned the U.S. Supreme Court, advancing a debunked right-wing doctrine innocuously labeled the ‘independent state legislature’ theory. It maintains that state courts can play no role in overseeing their legislatures in federal election matters. … Adopting the independent state legislature theory would amount to right-wing justices making up law to create an outcome of one-party rule.”

The Brennan Center for Justice has a good primer on the independent state legislature theory. They write, “The Consti­tu­tion deleg­ates power to admin­is­ter federal elec­tions to the states, subject to Congres­sional over­ride. There is, however, a disagree­ment about how much power is deleg­ated and to which state actors exactly. There are two relev­ant clauses. One is the Elec­tions Clause, which reads, ‘The Times, Places and Manner of hold­ing Elec­tions for Senat­ors and Repres­ent­at­ives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legis­lature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regu­la­tions.’ The other is the Pres­id­en­tial Elect­ors Clause, which reads, ‘Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legis­lature thereof may direct, a Number of Elect­ors.’ The dispute hinges on how to under­stand the word ‘legis­lature.’ The long-running under­stand­ing is that it refers to each state’s general lawmak­ing processes, includ­ing all the normal proced­ures and limit­a­tions. So if a state consti­tu­tion subjects legis­la­tion to being blocked by a governor’s veto or citizen refer­en­dum, elec­tion laws can be blocked via the same means. And state courts must ensure that laws for federal elec­tions, like all laws, comply with their state consti­tu­tions.” Does anyone believe that SCOTUS will not take this opportunity to re-interpret the Constitution and their own previous precedent to give more power to state legislatures and deny people the power to vote? I don’t have to understand or be knowledgeable in jurisprudence or legal theorizing or really anything about the law because this SCOTUS doesn’t care about the law; they care about the end result and use the law only as the means. So, as long as I understand what the end is, I can confidently predict the outcome.

What is the end? The Brennan Center says it all, “The night­mare scen­ario is that a legis­lature, displeased with how an elec­tion offi­cial on the ground has inter­preted her state’s elec­tion laws, would invoke the theory as a pretext to refuse to certify the results of a pres­id­en­tial elec­tion and instead select its own slate of elect­ors. Indeed, this isn’t far from the plan attemp­ted by Trump allies follow­ing his loss in the 2020 elec­tion. And, accord­ing to former federal judge J. Michael Luttig — a distin­guished conser­vat­ive jurist — the theory is a part of the ‘Repub­lican blue­print to steal the 2024 elec­tion.’” This is what SCOTUS wants. They want state legislatures to be able to steal all future elections so RepubliKKKlans can remain in permanent power. This is what people want. This is why people elected traitor trump.
