From Axios, “Todd claimed that he was ‘naive’ when he believed that the Trump administration wouldn’t willfully mislead the public, and that the Ukraine story has helped ‘crystallize’ the reality of the situation. “Donald Trump’s entire life has been spent using misinformation,” Todd told Rolling Stone. ‘His entire life.’” Yet he manages to still be a terrible interviewer. I’ve had to stop watching him because he’s miserable to watch. It’s bad enough that he feels he needs to have the worst and most vile traitor trump defenders on the program to literally spout lies and misinformation, but then Todd just lets them get away with saying such Scheiße with little and sometimes no push back. My favorite is when a moron RepubliKKKlan guest says something that’s a complete lie and Todd responds with “We’ll have to leave it there” because they’re out of time. Fan-f***ing-tastic. Just leave the lie out there without correction so as to give it the legitimacy of truth. He’s turned Meet the Press into a megaphone for RepubliKKKlan and MAGA moron conspiracy theories and other lies, so I can’t watch that crap anymore.
