I am beyond livid. I can’t with this m*****f***ing G.D. weak country anymore. As CNN reports, “A man who pleaded guilty to breaching the Senate chamber during the US Capitol insurrection was sentenced Monday to eight months in prison in a closely watched case that could influence how hundreds of other rioters charged with the same felony are punished. … The sentence is less than the 1.5-year sentence that the Justice Department asked for. [Paul] Hodgkins was seeking probation.” Un-f***ing-believable. F*** me! To make matters worse, the judge argues as aggravating circumstances, “‘He [the traitor Hodgkins] was staking a claim on the floor of the United States Senate, not with the American flag but with a flag declaring his loyalty to a single individual over the entire nation. … When a mob is prepared to attack the Capitol to prevent elected officials from both parties from performing their constitutional and statutory duty, democracy is in trouble … the damage that they caused that day is way beyond the delays that day. It is a damage that will persist in this country for decades.’” Are you f***ing kidding? What the m*****f***ing hell?!?! The judge just made an argument as to why Hodgkins should not get less than what the prosecutors asked. Apparently, causing damage to our democracy that will last for decades only deserves eight months in jail. How perfect! What a f***ing weak bleeding-heart judge. Of course, he is an Obama appointee. I expected nothing less.
America is f***ing screwed because it never fails: White supremacist and MAGA moron enemies of the State get off with leniency, as usual. This first felony sentencing of a MAGA moron traitor terrorist wherein the offender gets less jail time than requested by the government sends a signal that ongoing traitor threats to America will soon be out on the streets to carry on where they left off in mere months. The more I write then the more apoplectic I become. The judge gave the traitor Hodgkins some credit for being the first to take a plea deal. Fine. Whatever! All that means to me is that he doesn’t get the maximum sentence — 20 years. Congratulations for participating in trying to overthrow the government, literally, so you won’t go to jail for the next third of your life because of your “probity” evinced by being the first to admit guilt. I give up! (There are people who legitimately voted by mistake that are serving many years in prison.) Welcome to stupid America where trying to overthrow the government gets you a slap on the wrist. America is f***ed!
