We have the traitor RepubliKKKlan caucus that wants to defund Ukraine’s defense efforts and dumbass Progressive Democrats who are playing right into Putin’s talking points — making war unpleasant. They say this letter was first drafted and signed in the Spring, but all I know is that the letter is dated October 24, 2022. Nonetheless, Spring or now, it does not matter. There has never been a time for “a negotiated settlement” unless and until Russia completely withdrawals from Ukraine.
