I’ve always cringed when I hear progressive and liberal talkshow hosts and podcasters talk about how bad The Don! looks or how he’s obviously in cognitive decline because I thought they were doing too much wishcasting, high on hopeium, leading them to see something that was not there, and confusing the rantings of an elderly, persistently aggrieved idiot with senility. Not to be gracious to Dictator Don in any way, but he’s always been a f***ing moron of the highest f***ing order, so when he speaks like a f***ing moron of the highest f***king order, which is always, then how can you credibly distinguish his daily stupidity from dementia? I thought the criticism of him was simply not persuasive.
Given his performances during the “press conference” with Netanyahu and at the military “pep rally,” I am now a believer that he’s in full-on cognitive decline that goes well beyond a normal aging f***tard. By coincidence or pure laziness, I caught myself listening to The Don’s! speech during the Netanyahu visit. Typically, I would turn the channel, but this time I didn’t, so I had the dubious pleasure of listening to the entire rambling, meandering diatribe. And wow! Just wow! I couldn’t believe how bad it was myself. Slow, plodding, listless, confusing, lacking a train of thought, bouncing back and forth between struggling to read and extemporaneous speaking, and worst of all, an inability to pronounce “Abraham.” He literally saw the word in his prepared script and was confused about how to pronounce the word, as if he didn’t recognize it. This is from a man who constantly celebrates the successful negotiation of the Abraham Accords in his first term. He certainly has had no issues pronouncing the word at any time until now. But I digress. While the “weave” (as he calls it) and other random blabbering, complaining, and lamenting are typical of any Dictator Don speech, this time, it really was a wow moment for me. More endless meandering. More plodding. Lacking more of a train of thought. Perhaps all this time I’ve been the obtuse one, downplaying what I was plainly seeing before my eyes.
Yet, I guess I was alone in my beliefs, for what I thought would have been an obvious point of discussion from the MSM and even other progressive talkshow hosts and podcasters was, indeed, absent. It was an utter silence, with a couple of exceptions here and there (e.g., Dean Obeidallah), as people offered brief comments on the delivery of his speeches, focusing more on the content. However, I don’t see how one can focus solely on the content, which is already problematic, without also emphasizing that the person delivering the content is not a well-functioning individual, who is also the “leader” of the “free world” (not so much anymore).
And don’t even get me started on the (lack of) comparison to Biden. This truly is the MSM falling down on the job. There was not a day that went by that the MSM did not assail Biden for what they perceived to be his cognitive decline. Yet, with The Don! they completely ignore it. What a joke. We are doomed. Welcome to stupid America. Just as dumb as the man speaking for the country.
