That is to say, Hong Kong becomes fully “communist” (totalitarian-lite in practice). This is not going to be a pretty sight if today is any indication. Actually, there is nothing to stop China from marching in tomorrow except inflaming the situation into a total disaster, but dictators are generally inured to the fallout from disasters.
