I think all this is pretty clear. A domestic terrorist who set off a bomb wanted to destroy but not kill is supposed to be the trigger that provokes traitor trump to invoke martial law. This is, perhaps, the work of a crazy right-winger MAGA moron secessionist. Maybe I see everything through the view of a perpetually impending outbreak of the next civil war. It’s just a matter of time.
