The Marquette Law School poll released Thursday found that 67 percent of respondents said that they believe he did have such documents, although the results varied widely among partisan groups.” This is why America cannot survive! Tell me! How can a country survive where 33 percent of the population is so f***ing G.D. stupid? It! Can! Not! I’ve said it over and over again. America is too stupid to endure. So, I say let’s just get it over with already. Bring the war, for if these people are too stupid to think, then they are too stupid to fight. Welcome to stupid America!

First, from CNN, “More than 500 people have been detained across Russia in a crackdown on anti-war protests across two dozen cities in Russia, according to the independent monitoring group OVD-Info. About 100 arrests were made at protests in St. Petersburg after President Vladimir Putin’s announcement of a partial mobilization to increase the availability of troops for the war in Ukraine.” Second, from Reuters, “Iranian authorities said three people including a member of the security forces had been killed on Tuesday during unrest sweeping the country, as anger at the death of a woman in the custody of the morality police fuelled protests for a fifth day. Official sources now say a total of seven people have been killed since protests erupted on Saturday over the death of Mahsa Amini, a 22-year-old from Iranian Kurdistan who died last week after being arrested in Tehran for ‘unsuitable attire.’”

So, why do I point out these excerpts? Because they are meaningless. The MSM would have you think that the populous is becoming agitated in these dictatorships as if “something” is finally changing. Well, f***tards, it’s not. How many f***ing times do I have to keep repeating myself? People get and deserve the government they want and desire. Full stop! No exceptions — ever! The most recent case in point is Putin’s Russia. From The Conversation, “A nationwide vote has ratified constitutional reforms proposed by Russian president, Vladimir Putin. With a 68% turnout, 78% of those taking part voted in favour of the changes, according to Russia’s Central Electoral Commission (CEC). … Crucially for Putin, the package of constitutional changes includes an amendment allowing him to run again for the presidency in 2024 – and stay in power until 2036. … Beyond the amendments affecting presidential powers, a disparate group of other changes were inserted awkwardly into the constitution. These include a reference to God (in a supposedly secular state), the statement that marriage is a union between a man and a woman, and a ban on detracting from the people’s ‘defence of the Fatherland.’”

In short, people voted to discriminate against the gays and keep Putin in power for life. How so unsurprising. But it’s what they voted into law. And even if the referendum was rigged — and it probably was — the people sure did react to the changes with supine fervor. In the end, people get exactly the government with which they are content, either directly through their votes or indirectly through their passivity. What else am I to infer? And if you want to talk about Iran for a second, the people duly elected a hardline government most recently. So, why are people now surprised that women are being brutalized and killed in that Islamic theocracy? Mark my words! If and when people truly get sick of living under a dictatorship, then they will revolt. But so far, authoritarians have ruled for 40 years in Iran and 20 years in Russia. Those countries are oppressing their populations just fine. And their populations apparently don’t mind, as I have not seen these governments toppled by said oppressed citizens because deep down inside people love their dictators! But whatever! I can’t wait to see what kind of government Americans want to live under after the midterms! Welcome to stupid America! Check back when there is an actual revolution.

I am trying to figure out what happened with traitor trump’s hand-picked special master. What’s the angle? He doesn’t seem willing to play by traitor trump’s rules. Was this a misstep on traitor trump’s part or intentional? Then I read this from a Politico article: “‘I can’t allow litigation strategy to dictate the outcome of my recommendations to Judge Cannon,’ Dearie said [emphasis added].” That’s when it hit me! I was reminded that really whatever Judge Dearie does (or does not do) is immaterial. Eventually, whatever he rules goes back to the traitor trump sycophant Judge Cannon as a “recommendation.”

Now, I’ve read and heard many suggest that Cannon had always wanted to shift decision-making on this hot topic case to someone else, which is why she granted a special master. But if that were the case — if she did not want to get her hands “dirty” with a judgment against traitor trump — then she could have just as easily ruled that she has no jurisdiction over this “documents” matter, yet she did not recuse. She rushed it. In fact, she hinted at acquiescing to traitor trump before all the legal arguments had been made. The special master request and her appointment thereof was just a delay tactic, especially one to push the matter past the midterm elections. And, oh, please! Spare me that these unqualified traitor trump-appointed judges are smart enough, calculating enough, and understand the law well enough to triangulate their legal and political machinations. So, special master or not, Cannon is still the firewall to help traitor trump delay and obfuscate the law; she’s already ignored the law when it comes to all of her other opinions. She’s just there for the veneer of due process. In the end, it does not matter what Dearie decides, for Cannon can simply ignore him and rule in traitor trump’s favor, which is to return all classified documents back to the orange traitor, thereby stopping the D.O.J. investigation. I’m ignoring any appeals for the moment because I think we all know how SCOTUS will rule as they have an affinity for upholding the ideal of an imperial presidency (by RepubliKKKlans only, that is). Therein lies the catch. Welcome to stupid America!

It’s the moment for which we’ve been waiting after three years of non-stop coverage and anticipation to bring down the Trump crime family. The state of New York has finally decided to hold traitor trump and his family accountable for their criming by — wait for it, wait for it — suing them! Woo-hoo! What a f***ing joke! Another meaningless civil lawsuit. Specifically, CNN reports, “[New York state Attorney General Letitia] James is seeking $250 million in allegedly ill-gotten funds and to permanently bar Trump and the children named in the lawsuit from serving as the director of a business registered in New York state. She is also seeking to cancel the Trump Organization’s corporate certificate, which, if granted by a judge, could effectively force the company to cease operations in New York state.”

So, this is the state’s opening position? This is what they want to get from traitor trump? It’s not all that devasting; it also means that what the state is asking for will never happen. This case is never going to a jury; it will be settled out of court after years and years of delays and pre-trial motions. Eventually, they’ll agree on some multi-million — maybe even 100 million — dollar penalty, which he can easily pay for after moving money from his P.A.C. to his personal legal defense fund, along with some other organizational concessions. As for barring the Trumps from serving on boards or doing business in New York, they all have one foot out the door of New York anyways. Not to mention, I’m sure there are plenty of legal loopholes that will allow the Trump Organization to incorporate elsewhere or create some legal fiction by which traitor trump retains indirect control through some holding company or trust. I promise you this is not the end of the Trump businesses; they’re just going to relocate. As I’ve said long before this lawsuit came to fruition, all the state of New York wants is its money. Full stop! Traitor trump knows it. The state knows it. So, now it’s just a matter of negotiating with some legal wrangling to get it. Oh, and there are always bankruptcy protections.

As for James’ legal referrals to the D.O.J. and the I.R.S., so what? Nothing will happen at the federal level regarding real estate fraud or tax evasion. He’s been cheating on his taxes for decades, and the federal government never did a thing nor cared. They’re not going to care now. On the scale of criming, these crimes are so far down the list that they’ll barely register a blimp. Once again, traitor trump avoids criminal charges, of course. And as a final point, one may think this lawsuit — perhaps — does more to tarnish his brand and reputation as a brilliant businessman. Not! People who hate traitor trump already knew he was a fraud for his entire life. MAGA morons, on the other hand, can never be convinced of anything other than traitor trump being a genius entrepreneur who fights for the little guy. Nothing’s changed with this lawsuit, and it never will. This story will be out of the headlines by the end of this week’s Sunday shows. Gone and forgotten. If I have to hear one more political f***tard pundit declare that DeSantis’ immigration stunt (in a long list of other political hijinx) is going to backfire on him, then I’m going to go postal. For some still unexplainable notion, dumbass Democrats keep wanting to believe that RepubliKKKlans like DeSantis and Abbott have overplayed their hands and that they will lose the support of their constituents. Of course, that’s always been wrong “thinking.” These people are experts at owning the “libs,” and right on cue, the liberals and progressives play right into their hands. All one needs to do is look at any recent poll of the upcoming races in Florida and Texas for governor to understand that RepubliKKKlans are going to walk away in their re-election bids. But how or why? Dumbfounded and perennially naive Democrats keep asking. The answer is straightforward: People love the cruelty and the hate and owning the libs. It’s that f***ing simple. So, stop expecting RepubliKKKlan and Independent voters to care, for they do not. They love sadism. DeSantis and Abbott keep sending buses and planes despite the “negative” media coverage. They do it because they are scoring valuable political points. Mark my words, f***tards!

The column’s author provided some weak “evidence” that sadism as a political foundation does not work, yet the same author feels compelled to end his article with a warning. So, which is it? Sadism doesn’t work to get votes or watch out because it will bring down the country. I hate these ambivalent, weak, “thoughtful” opinion pieces. Either make a convincing argument and defend it or don’t, but don’t say one thing and then end with a warning to the contrary. I’m telling all you f***tards out there that sadism and cruelty will work — it got traitor trump elected. (And just as a germane reminder for the morons of America out there, traitor trump was well on track to get re-elected. The only reason he did not is because he mishandled COVID — badly. There’s just one problem for them — they are digging out from under major Republican gains in the previous 18 months. For most of the two years leading up to the midterm election, Republicans rather than Democrats were making voter registration gains in key states, a POLITICO analysis of state voter data shows — a signal of GOP momentum heading into a classic backlash election against Democratic control of Washington. This summer, the momentum changed. The decision by the Supreme Court in June that there was no national right to abortion inspired a surge of new voter registrations more likely to be female, young and Democratic. Data from states including Pennsylvania, Ohio and Florida shows evidence of a big leap in enthusiasm and political interest among potential voters supportive of abortion rights. … [Pollster] Bitzer noted that whether younger voters show up in greater numbers this fall could be a key factor in the state’s most pivotal elections.”

I don’t care about registrations and enthusiasm because, in the end, they do not necessarily equate to votes, especially when it comes to young Democratic voters, who are notorious for blowing off elections. Time after time, Democrats anticipate this voting block to come out and swing elections in their favor, and time after time, they fail to do so. Welcome to stupid America!

According to The New York Times, “The Supreme Court said on Wednesday that it would let stand for now a ruling that Yeshiva University must recognize an L.G.B.T. student group. The vote was 5 to 4, with the majority saying that the university, a Modern Orthodox Jewish institution in Manhattan, must first pursue challenges to the ruling in state court.”

People might be excited to think a couple of SCOTUS conservatives support gay rights. Not so fast, f***tards. One must read the actual opinion to understand this is no victory; rather, it is a delay tactic. In short, SCOTUS denied injunctive relief because Yeshiva University basically failed to use all the other state channels to find intervention first. Justices Roberts and Kavanaugh have by no means ruled on the merits of the case; they save those opinions for when the case has fully percolated through the lower courts. Once this case “properly” makes its way back to SCOTUS, then you’ll find the six uber-conservative majority will rule in favor of allowing legalized discrimination against the gays. Mark my words, f***tards. This is just kicking the can down the road so that the conservative justices can point to the full due process of the legal system before taking away people’s civil rights because that is the Court’s ultimate goal. The Hill reports, “The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals [in Texas] upheld a controversial Texas law that restricts companies’ ability to remove users or violative content on Friday. The court’s decision lifts a previous injunction put in place by the Supreme Court, allowing the embattled law to go into effect. ‘Today we reject the idea that corporations have a freewheeling First Amendment right to censor what people say. Because the district court held otherwise, we reverse its injunction and remand for further proceedings,’ the court said in its decision.” The only reason this is even an issue is because RepibliKKKlans, MAGA morons, evil evangelicals, and QAnon kooks are the vast majority of people spreading hate and propaganda on social media, so these (public) companies (not government entities) are censoring their content because the rest of the users are sick of the vitriol and lying. But conservatives are upset that they are getting kicked off and can’t be as hateful as they enjoy.

So what do they do? Lawmakers write laws to force companies to allow hate speech and lies, all in the name of the First Amendment. As usual, conservatives have no idea what the First Amendment, as well as the Second Amendment, really mean. The First Amendment prohibits the government from banning or infringing on (most) speech, especially political speech. Yet what these RepubliKKKlan legislatures want to do is to force hate speech on non-government entities, who are not very keen on doing so because it’s driving social media users away. But that’s probably just fine for RepibliKKKlans, MAGA morons, evil evangelicals, and QAnon kooks; they would rather be the only voices talking to each other on Facebook, Twitter, and the like. But whatever. I have no doubt that once SCOTUS gets a hold of this case, then forced hate speech and the right to spread propaganda will be the new normal. The Associated Press reports, “Just hours after a Montana judge blocked health officials from enforcing a state rule that would prevent transgender people from changing the gender on their birth certificate, the Republican-run state on Thursday said it would defy the order. District Court Judge Michael Moses chided attorneys for the state during a hearing in Billings for circumventing his April order that temporarily blocked a 2021 Montana law that made it harder to change birth certificates.” Look, f***tards! Our democracy is done. It just is morons of America. Witness the last pillar of the Constitution crumble as RepubliKKKlans begin to apprehend that there is no such thing as court police to enforce their rulings, so when a judge orders equal protection under the law, conservatives ignore it. I don’t think stupid America really comprehends this.

All of the judiciary’s power and legitimacy come from a collective agreement and the willingness of the citizens to follow what they say. To be fair, I’ve called for the same actions under SCOTUS. When the high Court starts taking rights away from people, Democrats should just ignore the dictatorship of six. I don’t know how much more I can call out and point to that will convince people that America’s democracy is fatally injured and cannot be saved without violence — the only way is through! Soon, the courts are going to be utterly feckless in holding together the rule of law. The lawlessness under and after traitor trump has only intensified; RepubliKKKlans, MAGA morons, evil evangelicals, and QAnon kooks relish corruption. Welcome to stupid America!
