Reilly’s Twitter account reports, “‘If the president is giving you almost an order to do something, I felt obligated to do that,’ testified Jan. 6 rioter Dustin Thompson, who told jurors he didn’t really have ‘any strong male figures’ in his life and wanted to gain Trump’s ‘respect’ and ‘approval.’ … Dustin Thompson, a 38-year-old married college graduate, told jurors that he felt ‘good’ when Donald Trump told him on Jan. 6 that he was ‘stronger,’ ‘smarter,’ and had ‘more going than anybody.’”
