SCOTUS and Abortions: Let It Happen

Sure! Why not? It’s time to overturn Roe v. Wade. I’m deadly serious, and I’ve said it before, so just f*** it at this point. This has been a forty-seven-year fight waged by conservatives and RepubliKKKlans against liberals and dumbass Democrats, a fight dumbass Democrats have been abjectly incapable and unwilling to engage vigorously. So, be it! The weak and right party lost while the strong and wrong party won. We bet on the wrong horse. And, yes, I am reducing the seriousness of abortion rights to betting on a horse race because it is precisely the level of triviality and the gamble dumbass Democrats placed on SCOTUS and the hottest of all hot button issues ever since Roe v. Wade was decided. Democrats declared victory forty-seven years ago and walked away, never looking back and never thinking twice about women’s reproductive rights or SCOTUS again — until now, it seems. Elections have consequences, morons! Liberals and dumbass Democrats have entirely failed to make that point, election cycle after election cycle, and one confirmed right-wing nutjob judge after another confirmed right-wing nutjob judge. What does one expect when the left wing of the political spectrum falls asleep at the wheel? So, f*** it! This is precisely the America for which people voted, wittingly or unwittingly.

But whatever! Maybe liberals and progressives will get woke now? I f***ing doubt it. No! I know they won’t. Certainly not woke enough to matter or change things. Perhaps just woke enough to endure mindlessly, which is not far from the current state of the progressive moment. I don’t care anymore. I never had a dog in the abortion fight anyway. So, let women be forced to endure things with their bodies that they don’t want. Who cares about women’s rights anyway? Clearly, most women who voted for traitor trump propelling him to victory, don’t care, so why should I? Americans clearly don’t mind old white men telling all women what to do with their bodies, so why should I be concerned? Why should I care about a resurging misogynistic ethos in America? America’s men have always detested women, so now it’s just more pronounced, bolder, and about to be enshrined into law. In the end, what will it matter? Abortion protection will merely be removed at the federal level, thereby moving the question to the states. Thus, state by state will determine abortion rights, and those red states will ban it outright. So, let those women suffer. They can always move or, God forbid, do the unthinkable — vote out RepubliKKKlan state lawmakers and replace them with progressives. But, once again, who am I kidding? That will never happen.

Or, women can always go back to coat hangers because making abortions illegal has never actually stopped abortions; it just pushes them underground where they are performed in unsafe conditions and by desperate do-it-yourself practitioners. What will naturally follow is legislation that punishes women (with jail time) for attempting or successfully terminating a pregnancy, which is consistent with traitor trump’s call to punish women for seeking an abortion. Don’t think for one G.D. second RepubliKKKlans will stop with merely outlawing abortions; they will jail women who legally get abortions in other states, for states can and conservative states will most certainly regulate what their female residents can and cannot do with their own bodies in another state. Ending Roe v. Wade is just the beginning: “Theoretically, a state opposed to abortion could enact a law prohibiting its female citizens from traveling to another jurisdiction to obtain a legal abortion.” (See Extraterritoriality of Restrictive State Abortion Laws: States Can Abort Plans to Abort at Home but Not Abroad for a detailed discussion.) Does anyone think that this new conservative SCOTUS would not uphold a state which does pass such an onerous law? Only in America have we gone from abortions being legal, safe, and rare to illegal, dangerous, and no less rare.

Dumbass Democrats and progressives have lived the last forty-seven years practicing complete complacency regarding civil rights and personal liberties. I’m over it! I’m just over it! It’s all fun and games until half the population loses a fundamental human right, and then suddenly, it becomes a serious matter. Sadly, it’s too late. The irreparable harm has already come to pass. Elections have consequences — a lesson dumbass Democrats, liberals, progressives, and Independents will never, ever learn. Welcome to stupid America!

From the Miami Herald, “Three family members have been charged with a hate crime after kidnapping and beating a gay man so severely that he was permanently blinded, Broward County prosecutors said Tuesday. Two parents and their son were formally charged Tuesday on counts of first-degree attempted murder, burglary with battery and kidnapping ‘with prejudice’ — all charges enhanced under Florida’s ‘hate crime’ law. That means they all face up to life in prison on each count.”

It’s happening, morons. I’ve warned the LGBTQ community repeatedly to arm up! This is a gun-crazy society, so the gays may as well arm up to protect themselves from rising gay hate. Mark! My! Words! F***tards! RepubliKKKlans are encouraging gay hatred and violence. They no longer use dog whistles. Now, they use bullhorns, and the haters listen and react accordingly. Yet, I fear LGBTQ members are still oblivious to the impending violence that is becoming normalized and encouraged. It’s Offical

According to Vox, “Prosecutors dropped murder charges on Sunday against a 26-year-old southern Texas woman over an alleged ‘self-induced abortion,’ admitting that she had not committed a crime. But her case is an example of the lengths to which red states are willing to go to restrict abortion access — and abortion advocates worry it could have a chilling effect on pregnant people seeking medical care in Texas.” This example is, of course, the next logical step once Roe is overturned, and for all you f***tards out there who still think otherwise, then you are too stupid to live.

Actually, let me take a detour to explain how believing that Roe will survive at this late point is even more moronic. All these states rushing to pass abortion restrictions only enhances the argument for SCOTUS to reverse Roe. One has to remember that justices love to look at what’s going on in the states — the “laboratories” of American democracy — to understand the tide of sentiment on the matter. And by “tide,” I mean just the conservative side of views, for we all live under conservative justices’ interpretation of law now. They will look to these red states where legislatures and governors are passing ever-increasing abortion restrictions to convince themselves that the citizens of those states know better how to regulate other women’s bodies. Of course, this is a circular logic trap that RepubliKKKlans are dying to spring on the rest of America. It works like this: A conservative super-majority SCOTUS has finally been formed, creating a block of justices who don’t have to act hastily to protect abortion rights. Consequently, they drag their feet on abortion lawsuits, allowing abortion bans to take effect while they enable the purposely slow wheels of justice to grind. Recall that abortions in Texas have been effectively banned for six months at this point — a Constitutionally protected right has been prohibited, and no one cares. In the meantime, RepubliKKKlan states feel emboldened to pass one restrictive abortion law after another to the point where such laws are no longer “novel.” Now, they have become “mainstream” because SCOTUS refuses to do anything, thereby encouraging more abortion bans. Yet, it is this same escalation of anti-abortion legislation that SCOTUS will point to as part of their justification to take away women’s rights to privacy. So, if you’re too stupid to see what’s happening, then do humanity a favor and self-abort yourselves!

Now I may return to my main point. Next will be laws establishing murder, attempted murder, and accessory to murder after Roe. Mark my words, morons! Oh, but RepubliKKKlans won’t stop there. As I have already said, red states will make it illegal to cross state lines to receive abortive healthcare, and RepubliKKKlans will undoubtedly go through extraordinary lengths to exercise their Gestapo state police powers. I can already foresee laws demanding access to a person’s medical records to verify if she had an abortion. This is just the beginning, morons. I don’t know how many times I have to keep repeating myself, but RepubliKKKlans want to turn America into a Russian satellite state, and no one cares — naturally. The rollback of people’s rights, especially minorities, has already begun, and the political reaction across the nation has been silence because of — inflation! Oh, well! Get ready, morons. This is what the death of democracy looks like. Welcome to stupid America. Dumber by the day, and the stupid cannot be undone!

Guns Everywhere — Who Cares?

According to CNN, “Eight people were shot and eight others injured in a mass shooting in a Brooklyn subway during Tuesday morning rush hour, according to FDNY spokesperson Amanda Farinacci. A preliminary investigation shows a possible smoke device was detonated, according to a senior law enforcement official. The NYPD said that there were no active explosive devices at this time.”

Eh! So, what? Who cares anymore? Seriously? This is just another day in America with a mass shooting, and nothing ever changes, and nothing ever will. This is yet another “thoughts and prayers” moment from RepubliKKKlans who will insist more guns everywhere is actually safer — good guys with guns outnumber bad guys with guns as if each wears an identifying badge. Dumbass Democrats will get hammered for being “soft on crime” because they are against guns-for-all policies and for gun regulation. Guns are the problem! So, whatever! I’m tired of writing about gun violence in America because nothing ever changes. I am becoming more convinced that this is, ultimately, Mother Nature thinning the herd of America’s idiocracy. America is too stupid to fix the problem of gun violence, so nature will take care of the problem for us.

Moreover, this is how RepubliKKKlans gain power, and dumbass Democrats lose it because typically, the smart ones are shot, leaving morons of America to rule the country and — most importantly — sell more guns! You get a gun! And you get a gun! And you get a gun! RepubliKKKlans always win the argument when it comes to gun violence. Morons of America always believe the RepubliKKKlan rhetoric and never give Democrats the power to change gun laws. It’s always the same, every time. Make no mistake, f***tards! This is what RepubliKKKlans want; they want a society living in perpetual fear of everyone else, especially minorities; they want everyone armed to justify and execute their actions when they are afraid, which is at all times ideally. According to The Hill, “Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) on Friday warned of a coming ‘Cold War’ between Florida and Georgia if Democratic candidate Stacey Abrams wins the gubernatorial election in the state. During a press conference in Gulf County, in Florida’s northwest, DeSantis referenced the ongoing Master’s Tournament in Georgia, using it as an apparent segue into discussing the state’s elections. DeSantis said he ‘really appreciates our Georgians’ but voters would have to ‘take care’ of the 2022 election to prevent Abrams from winning.”

Civil war is coming, folks! I don’t know how many f***ing times I have to say it or how much more proof I need to share. Granted, it’s not happening tomorrow, but I think it will happen within the next two presidential cycles. When you have the governor of a major state like Flordia basically threatening Georgian voters with a “Cold War” if they don’t vote right, then it is a serious, serious warning that political leaders are not only alluding to war outright — cold or otherwise — but thy are also willing to escalate the rhetoric. With DeSantis, in particular, the hatred toward fellow American citizens is more pronounced and alarming. Words matter, morons! RepubliKKKlans truly hate the other side. There is no mild contempt they hold for all the “others.” And for RepubliKKKlans, politics is either rule or be ruled, and they will not be ruled! Americans really need to wake the f*** up and start paying attention to the decline of America, for in the nation’s fracturing lies war! You don’t need a 50/50 split to warrant war. A 60/40 split works just as well. Welcome to stupid America!

According to the brilliance of CNN, “Make no mistake: McConnell, in refusing to say whether he would hold hearings for any potential Supreme Court nominee in 2023 — which is not an election year — is seeking to, again, move the goalposts of how and when the Senate will confirm justices.” No, no! Once again, the MSM is full of idiots. McConnell’s goalposts remain precisely where they have always been for years: Whenever a Democrat is president and RepubliKKKlans control the Senate, then there will be no SCOTUS confirmations. Full stop! Since Obama, this has always been the case, so I have no idea why Chris Cillizza believes the situation has changed with McConnell’s “revelation.” Perhaps the morons in the MSM want to keep believing in the old traditions, the old ways, a civil RepubliKKKlan Party. So, f***ing G.D. stupid!

Look, f***tards. McConnell denied Merrick Garland’s confirmation on the rationalization that it was an election year, yet McConnell confirmed Amy Coney Barrett while people were voting (out traitor trump) in the 2020 election. So, what does that say? What should the idiot MSM have deduced from McConnell’s actions back then? Exactly what I just said: The goalposts have not changed; a RepubliKKKlan-control Senate will never confirm a SCOTUS nominee put forward by a Democratic president. Ugh! Now, this from The New York Times, “Overcoming a concerted effort by conservative Republicans to derail her nomination, Judge Jackson was confirmed on a 53-to-47 vote, with three Republicans joining all 50 members of the Democratic caucus in backing her.” Historic! Congratulations to Justice Jackson!

Of course, racist RepubliKKKlans Rand Paul and Aunt Lindsey Graham had to get their final digs in during roll call. First, Aunt Graham failed to wear the required tie to be present on the Senate floor, so he had to vote from an antechamber. Second, Paul held up the final vote count because they couldn’t find him; apparently, he forgot about the most historic SCOTUS confirmation in the nation’s existence! In short, both these douchebags had to showcase their contempt for Justice Jackson because they’re racists. And, naturally, dumbass Democrats had to indulge Paul! Instead of waiting for him to saunter into the chamber eventually, they could have closed the voting to cast his “no” vote. F*** that! She already had the majority to be confirmed. If he can’t be bothered to make sure he’s present by the time his name is called, then f*** him and his vote! But, oh no! Dumbass Democrats always have to place nice. God! F*** me! Why would they give him the satisfaction of being on the record as a vote against when, in truth, he should have been a no vote because he was not present. And we wonder why Democrats lose more often than they win; they have no idea how to play political hardball!

Joe Scarbrough: ‘How Bad Democrats Are at Playing Politics’

No true words have ever been spoken. My God! There are days that I really have to believe Democrats are dumber than RepubliKKKlans. I’ve always known Democrats have been weak while showing a few, sporadic moments of strength, but all in all, they are a feckless bunch, and in this pivotal time in American history, when political ruthlessness is needed to save our country, we are stuck with dumbass Democrats. As I have said countless, countless times before, Biden is the intermission to the end of democracy. This administration is merely a speed bump when we had been hoping — I know, I hate the word hope — that by some miracle of God, Democrats would be the wall, but 2021 clearly evinced the futility of such daydreaming. Regrettably, in the end, Democrats always revert to their true selves: An incompetent political party that doesn’t understand the game. I’ve been saying from the start that Democrats keep acting like they have majority control of Congress. They! Do! Not! How many f***ing times do I have to say it? How long before dumbass Democrats actually understand this fact? I’m talking technically and realistically. May I remind Democrats and readers that there are 48 elected Democrats and two elected Independents in the Senate. Democrats are fortunate that the Independents (King and Sanders) caucus and usually vote with Democrats, but the fact remains that the Democratic Party is still unable to get 50 elected Democrats in the Senate. Then there are the DINOs, which are a whole other issue and present more of a roadblock than the Independents. So, Democrats really need to be — should have been — focused on getting more Democrats elected to Congress.

That brings me to my next point. Biden should have said from day one: Thank you for electing me, but it is not enough. I need more Democrats in elected office — everywhere and at every level, especially in Congress. He should have said that 50-50 is not a majority, and there is very little I can do with such a Senate, except confirming judges — something on which Democrats should be more focused. From the very beginning of his term, he should have tempered expectations because of not having said majority. Indeed, ideally, he needs a supermajority, but one pipe dream at a time. Then he should have immediately started campaigning for the midterms to achieve a true majority. But no! Instead, he and every other dumbass Democrat interrupted a 50-50 Senate as a mandate from the people. That is why we are exactly in the spot we’re in now: Biden is essentially no more popular than traitor trump. Then I am sadly reminded that Biden probably won more because of the anti-traitor trump vote than because of the pro-Biden vote. The question then becomes this: Are voters, especially Independents, willing to go back to traitor trump? Yes! Welcome to stupid America!

Going Hypersonic — Thank You, Biden

From CNN, “The US successfully tested a hypersonic missile in mid-March but kept it quiet for two weeks to avoid escalating tensions with Russia as President Joe Biden was about to travel to Europe, according to a defense official familiar with the matter. … The US has placed a renewed emphasis on hypersonic weapons following successful Russian and Chinese tests in recent months, exacerbating the concern in Washington that the US is falling behind on a military technology considered critical for the future. … The US has been careful not to take steps or make statements that could unnecessarily escalate the tensions between Washington and Moscow. On Friday, the US canceled a test of the Minuteman III intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) to avoid any misinterpretation by Russia. Austin had already postponed the test in early March to avoid any actions that could be misconstrued by Russia at such a sensitive time.”

It is about f***ing time that America started to advance in hypersonic technology. It’s embarrassing that Russia and China have been ahead of us with this type of weaponry. Clearly, it took Biden to light a fire under the American military, for traitor trump could not achieve the same success with his administration because he was too busy golfing. Of course, the Biden administration got it done, while the traitor trump administration allowed enemy states to advance ahead of America. So much for traitor trump’s “America First” scam. With traitor trump, RepunliKKKlans, MAGA morons, evil evangelicals, and QAnon kooks, it’s always been America last in the world, and America’s lack of hypersonic technology under the traitor trump is a perfect example of it!

Now, I wish America et al. would stop worrying about escalating tensions with Putin. Look, f***atrds! Putin will do what Putin is going to do regardless of what America says or doesn’t say, does or doesn’t do. He doesn’t need a reason to escalate because he’ll just make one up. He’s already blamed everything and everyone else for the invasion, the failed progress of the war, and Russia’s military retreat. So, it doesn’t matter what the West says or does. In fact, our holding back actually signals weakness to Putin, so we should be out, loud, and proud in the face of Putin. Wake the f*** up, America! Wake the f*** up Western et al. nations! Now is the time to crush Putin and Russia! The West needs to rid the world of this terrorist leader and the terrorist nation before it’s too late!

One Word: Post-Reconstruction

From The New Civil Rights Movement, “Right-wing evangelical Franklin Graham spent the weekend promoting anti-LGBTQ extremist hate to his nearly 10 million Facebook followers, including by attacking The Walt Disney Company, criticizing the Biden administration’s support of medically-necessary treatment for transgender children, posting a video of his home state’s Lt. Governor preaching jaw-droppingly vulgar attacks on transgender people, and even calling for ‘regime change’ in the United States because he opposes science that support LGBTQ children and teens.”

I don’t know what else to say to the LGBTQ community. The walls are closing in on the gays. Do not think these latest attacks on gay rights are simply another phase of the same bigotry. RepubliKKKlans and evil evangelicals are intensifying their attacks. This is not more of the same but in a different decade. This is altogether more dangerous.

And do not delude yourselves into believing that it means anything in the 21st century that LGBTQ members have risen to more positions of political power than ever before. Undoubtedly, more gay and transgender people are in government positions, including governors, mayors, legislators (state and federal), executives (state and federal; e.g., Secretary of Transportation), and judges. Yet such progress means nothing, for it can all be reversed. How can I say such a thing? How improbable would it be for society to turn on a minority group that continues to progress year after year? Surely, once the door has been opened, it can never be closed. The LGBTQ community has achieved too much political power to be shoved back into the closet.

I have considered these questions, but then I am reminded of another historical achievement and its aftermath: Emancipation, Reconstruction, and post-Reconstruction. Without going into historical detail, suffice it to say that during Reconstruction, Blacks achieved much — economic, educational, and political parity with their white counterparts. But in 10 years, when Reconstruction ended and Jim Crow began, all those achievements were erased. So, do not think that gay rights are safe in America. History has already proved the counterfactual with Black rights. Wake the f*** up LGBTQ members. Rise up! They are coming for your rights, and they will not stop until they succeed. When people pine for a Christain white nationalist America, they mean to exclude the gays too. Mark my words!
