Filipinos love their corrupt dictators. Humanity never learns. It really doesn’t. It can’t even remember what happened two generations ago. Unbelievable that Filipinos are about to elect the worst of both worlds: The son and heir of the hated Marcos dictatorship paired with the daughter of the kill-people-addicted-to-drugs president. What could possibly go wrong? This is why I have zero faith in humanity. It looks like the Philippines is about to repeat history, and they don’t care. No one ever cares. It’s always a return to the worst parts of the past. The shoes! Oh, well. America is next!
