So, Terry McAuliffe (and Democrats) Are Screwed

Very recent polls have McAuliffe and Youngkin either deadlocked or too close with less than a week before election day. Earlier this summer McAuliffe had a seven-point lead. Not to mention this was a state Biden won by 10 points and now his job approval is underwater. Clearly, momentum favors RepubliKKKlans — unbelievably. And I put more stock in momentum (the “mighty mo”) than in any other political measure because it energizes the ascending faction and demoralizes the descending faction. But maybe this momentum is less so unbelievable when viewed through the prism of a supremely stupid America. Then everything makes sense. Then, of course, dumbass Democrats are f***ing up what should be an easy win. Then, naturally, voters really do want traitor trump’s return to the White House — or people just don’t care. It is not hyperbolic for me to place such import on this gubernatorial election three years out from the next presidential election, for this real-time assessment of the Biden administration could easily be the mighty mo needed to place RepubliKKKlans and traitor trump on a path to recapture all branches of government in 2024. To be sure, a great deal can happen in three years, but we must consider this election sequentially and at the beginning of a set of cascading (not mutually exclusive) events. A RepubliKKKlan win in Virginia energizes the crazies, and that energy propels the midterm elections, which then energizes RepubliKKKlans in the next presidential election. All the while, Democrats grow more pessimistic and feckless. Like I’ve said countless times before, RepubliKKKlans are always enraged to vote about something; it’s just a matter of what level of rage they’re at — 11 or 100. On the other hand, dumbass Democrats are generally at a rage level of 0 to 3 and maybe up to 10 when traitor trump is on the ticket. Other than that, Democrats seem perfectly content to let RepubliKKKlans kill democracy. How many times must I tell dumbass Democrats? They need two or three issues that permanently — election in, election out; all the time, every day — enrage the Democratic base to match that of RepubliKKKlans, MAGA morons, QAnon, and evil evangelicals!

All that being said, I think McAuliffe is going to lose, and I was convinced of that, even more so, when I looked up his job approval during the last year on the job; it was 48% approval and 31% disapproval. Ugh. So, his current polling numbers are basically reflecting his ceiling from where he was four years ago. Fan-f***ing-tastic! It is not difficult to imagine that Independents, who will decide the election, could easily give Youngkin a shot at governing. That seems to be a pretty common and mindless “analysis” by many voters — let the other guy try it. Kill me now! Witness traitor trump’s 2016 win! Then there are the topics of the culture wars and inflation (the economy, stupid). As usual, RepubliKKKlans are exploiting outrage over fake issues like CRT in the classroom as evinced by the violence and stupidity at local school board meetings. And that’s all it takes. Remember, Americans are f***ing morons. They believe everything, especially baseless narratives and conspiracy theories. And, of course, snowflakes hate the truth, namely that America is a racist country (and all the other -ists that go with it). God forbid they should have to look in the mirror and remind themselves they love the traitor trump reflection after all! We see them for who they are.

And as for the economy, unfortunately, the people most impacted by — and vote based on — the complexities of the economy are those least capable of understanding it. So, the morons of America who are most affected by inflation are those least qualified to make judgments about or understand the causes of such economic vicissitudes. As a consequence, fairly or not, Biden and Democrats get the blame for the current inflationary period. The extent of economic theory comprehended by the average idiot goes no deeper than one spouting out “supply and demand!” While a bedrock concept of economics, people generally have no clue what they mean when they say such things. Morons probably don’t even realize they’re talking about how a supply curve intersects a demand curve, let alone which line generally slopes up and which slopes down and what the intersection of the lines represents — an equilibrium. No, they just say “supply and demand” imagining they are now economists! Moreover, most people can’t even properly explain what is inflation. People might say higher prices. Well, yeah. Congratulations you’ve defined the word with a version of the same word. Classic stupidity! Here is a learning moment for the future: Inflation means too many dollars chasing too few products. How and why there are too few products and too much money is the real key to understanding the economic phenomenon. But I digress. The point is this: There are many factors contributing to inflation — many of which are exogenous to America. Supply chain disruptions are a chief contributor. Yet, American morons seem more than confident in their economic “expertise” to wrongly blame Biden. More often than not, peoples’ experience is not caused by what they believe to be the impetus. In other words, people wrongly connect cause and effect; correlation is not causation! People still think traitor trump was a great businessman and the economy performs better under RepubliKKKlans compared to Democrats — both of which are demonstrably wrong! And don’t get me started on the fact that anti-vaxxers are part of the drag on the economy, which is definitely not Biden’s fault but every RepubliKKKlan and MAGA moron — the very same who are about to elect Youngkin as Virginia’s next governor. But whatever! I give up! Nonetheless, Carville has never been wrong when he’s asserted “the economy, stupid” as a primary political driver. I guess I never really understood until now that he may have meant it’s the stupid people who ultimately misjudge the causes and effects of the American economy where somehow RepubliKKKlans get the praise for a booming economy that isn’t and Democrats get blamed for a not booming economy that is. Welcome to stupid America where most people don’t understand the truly important stuff!

‘TRUTH Social’ Soon to Be State TV

According to USA Today, “Former President Donald Trump has announced that he plans to launch his own social media platform called Truth Social now that he has been banned from other popular social media sites. In a press release, the Trump Media and Technology Group said it has entered a merger with Digital World Acquisition Corp. to become a publicly listed company, with Trump as its chairman.” Never mind most of traitor trump’s business ventures fail. Never mind that. Remember, MAGA morons love him because he fails. They love him because he sticks it to the little guy as he walks away richer. They love it because they all think — astonishingly — they are not the little guy that traitor trump would piss on in a New York minute if he had the chance; and, apparently, this new TRUTH Social megamedia conglomerate to-be is the perfect opportunity to capture monthly subscriptions from his moronic followers who will find themselves making three times the payments because they failed to check some conditions box in the fine print of the terms of agreement.

But that is not why I am writing. I am writing because traitor trump is the chairman of this would-be media group, and I see yet another piece of the puzzle falling into place for the demise of democracy and the rise of America’s dictatorship. That piece, of course, is control of the media. To be sure, TRUTH Social is long, long away from dominating American media, much less competing with Facebook and Twitter. But how will that calculus change when traitor trump returns to the White House? Does anyone really think he’ll give up the chairman’s seat? Of course, he won’t. Indeed, he will be the head of the government and have a self-made media company — though nascent, but not for long — to focus, magnify, and distribute — unconditionally — his propaganda exactly what dictators need to do to control the masses. They need to control the media and the message. Traitor trump had problems doing so in his first term, so now he’s setting himself up to control not only the media but to be the media and the President of the United States. Traitor trump will have his own media platform, and he’ll have the power of the executive branch to go after his competitors. Facebook, Twitter, CNN, and the networks will find themselves mired in government investigations. Suddenly, their truth (aka reality) will be in the crosshairs of government micro-oversight and frivolous lawsuits. And there won’t be a single RepubliKKKlan to stop his egregious attack on the free press. In fact, they will be more than happy to codify anti-First Amendment legislation to target his competition and promote his TRUTH Social. Wake up, morons! This TRUTH Social venture is just as much about his ego and revenge on other media outlets as it is the groundwork to control what the government will eventually determine to be the TRUTH! In other words, State TV in its purest form because Faux News is still too liberal for the task. Welcome to stupid America. Good luck!

This Is Exactly the Biden Weakness I Keep Talking About

Back in April 2021, Elie Mystal — my favorite legal pundit — presciently observed in The Nation, “I can distill the Democrats’ decades-long failure to control the Supreme Court into a single concept: Republicans use the nation’s highest court to reward their hard-core voting base; Democrats use it to pacify their moderates. The staunch refusal of establishment Democrats to offer anything more than a token defense of their voters through the court is the reason Democrats are always fighting an asymmetrical war over the third branch of government—and always losing. The latest Democratic Party failure is Joe Biden’s Presidential Commission on the Supreme Court. Last week, in fulfillment of his campaign promise, Biden announced the composition of an 180-day commission to study expanding the court. Biden’s choices confirm the worst fears court reformers had about the president: He doesn’t want a solution; he wants an excuse to do nothing.”

Now, fast forward to the commission’s draft report where Slate sums up the members’ intentions well, “After six months of gathering facts and evidence, taking testimony, and mulling reform ideas, the commission declares that it is neither offering recommendations about fixing the courts nor proposing a specific path forward. One problem: In so doing, the commission is actually proposing a specific path forward—the one we are already on. The commission seems to frame the status quo as the reasonable choice and all alternatives as dangerous deviations. … To recap: During the six months that this commission has been preparing its draft report, the current Supreme Court made it harder for minorities to challenge racist voter suppression laws, harder for unions to organize, and harder to learn who is contributing funds to political groups. It has changed the law of religious liberty through the shadow docket. It has also, in case you missed it, allowed approximately 10 percent of American women of childbearing age to lose their constitutional right to abortion in September. If you survey all this legal wreckage and ask what can be done about it, the commission’s interim report has an answer: nothing.”

So, Msytal was right from the start. Biden’s commission scam was always only about placating dumbass Democrats. When the time comes, Biden will do nothing while claiming change is hard and scary. To be honest, without larger majorities in Congress he can’t do much, but certainly he is not gaining any favor with his current stance on SCOTUS. Remember, for example, Biden is against term limits for justices, so he’s a worthless institutionalist who just wants more or the same basically. News flash, f***tards! Traitor trump destroyed tradition and the concept of government working within conventional “norms.” This is a perfect case for why Biden and Democrats are so f***ing G.D. weak. They create pointless, gutless blue-ribbon commissions to investigate an issue only to throw up their hands and claim it’s all too complicated and that change might do more harm than good — because Lord knows the status quo is working so f***ing well at the moment. Then dumbass Democrats hide behind such reports as an excuse to do nothing in the name of returning to “normalcy.” It never f***ing fails! It’s always the same. RepubliKKKlans are destroying every aspect of America’s democracy, and the best Biden and dumbass Democrats can do is ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. I give up! Why even bother anymore when everyone already knows the outcome? Just ask Msytal. He saw the SCOTUS endgame long before the game started. Welcome to stupid America. Dumb as ever and surely to be dumber tomorrow!

Kirk Over the King

According to CNN, “William Shatner is firing a rhetorical rocket back at Prince William after the future king criticized space tourism. … ‘He’s a lovely, gentle, educated man, but he’s got the wrong idea,’ Shatner said during an interview with Entertainment Tonight. ‘The idea here is not to go, “Yeah, look at me. I’m in space,”’ Shatner added, claiming that trips such as his represent a ‘baby step’ toward relocating polluting industries to space.” First of all, no one on Earth (and now in space) is more deserving of a trip to just beyond the Kármán line than Shatner. This is truly life imitating art! And Shanter is right. Not that Prince William is wrong, but he is missing the mark when it comes to the nascency of democratizing space travel. And I will say the same for every other liberal I see going apoplectic about billionaires “wasting” money on their ego space race. Liberals act as if the money spent on private ventures to establish commercial space travel is somehow taking the food out of babies’ mouths in the third world. Ugh, hyperbolic much? Look, morons! Space is the final frontier. (Well, some may argue time is the final frontier.) It is only natural humanity progresses toward that end. Last I checked, human advances do not stop at the expense of fixing every worldly problem first. In fact, it is usually the world’s problems that necessitate progress. Shatner is correct by saying space travel is required for future innovation that can ultimately benefit the planet. And I further argue that we can tackle climate change and space travel simultaneously. What is lacking with climate change is the global will. Yeah, yeah. People and politicians say a lot about it, but in reality not much is being done. If anything, we are advancing space travel faster than we are taking climate change seriously as a species. At this rate, we may crack the code to living in space and colonizing our solar system quicker than we decide to actually save the planet from climate change. Billionaires channeling their resources toward space tourism is not the problem; we are (humanity is) the problem for not tackling climate change sooner and with more urgency.

Don’t Worry, It’s All Smoke and Mirrors

From CNN, “[T]he fact that Bannon is going along with what appears to be a weak executive privilege argument made by Trump’s lawyers contains a warning for the future about even more autocratic behavior if the former President is able to get behind the Oval Office desk again. Which is why the January 6 committee doesn’t have much time to act. What is likely to be a prolonged and possibly inconclusive legal battle with Bannon could stretch right up until the midterm elections, when a possible new GOP House majority in January 2023 could just shut down the investigation before it has the chance to ink an official record for history on the outrage of January 6. As such, Bannon’s strategy looks a lot like an attempt to run out the clock. … Thompson, the Mississippi Democrat who chairs the January 6 select committee, made clear that his panel, which includes two Republicans, is trying to make an example of Bannon in taking the comparatively rare step of making a criminal referral to the Justice Department. … Bannon’s resistance does not render the committee toothless. Several other Trump acolytes, including ex-White House chief of staff Mark Meadows and former Pentagon official Kash Patel, are ‘engaging’ with the committee — and the panel agreed to short postponements of their appearances — though it remains unclear if that contact amounts to any form of cooperation.”

Of course, everyone sees these shenanigans for exactly what they are, except members of the January 6 committee. Committee members kept reassuring the public that they are not going to put up with delays and recalcitrance. Members said they were not going to waste time and that they were serious. And that they would take decisive action when necessary. So, what happens with the first four difficult insurrectionist witnesses they subpoenaed? One says f*** you guys! And the other three get extra time to think about cooperating! Un-f***ing-believable! Whatever! Deadlines pass and nothing happens. I expected nothing less. This is why Congress has a 20 percent job approval rating.

Bannon is never going to testify, and, in fact, he will never be held accountable for defying a Congressional subpoena. As the article correctly reports, the criminal referral will go to the DOJ, and if AG Garland decides to prosecute — which is a big f***ing if — then the case will fall into the black hole of the legal system. Remember, Garland is petrified of politicizing the DOJ, especially if upholding the law does exactly that. No one is above the law, except RepubliKKKlans and, in particular, traitor trump. Kill me now!

As for the others — Meadows and Patel — they are “engaging” only as a means to delay. Hello, morons! Once again, dumbass Democrats are like Lucy and the m*****f***ing football with Charlie Brown. They’ve learned nothing. A “short postponement.” Ugh! I’m over it. Democrats just look weak, as usual. So, nothing is going to happen. This entire Select Committee is going to end up being one long frustrating exercise in “demanding” cooperation, but they will do nothing to enforce their oversight powers. There should be no negotiating with witnesses. If Congress subpoenas insurrectionist enablers, then the only option for people is to appear in front of the committee and testify. Full stop! Plead the Fifth if they want, but they need to be put in that position with no other alternative. Recall, traitor trump told his supporters that taking the Fifth assumes one is hiding criminal behavior, so let the public make that same judgment. Democrats must put witnesses on the spot — under oath! Let them squirm before the eyes of the world! Instead, these witnesses are going to negotiate themselves into a position of testifying to nothing of importance. Don’t think for a second that these RepubliKKKlan operatives have thought a few steps ahead, while dumbass Democrats are still Googling “inherent contempt.” Welcome to stupid America!

Yeah, We’re Screwed Sideways (x10)

The Daily Beast writes, “Fan-favorite guest James Carville returns to ask, ‘What is Merrick Garland doing by the way? I don’t think this man knows whether to wind his ass or scratch his watch’ while arguing that it’s time to lock up Steve Bannon on the way to locking up Donald Trump — ‘You can’t have the most famous person in the United States blatantly committing crimes.’… And Carville talks with Molly Jong-Fast about the ‘critically important … high stakes’ Virginia race — ‘This shit is hard but if you don’t do it I’m not exaggerating to say that they come back in power in 2024, you can kiss this democracy’s ass goodbye, it’s gone.’”

James Carville is a genius political strategist. During the 2020 election, when Georgia was too close to call for Biden, Carville was on MSNBC telling viewers (like me) to just relax. Biden was going to take the state. Naturally, I was thinking NFW! But sure enough, he was right. He’s been right about a great many things, the most famous of which was his “the economy, stupid” messaging during Bill Clinton’s presidential campaign. That basic (focused) understanding of people and politics helped get Clinton elected. He’s absolutely right about Virginia, too. That will be the bellwether for Democrats imploding in 2024 and the end of America’s democracy, or (perhaps) not. Obviously, I’ve been in the “America’s democracy is gone” camp, but anything is possible. Nonetheless, when Carville speaks, people should f***ing listen — carefully!

He’s also right about AG Garland! That man is a disaster for America. You know. I could not for the life of me figure out why RepubliKKKlan Senators allowed his confirmation to continue. I mean, there are many Biden nominations still on hold or have been torpedoed by RepubliKKKlan Senators. Surely, at the time of Garland’s nomination, I thought no RepubliKKKlan Senator would allow an AG nomination by a Democratic president to succeed because that would mean the AG could investigate everything about traitor trump and his administration. Surely, that will not happen. But it did happen rather quickly, in fact. And now I know why: Garland is weak and incompetent. RepubliKKKlans must have sensed that he was such a “by the book” institutionalist that he would never investigate traitor trump or any of his enablers for fear of making the DOJ political. You know — the exact opposite of what traitor trump did. And they were right! I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: The way to combat traitor trump is not simply a return to “normal” or to abide by convention and tradition. No! Those guidelines were destroyed over the last five years. Rather, it is to over-correct. That over-correction means going after traitor trump and all those around him — basically everyone in his administration and then many more. But, of course, that is never going to happen. Garland is clearly doing nothing to hold anyone accountable for destroying America during the traitor trump presidency. Jesus-f***ing-Christ! The Capitol insurrectionists are getting slaps on the wrist for trying to subvert the will of the people and the government. Thus, traitor trump will, like everything else in his life, gets away with it — and returns to the White House to boot. So, whatever! Welcome to trump stupid America. Biden is only the intermission before the end, morons. Mark my words!

States Getting More Red

According to The Hill, “A pastor and tax adviser will become the first Republican to represent Newton in the Iowa state House in decades after winning a special election Tuesday to fill a vacancy in a once ancestrally Democratic manufacturing hub that has moved to the right in recent years. … Dunwell is the second Republican to win a formerly Democratic-held legislative seat since President Biden took office, after a Republican won a state Senate seat in Connecticut over the summer.” These are red alarms going off unnoticed! Pay attention, morons! These are the insidious RepubliKKKlan wins that dumbass Democrats ignore at the peril of losing America’s democracy. This is how RepubliKKKlans have gained too much power in so many states. Dumbass Democrats are clueless and not taking state-level elections seriously. F***! I’m getting really, really sick of Democrats losing any seat, anywhere in the country. We! Are! Losing! The! War! Morons! Only in America where registered Democrats outnumber RepubliKKKlans nationwide (assuming Independents split their vote equally), does the majority live under mostly RepubliKKKlan rule. Wake the f*** up! Welcome to stupid America.

Yeah, We’re Screwed Sideways

From Politico, “In a focus group last week, Pennsylvania Democrats one after another articulated the issue vexing top White House aides, party operatives in Virginia and voters in Georgia: Why isn’t President Joe Biden’s diminished job rating rebounding? All nine participants from Tuesday’s session gave Biden C- grades or lower. And their answers circled back to a similar point: The pandemic and the many ways it continues to hinder normal life is souring their views of Biden. One woman said she wanted to buy a car but supply chain issues were delaying new shipments to the dealership. A man complained about understaffed restaurants [emphasis added].” Lord knows I’ve soured on Biden, but his handling of the pandemic is the least of my criticisms about him. And, I guess, it should come as no surprise that idiots of America are blaming Biden for consequences that are completely out of his control (e.g. inflation), which the emphasized portion of the quote above evinces. I was particularly struck by the examples of these morons’ criticisms. (I assume the article quotes these people for their germane representation of voters’ feelings.) Clearly, the disruption in the global supply chain is Biden’s fault and, clearly, the staffing shortage at one’s parochial restaurant is also his fault. These are the things people b*tch about? Seriously!?!? Truly, if extra wait time at a restaurant is at the top of your b*tch list, then guess what? The pandemic for all intents and purposes is over for you! I’m not sure why these f***tards are not blaming the anti-vaxxers, MAGA morons, and RepubliKKKlans for destroying the economic recovery. Biden said this is a pandemic of the unvaccinated, and he’s absolutely correct. But since the unvaccinated live (sadly) among us, they are ruining the chances for America to get past COVID more quickly than we are currently. They are to blame, not Biden. And that’s not even a perception thing; that is a reality thing. This malaise people are feeling toward the pandemic is the fault of these morons. Anti-vaxxers, MAGA morons, and RepubliKKKlans are the problem with the pandemic, not Biden. For example, f***tard Governor Abbott of Texas is actively preventing progress by forbidding vaccination mandates by all “entities” in the state. So, in short, the “small government” — keep government out of my business — RepubliKKKlans are criminalizing private businesses for their actions to protect their employees and their customers. Whatever. I give up. And I digress.

The only legitimate criticism about Biden’s handling of COVID is that he spent too much time asking people to do the right thing by getting vaccinated. Instead, he should have, from the start, demanded it and ordered it in the domains where he has authority. He wasted too much time being nice and believing 40 percent of the country (aka MAGA morons and RepubliKKKlans) actually wants what’s best for the rest of the nation. If anything, be critical of Biden for being so f***ing naive. But whatever. We are screwed if the average dumbass Democratic voter can’t discern appropriate cause and effect. I live in stupid hell. Welcome to stupid America!

Andrew Yang Is a Moron

Andrew Yang gets rejected twice — his failed presidential and New York City mayoral bids — so now he’s leaving the Democratic Party to create his own independent party by doing an interview with racist Tucker Carlson in the name of “reaching out.” As Rolling Stone puts it, “Andrew Yang got to push his new book and talk about the new political party he’s attempting to launch during an interview on Saturday, but once the plugging was over, CNN’s Jim Acosta pressed the former president and New York City mayoral candidate on why he agreed to speak with Tucker Carlson recently. … Yang’s compromised his actions by saying that speaking with the Tucker’s of the world is his attempt at quelling the angst between those who disagree politically.”

Yang is full of sour grapes, and he’s dumb enough to think he’s going to fix America’s broken political system by starting a third party as if the Green Party and Libertarian Party — the two most prominent — are making any difference. If anything, they cost Al Gore and Hillary Clinton their presidential bids. So, yeah. Another independent party is the worst idea ever. Naturally, Yang thinks he will be the exception, especially since he’s never won any political contest before, which I suppose is why everyone starts a third party or runs as a third party candidate; they can’t win in the mainstream. I think it’s pretty clear that Yang caught the celebrity bug, coupled with the realization he can get richer from heading a losing political party. Oh, and sell books, of course. In short, Yang has become another grifter. I never believed he had any substance, particularly after his “big announcement” at one of the Democratic debates where he gave away money to gain attention. Really? What a moron! I rolled my eyes when he rotated to the top of the polls for a hot second during the Democratic primary. As if! He’s wholly unserious and just playing to a base of idiots, which is why he ran to Fox News to be interviewed by a racist host who very likely thinks Yang should be deported back from where ever he came. Look, Yang, you f***tard! There are no “gettable” votes for your lame third party on Fox News. You’re not going to reach anybody or simmer any tensions by reaching out to the crazy, far-right unless, of course, you like those kinds of people, which I suspect is probably the case. Pay no attention to anything Yang says! Welcome to stupid America, where apparently everyone thinks they’re important! (You’re not!)

Playing with Fire!

From Morning Consult, “The high-stakes standoff between Democrats and Republicans in Washington on a potential national debt default could have ruinous consequences for the financial system. It’s also likely to tick a lot of voters off. This time, at least, a plurality of voters would hold both parties in Washington equally responsible for a default on the national debt, according to a new Morning Consult/Politico poll. Beyond that 39 percent share who’d blame both parties, more voters would assign blame to Democrats (31 percent) than Republicans (20 percent). That’s largely on par with results from the same question last week, although the share that would blame Republicans ticked up 4 percentage points from 16 percent.” I am not prognosticating the final outcome of this debt ceiling mess. My guess would be if America did default it is because we stumbled into it during negotiations or in the middle of the legislative process. May I remind the reader that the deadline is an estimate! America could run out of money a bit sooner and it could be later. No one knows for certain!

If this were any other matter, then I would be applauding Democrats for finally standing up to RepubliKKKlans and for taking a strong position at last. I would cheer them on for finally playing hardball, but this is the wrong game. Nonetheless, where Democrats succeed in strength they seem to fail in cognition. Of course, they can never be both simultaneously. It’s usually thoughtfulness at the expense of strength, but not this time.

Here is the problem: Dumbass Democrats are underestimating RepubliKKKlans’ nihilism and overestimating voters’ intelligence. What else is new in America? Schumer — that frustrating f***tard — repeatedly stands on the Senate floor lecturing McConnell and RepubliKKKlans in an attempt to shame them. I swear to f***ing God! If I have to listen to Schumer cry “shame! shame! shame!” on RepubliKKKlans one more f***ing time for anything, then I’m going to reach through my laptop and strangle the idiot. OMG. RepubliKKKlans cannot be shamed! Ever! You can’t guilt them! Ever! Yet, dumbass Democrats keep trying to score some political points by calling them shameful, irresponsible, reckless, and hypocrites. Hello, Democratic morons. These are all attributes RepubliKKKlans embrace and enjoy. Such pejoratives are completely lost on them. Thus, Democrats underestimate RepubliKKKlans’ ability to have a conscience. They also underestimate RepubliKKKlans’ indifference to destroy the economy; they want the economy to tank under Biden and Democrats. The worse and the longer the economic disaster the more RepubliKKKlans believe it will help them win in 2022 and 2024. And they would be right to believe that because, as the Morning Consult articles evinces, voters will blame Democrats more than RepubliKKKlans, which brings me to my next point.

American voters are f***ing morons and dumbass Democrats keep overestimating voters’ capacity to reason and understand the maneuvers of the government under which they live. The optics for the average voter is pretty simplistic: Democrats control the White House, the House (barely), and the Senate (even more barely); ergo, they control everything — from the functioning of state governments to the American economy to the price of gas to local weather — which, of course, is not even close to reality, but since when have voters ever let reality inform their political judgment? Never! Recall, traitor trump was elected (and captured 10 million more votes in 2020) based on a personality built on a sham; his entire presidency was a con, so people vote for the unreal all the f***ing time. This is the truth that Democrats are trying to explain to voters, which is like trying to explain Shakespeare to monkeys: RepubliKKKlans would rather actively block Democrats from raising the debt ceiling than simply get out of the way for Democrats to vote. The key is the use of unanimous consent in regular order in the Senate — this entire issue is a Senate problem. These are rather fundamental concepts that moronic voters should understand about their government but would prefer not, for whatever reasons. Regular order simply means that the Senate will abide by the usual rules to debate and pass legislation. Unanimous consent is a process of “inverse” voting. I say inverse because in my mind is it. Normally, people would vote to pass something, but with unanimous consent, the assumption is a vote passes, unless one person votes to oppose. In other words, one person can object and the motion dies instead of the usual majority or supermajority threshold for passage. When legislators ask for unanimous consent, they are basically asking for everyone to nod and move on. But RepubliKKKlans won’t allow that — specifically to end debate (cloture) over a bill to raise the debt ceiling. Thus, they are actively voting to stop progress and actively putting the economy in danger. RepubliKKKlans could agree to unanimous consent and not vote for the bill as they keep threatening; they could just let all Democrats vote to pass the legislation and let Democrats take the “blame,” while keeping their voting record clean, but no. RepubliKKKlans are economic terrorists and they want chaos, just like their leader, traitor trump. This all comes back full circle. Of course, this is all legislative nuance that dumbass Democrats think voters are dutifully following and discerning, which, of course, they are not.

All that being said, what Democrats should have done is take McConnell at his word from the being — months ago — instead of trying to call his bluff this close to the deadline. They should have passed debt limit legislation through the reconciliation process over the summer, especially when Biden was living out a string of disastrous foreign policy decisions. At the very least, Democrats could have claimed they single-handedly saved the economy from obstructionist RepubliKKKlans and their ruinous economic terrorism. At this point, Democrats are running a huge risk that could seal RepubliKKKlan dominance for a decade to come because I promise you there is only one thing all voters are going to remember if America defaults on its debt: It happened under Democrats’ watch. Full stop! No ambiguity. No confusion. No subtlety. Consequently, Democrats will reinforce the canard that RepubliKKKlans are better for the economy, which is another persistent myth that f***tard voters of America seem to believe unquestionably year after year and one RepubliKKKlan recession (Bush I) after another RepubliKKKlan recession (Bush II) after another RepubliKKKlan recession (traitor trump).
