According to The Hill, “Darren Bailey, an Illinois state senator and the Republican nominee for governor, apologized Monday after saying that people should ‘move on’ from the deadly Highland Park shooting earlier in the day. Bailey spoke after a July Fourth parade in the town of Skokie was canceled in the wake of the shooting, which left at least six dead and injured at least 24 others. ‘Let’s pray for justice to prevail, and then let’s move on and let’s celebrate the independence of this nation,’ he said.”

So, this guy wants to be the next governor of Illinois. Do not believe his apology. He’s lying! This is the same down-state a**hole politician running for statewide office who basically said the Northwest portion of Illinois is a hell hole. He has absolutely no interest in the lives and safety of Chicagoland. He’s one of those f***tards who would rather every county other than Cook secede from the state. Welcome to stupid America, where blue states are starting to turn purple because why not!

Of course, Robert Crimo III, the Highland Park killer, is a traitor trump supporter. This is America, f***tards. This is what Americans want. This is why Biden trails traitor trump by five points in a recent head-to-head poll. America breeds these people. America condones these people’s actions when they continue to revere traitor trump. This cycle will never end until Americans have it out with each other. As long as traitor trump supporters exist in America, then Americans can never have peace. Axios reports, “Former President Donald Trump said Monday that recent events such as the war in Ukraine and skyrocketing inflation would not have happened if he was still president. … Trump said ‘it’s not looking good’ for the United States right now due to the ‘major war raging out of control in Europe’ and ‘the highest inflation in memory.’”

Look, f***tards, traitor trump is the stupid America whisperer. I have no doubt that 40 percent of the population believes whatever the idiot says, and I fear another 10-20 percent, at this point, probably think he’s more right than wrong because he is the moron that understands the power of stupid-speak. He knows how to say just the right thing to convince unthinking people of his lies and half-truths. Oh, sure. I have no doubt that there would be no war in Ukraine because the traitor-in-chief would simply let Russia walk right in and take over the country without a fight. If he were president, who thinks for a second that he would not channel America’s indifference. Instead of rallying NATO, like Biden, he would hold daily briefings telling Americans (and the world) that Ukraine is not our problem. And Americans would agree because I live in stupid hell, where people love autocracy more than democracy. Part of the reason Americans care now is that Biden has led on the issue. Also, what’s occurring in Ukraine is not a “major war raging out of control in Europe.” This is not 1939, when Germany and Russia launched a war to split up and absorb Poland.

As for inflation, once again, I will repeat myself but more slowly for the f***tards out there. Inflation. Is. A. Worldwide. Problem. Not. A. Biden. Problem. So, I don’t care what the idiot traitor trump says. He has no control over inflation. None. But whatever. He can say whatever he wants, and he keeps getting away with it because of Florida Man. Breaking from NBC Chicago, “At least six people were killed and approximately two dozen others were ‘seriously injured’ Monday morning in a shooting at Highland Park’s Independence Day parade, officials confirmed, urging residents to continue to ‘shelter in place’ as the gunman remains at large.”

It would not be ‘MERICA! without a mass shooting on a holiday. Fourth of July celebration traditions: Parades, fireworks, apple pie, and mass shooting deaths. Fan-f***ing-tastic! Guns! Because FREEDOM! A day celebrated for freedom from King George III. Yet, today Americans are less free. Less freedom from domestic terrorists and a theocratic SCOTUS, which just granted Americans more rights to carry guns to kill people than a state to protect its citizens. Yup! Sounds precisely like the type of freedom Americans desire. I wonder what part of the recent “gun safety” legislation would have prevented this incident? (No part!) Whatever! I give up, and I really don’t care anymore. If citizens want to know why America is the way that it is, then look in the mirror. This is exactly the country Americans want to live in. Oh, well. According to Axios, “About 100 people associated with the Patriot Front, a white supremacist group, marched through downtown Boston on Saturday carrying police shields and flags bearing the group’s emblem.” These people are the modern-day equivalent — by design — of the Brown Shirts of 1920s Germany. How did that end for Germans when left unchallenged? Look, f***tards. The only way to stand up to these people is to kill them. No, ifs, ands, or buts. Kill them! Kill them all! Because I promise you that they want to kill you, and given the opportunity, they would in a heartbeat. Mark my words, morons. America has become a kill or be killed nation. Which side of the ledge do you want to be on?

The end of America is here! I know that I sound like a broken record but just look around, f***tards. The evidence is everywhere, including this Emerson College poll that finds “Former President Trump has an early edge over President Biden in a hypothetical 2024 rematch, according to a new Emerson College poll. The national survey shows Trump leading Biden 44 percent to 39 percent in a head-to-head match-up, while another 12 percent of voters say they plan to vote for someone else.” Mind you that this is a polling institution with an A- rating. Moreover, this result is not an outlier; it is not even a first. I can recall this is the third such polling result since Biden has been in office. What does it mean? America is a failed country, and Americans are too stupid to vote. And that 12 percent who plan to vote for someone else are truly the dumbest of the dumb! A third-party vote is a vote for traitor trump. The 2016 election proved that, but whatever. One can’t reason with the f***tarded!

The results are both incomprehensible and not. Once again, I return to a theory that Americans get the government they deserve and desire. I must always assume that for all of America’s stupidity, Americans “weigh” the evidence of the moment to make “a” decision — usually the wrong one, it would seem. So, what is the totality of the evidence at the moment that this poll was taken to favor replacing traitor trump for Biden? Well, let’s list some of them. The entire four years of the traitor trump presidency, which includes hate, racism, bigotry, misogyny, the ascendancy of white supremacy, the largest budget deficit in American history, the current SCOTUS, the failed response and handling of COVID, an erratic commander-in-chief, tax cuts for the wealthy, threats to end the ACA, a high stock market, and much more. Then there is Biden, who, so far, has concurred COVID, is battling Russia with Ukraine in the struggle for democracy globally, has tried, but is unable, to get his agenda past because morons of America think a 50-50 Senate means Democrats have total control (they don’t) of government, promoted the first Black female justice to SCOTUS, has helped to expand NATO, and inflation. Americas balance these items and declare they want four more years of traitor trump. Kill me now!

What is the conclusion? Americans value lower gas prices over democracy, as I have been saying for months. In a previous post, I predicted that Biden (and America) is f***ed because of Florida Man. And the results of this poll prove it. Americans don’t care about democracy or freedoms or SCOTUS or a seditious former president. Americans would gladly give up their freedoms — especially others’ freedoms — if they could pay less for gas. Just to be clear for the idiots out there: America’s inflation is not just an “American” thing or a “Biden” problem. Inflation is a global problem for a whole host of issues not related to Biden or his administration.

Morons of America think that by re-electing traitor trump, they can right their financial fortunes and reclaim democracy later. Wrong, wrong, wrong! When traitor trump returns to the White House, it will be the end of democracy. I promise. And I promise he has as much to do with gas prices as Biden does, which is nothing. But don’t try to explain that to voters, for they are incomprehensibly stupid. I can’t! I just f***ing can’t! I’m telling you, morons. Americans miss the chaos of traitor trump, or at the very least, they ignore it. But this is no way for a country to be run or “admired” by the world, with an incompetent “businessman” who truly could not care less about the actual work of governing, let alone the well-being of the country. He’s just a showman, and people miss him more than they like preserving democracy. It’s bread and circus for the masses. Once America’s democracy is gone, then it is gone forever. So, I hope cheaper gas will have been worth it. Welcome to stupid America! We deserve it.

According to the Associated Press, “In its historic ruling last Friday, the U.S. Supreme Court said terminating a pregnancy is not a fundamental constitutional right because abortion is not mentioned in the Constitution and is not ‘deeply rooted in this nation’s history and tradition.’ In a brief filed Monday, the Alabama attorney general’s office argued similarly that gender transition treatments are not ‘deeply rooted in our history or traditions,’ and thus the state has the authority to ban them. Alabama contends such treatments are dangerous and experimental, a view disputed by medical organizations.” In less than a week, Roe is being used to justify LGBTQ discrimination. The gays will be wholly erased from society because being gay is not “deeply rooted in our history or traditions.” And it will not stop there. Your rights are next unless you’re a white straight male with 18th-century notions of freedom and rights. Mark my words, f***tards. Americans have no idea the new America SCOTUS is going to unleash because I live in a truly stupid country where people are just too f***ing stupid to apprehend (anything). I live in stupid hell. Welcome to stupid America! The stupid cannot be undone.

A poll from the University of Chicago Institute of Politics revealed “[that] 28 percent of voters, including 37 percent who have guns in their homes, agree that ‘it may be necessary at some point soon for citizens to take up arms against the government.’ That view is held by one in three Republicans, including 45 percent of self-identified strong Republicans. Roughly one in three (35 percent) Independent voters and one in five Democrats agreed.” This is consistent with other polling, and it is more affirmation that America is beyond saving. How many times must I repeat myself? How many f***ing times? The only way is through. There is no turning back. There is no “return to normal.” Those are profoundly naive and quaint notions of a yesteryear that no longer exists (and never really did). While 28 percent may not seem like much, it is sufficient. As I posted previously, the minimum amount of dissent to ignite the next civil war is a mere 30 percent. I keep warning you morons! But no one is listening. The end is coming. Oh, well. In the new term, which starts October 2022, SCOTUS will hear 303 Creative LLC v. Elenis. The question at issue is the following: “Whether applying a public-accommodation law to compel an artist to speak or stay silent violates the free speech clause of the first amendment.” This is a narrowing of the petitioner’s filing, which also asked the Court to consider “Whether a public-accommodation law that authorizes secular but not religious exemptions is generally applicable under Smith, and if so, whether this Court should overrule Smith.” It is odd that the Court elected only to hear this case as it relates to free speech and not freedom of religion, but I’ll opine on that a bit later. What I do want to turn to first is the second question that the Court will not hear — ostensibly.

In short, SCOTUS demurred hearing a challenge to Smith, which essentially held that “Although a State would be ‘prohibiting the free exercise [of religion]’ in violation of the Clause if it sought to ban the performance of (or abstention from) physical acts solely because of their religious motivation, the Clause does not relieve an individual of the obligation to comply with a law that incidentally forbids (or requires) the performance of an act that his religious belief requires (or forbids) if the law is not specifically directed to religious practice and is otherwise constitutional as applied to those who engage in the specified act for nonreligious reasons.” The petitioners (303 Creative LLC) basically wanted the Court to overrule Smith, thereby rendering states unable to enforce anti-discrimination laws because of religious objections. In other words, they wanted to legalize gay discrimination based on freedom of religion, but SCOTUS decided to answer another question: Discrimination based on freedom of speech. Why choose the less offensive route?

An excellent question to which I don’t have an answer, but I think the “why” is moot. Let’s face it. This is just a means to allow gay discrimination and legalize gay hate based on First Amendment rights. What Clause SCOTUS decides to use as the justification is irrelevant. Not only that, but the Court can really “answer” any question they want. Any idea when they last used the bait-and-switch tactic to deliver an opinion of the Court? You have three guesses, and the first two don’t count. I’ll help: It was the Dobbs case that overturned Roe. The original question the Court accepted when they took the case was the constitutionality of a 15-week ban imposed by Mississippi law — this is the question Roberts answered in his opinion on Dobbs. But once Barrett was placed on the Court, Mississippi asked the Court to change the question from a 15-week ban to overturning Roe. Naturally, SCOTUS obliged — this is the question the other five conservative justices answered in their Dobbs opinion. In short, they changed the rules in the middle of the game, which is their prerogative. I’ve written about this in a previous post. Petitioners before the Court can argue the A B C merits of a case, and the Court can rule on A B C or X Y Z or both. To be sure, the Dobbs decision was actually 5-1-3.

This 303 Creative LLC case is going to be the exact same thing. Freedom of speech is the front door attack on gay rights while freedom of religion will be the backdoor (additional question) attack, even though Smith suggests that a state can prohibit discrimination based on sexual orientation if the state has a compelling reason (e.g., public-accommodation law). Guess who wrote the majority opinion for that case? Scalia — not exactly your liberal justice. But fear not. This SCOTUS has no issues with undoing precedent; in fact, they just ignored another Scalia opinion when they ruled against New York in the New York State Rifle & Pistol Association Inc. v. Bruen case. In the Heller case (2008), Scalia wrote that states have a right to regulate guns and that the Second Amendment was not unlimited. Well, this SCOTUS basically said f*** that! So, do not think this uber-conservative supermajority has any reservations about deciding whatever they want on any matter they want while ignoring every previous ruling of the Court — even by their own conservative predecessors.

As a layman, I don’t need to try applying any sense of legal reasoning to draw my conclusions of what SCOTUS will do because, like they, I start with the end result in mind. They want to legalize gay discrimination in the name of First Amendment protections. That is their goal. Then they merely fill in the blanks with whatever reasoning and arguments they want to “justify” the final decision, which had already been cast before the case was accepted. Of course, there is absolutely no recourse because they are literally the final word on the Constitution. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Mark my words, morons. This SCOTUS is hell-bent on making gays second-class citizens, and they will do it because no one cares. I’m telling you, idiots. These conservative justices are going to find a First Amendment right to discriminate against the LGBTQ community. Of course, such a right can only ever be confined to the gays because they’ll never find a right to discriminate against any other group with immutable characteristics, which is generally the test for such cases. Oh, no. The gays will be relegated to second-class citizenship status, right next to women. This is just the beginning. Welcome to stupid America!

I quote from Justice Kagan’s dissent in West Virginia v. EPA, “The subject matter of the regulation here makes the Court’s intervention all the more troubling. Whatever else this Court may know about, it does not have a clue about how to address climate change. And let’s say the obvious: The stakes here are high. Yet the Court today prevents congressionally authorized agency action to curb power plants’ carbon dioxide emissions. The Court appoints itself—instead of Congress or the expert agency—the decision-maker on climate policy. I cannot think of many things more frightening. Respectfully, I dissent.”

There is not much to say about this case except that traitor trump got his climate-denying uber-conservative SCOTUS majority who has no interest in helping the government fight climate change. So, this is what Americans wanted when they voted for traitor trump. What else am I to conclude? People voted, and elections have consequences. This is the result. I feel bad for younger Americans who fear climate change realities and who must live under a SCOTUS that basically says to them: F*** you! Oh, well. I mean, this is the same SCOTUS majority — less Thomas, who is the oldest — they’ll have to live with for the next 20 years if America lasts that long. Welcome to stupid America!
