Politico reports, “House Democrats on Monday notched another legal victory in their pursuit of critical testimony tied to their impeachment efforts, though the ruling may be short-lived because the case is already on temporary hold while it works its way toward an appeal.” All the court decisions surrounding these cases regarding traitor trump’s witnesses, taxes, financial documents, and so forth are all pointless! Seriously! There is only one opinion that matters and that is SCOTUS. Nothing else matters, morons! In case the idiots out there haven’t figured it out yet, the courts like and prefer to defer to traitor trump by staying their decisions until the High Court adjudicates a lawsuit against the president — and if a lower court does not stay a decision then the Appellate Courts readily enjoin. In short, everything is on hold until SCOTUS gets the case, and apparently, there is no traitor trump case they don’t not like to accept. If there is one thing the conservatives on SCOTUS love to do is defer to the imperial presidency of traitor trump. Traitor trump clearly and regularly loses at the lower courts but wins at SCOTUS (see asylum restriction, transgender, WALL!, finances). So, we’re f***ed because this is trump stupid America!
