According to CNN, “The Supreme Court’s decision to hear Donald Trump’s claim that he should be shielded from criminal prosecution keeps the justices at the center of election-year controversy for several more months and means any verdict on Trump’s alleged subversion of the 2020 vote will not come before summer. The country’s highest court wants the final word on the former president’s assertion of immunity, even if it may ultimately affirm a comprehensive ruling of the lower federal court that rejected Trump’s sweeping claim.” What’s so amazing about this appeal is not that it was requested and granted, but listening to idiot MSM legal “experts” like Neal Katyal and Glenn Kirschner who keep trying to convince us that the wheels of the courts turn slowly but inexorably towards justice. This is, of course, B.S.! F***tard Americans refuse to get it. Still! Time after time and one “stunning” development after one “stunning” development, morons of America simply do not want to see the writing on the wall. And that writing is this: Traitor trump always gets away with it. Always! One would think that this guy avoiding justice for all of his life is somehow an indication that he won’t get away with all his criming in the final few years of his life. There will be no comeuppancece. There will be no cosmic correction for this guy. There is no karma. Mark my words, morons!

Traitor trump has spent his whole life avoiding and delaying justice, and the same thing is happening here in this case. Through SCOTUS’ grant, both his federal trials will be delayed indefinitely and will never — I repeat, never — go to trial before the election. Have you noticed that all these delays are two weeks? The appellate court took two weeks to write and issue its opinion. SCOTUS took two weeks to finally say they’ll take up the case, which could have just as quickly been communicated in a couple of days. And let’s not pretend some justices on the fence couldn’t quite make up their minds about granting certiorari. This was a quick 5-4 (at least) decision to review the case from day one, which only leaves the two-week delay as nothing more than a homage to traitor trump, who claims all his policy positions and other notable events are always two weeks away. For traitor trump, everything was in two weeks. It appears the courts and SCOTUS are paying tribute to traitor trump through this sense of “timely” “urgency” conveniently marked by two weeks.

To be sure, this case will be another SCOTUS cliffhanger whereby they’ll wait until the last week — probably the last day — of the term to render a decision, which will be June 30. More delays. More “urgency” to do nothing except help traitor trump. What SCOTUS is doing is so subtle and so imperceptibly incremental that one may be forgiven for believing they are acting with haste, but I assure you they are not. By “rushing” the case to oral arguments in two months but then dragging their feet for another three months to make a determination, that leaves no time for the case to come to trial if, that is, the court holds he does not have immunity, and, at this point, this is a coin toss given the makeup of the Court. Because, as I have repeatedly said, this SCOTUS wants to enshrine an imperial presidency (for RepubliKKKlan presidents only) into the Constitution, and what better way to do that than to decide on a legal case whereby a former president claims his actions while in office are beyond reproach. This Court agrees with that notion, and they will engrave into our Constitution the idea that the president is, indeed, above the law. They will claim the only remedy is impeachment, which will never happen under a RepubliKKKlan presidency. (And don’t get me started on the impossibility of finding a jury that will convict traitor trump according to my First Axiom.) Mark my words! Mark them well. Traitor trump is going to walk back into the White House a free man with no criminal convictions and ready to be a dictator for life as morons of America cheer him on in the streets. This! According to Live 5 News, “The 18-year-old son of Rep. Lauren Boebert, R-Colo., was arrested on Tuesday and faces 22 charges after a series of alleged vehicle and property thefts around Garfield County, Colorado, authorities said. Tyler Boebert is charged with four counts of criminal possession of a financial device, three counts of first-degree criminal auto trespass with intent to commit a crime, four counts of criminal possession of ID documents, one count of conspiracy to commit a felony, four counts of ID theft possession with intent to use, three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and three counts of theft less than $300, according to the Rifle Police Department. Lauren Boebert, 37, is currently serving her second term as the representative for Colorado’s third congressional district. She decided to switch districts in December to escape a tough reelection bid.”

I’ve heard other dumbass Democrats (and even more conservative never-trumpers) support this ‘uncommitted’ drive as a means for voters to express their disenchantment with Biden’s “handling” of the Israel-Gaza war as if Biden is helping Bibi plan military movements. I’ve heard these same people praise this “protest” movement during the primary as the politically correct way to express opposition and send a message to Biden. They contend better a protest vote in the primary than in the general election. But here’s the problem with that line of reasoning: When our democracy hangs in the balance here at home and authoritarianism is gaining prominence worldwide, there is no time for a “protest” vote, no matter how well-intended or innocuous. Dumbass Democrats and other pro-democracy allies in America need to be in complete solidarity and committed to preserving our government in lock-step. Any show of weakness or discontent is an opportunity for RepubliKKKlans to drive a wedge between Democratic voters. I’ve also heard that these “uncommitted” voters will, eventually, return to vote for Biden come November. That may be true for most of these people, but considering Michigan will probably be decided on the margins that are more in line with the 2016 election, Democrats can only afford to lose 10,000 votes, give or take a couple thousand. Moreover — and apparently still completely lost on this sh*t-for-brains country — sitting out the 2024 presidential election or voting for a third-party candidate is a vote for traitor trump. But don’t panic — the pioneering spacecraft is still very much alive.” Call me old fashioned, but I prefer the days when only NASA went to Mars, the Moon, or into L2 Earth orbit and actually did so successfully. Maybe I’m spoiled by government achievements such as Mars Pathfinder (1996), Mars Exploration Rovers Spirit and Opportunity (2003), Phoenix Mars Lander (2007), Mars Science Laboratory (Curiosity Rover)(2011), Mars InSight Lander (2018), Mars Perseverance Rover (2020), and the James Webb Space Telescope (2022). To be sure, NASA has had its fair share of failures, even recently, but not many. And I find it mildly amusing that Intuitive Machines is trying to convince us that a lander on its side is “alive and well” and “still functioning.” What part of their plan and which scientific experiments were intended to be conducted with a spacecraft tipped over? Except for the lander’s ability to communicate, the machine is worthless. I don’t know what they hope to achieve or claim as success. Sure, the lander did not crash and burn, so I guess that is something. I’m not necessarily against commercial or privatized space exploration, but maybe in the advancement of humanity, we should leave it to We the People.

According to NBC News, “Former President Donald Trump on Friday weighed in for the first time on the Alabama Supreme Court’s ruling on in vitro fertilization a week ago, signaling that he opposes the decision and urging the state legislature to pass a measure to protect those services.” He’s a moron, just like every other politician calling for Alabama to “protect” IVF services. Apparently, these f***tards completely missed the subtext of the Alabama Supreme Court’s opinion. Even though the justices ruled on the wrongful death liability (not criminality) of the defendant who “killed” the embryos, the opinion was written with the criminality aspect in mind. They basically all but said disposing of an embryo is murder. Indeed, it is not just your regular murder but the murder of the image of God, who will unleash His vengeance for such heresy. Allow me to repost the peachiest part of the opinion.

In summary, the theologically based view of the sanctity of life adopted by the People of Alabama encompasses the following: (1) God made every person in His image; (2) each person therefore has a value that far exceeds the ability of human beings to calculate; and (3) human life cannot be wrongfully destroyed without incurring the wrath of a holy God, who views the destruction of His image as an affront to Himself. Section 36.06 recognizes that this is true of unborn human life no less than it is of all other human life — that even before birth, all human beings bear the image of God, and their lives cannot be destroyed without effacing his [sic] glory (pp 37-38). Does that sound like a court willing to countenance any law protecting IVF services? Seriously, what level of stupidity has to exist in the minds of politicians and other hope-casting citizens who refuse to believe the obvious: Alabama is the first theocratic state, and no amount of public outrage or political pressure is going to force RepubliKKKlans to change course. It is just a matter of time before some aspiring white Christian nationalist prosecutor brings criminal charges against the original defendants in this case or any other IVF patient and doctor involved in the process whereby an embryo was destroyed. Because, you know, there is no statute of limitation on murder. All it takes is one homicide case to come before the court for them to claim that the destruction of an embryo is criminal murder. And then all hell is going to break loose. Moreover, any legislation passed to “protect” IVF will similarly be challenged and overturned as unconstitutional because, you know, ya can’t legalize murder, or more precisely, there is no defense for terminating a clump of cells that has a “right to life.” Oh, well. The end is coming, morons. I’ve been saying this since the day RBG died. Mark my words! Welcome to stupid America!

According to CBS News, “The Alabama Supreme Court has ruled that frozen embryos created during fertility treatments can be considered children under state law. The decision, issued in a pair of wrongful death cases brought by couples who had frozen embryos destroyed in an accident at a fertility clinic, brought a rush of warnings from advocates who said it would have sweeping implications for fertility treatments. Justices, citing anti-abortion language in the Alabama Constitution, ruled Friday that an 1872 state law allowing parents to sue over the death of a minor child ‘applies to all unborn children, regardless of their location.’”

Of course, this is the next logical step after the end of Roe. And, unsurprisingly, no one f***ing cares, or they are too stupid to extrapolate what “returning abortion to the states” actually means. I think what a lot of “experts” failed to envision is that states have now become the “laboratory” of ever-more extreme abortion bans, and not just bans on the procedure but beyond, as some states have started restricting women’s movement across state lines to obtain an abortion, which is also known as healthcare. It only makes sense that an uber-conservative state supreme court would now claim conception equals personhood; a clump of cells is the same as a fully formed baby, but just a tad bit nascent. This becomes the blueprint for other conservative states that intend to criminalize all aspects of pregnancy, including — and perhaps not limited to — contraception, IVF, miscarriage, and abortion.

I don’t know what it takes for f***tard Americans to wake up! But this is happening right under our noses, and people are oblivious. Do not think for a second that a traitor trump presidency will be a moderating factor on this divisive issue; he will not be a RepubliKKKlan president trying to curb the worst impulse, laws, and regulations of other RepubliKKKlan states or a RepubliKKKlan administration and Congress. (And that brings me to another point I rarely articulate as an aside. When RepubliKKKlans take control of the House and the Senate, then the Senate filibuster will be history. No one seems to mention this, especially the morons in the MSM and other such political “experts.” McConnell will be ousted, and the new leader of the Senate will be a hand-picked traitor trump sycophant who will end the filibuster so that the most wicked and destructive legislation can pass Congress with only a simple majority. Then, we come to the slide toward theocracy in this ruling. As the majority opinion states, “‘We believe that each human being, from the moment of conception, is made in the image of God, created by Him to reflect His likeness. It is as if the People of Alabama took what was spoken of the prophet Jeremiah and applied it to every unborn person in this state: “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, Before you were born I sanctified you.” Jeremiah 1:5 (NKJV 1982).’” I did not know that the Bible was considered a source of legal reasoning. I’m sure people of the Jewish faith will have something to say about this ruling since they consider life to begin with the first breath. “And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul” Genesis 2:7 (KJV). Also from the ruling, “In summary, the theologically based view of the sanctity of life adopted by the People of Alabama encompasses the following: (1) God made every person in His image; (2) each person therefore has a value that far exceeds the ability of human beings to calculate; and (3) human life cannot be wrongfully destroyed without incurring the wrath of a holy God, who views the destruction of His image as an affront to Himself (pp. 37-38).” Yes, you read that correctly. A justice of the state’s High Court warns of God’s wrath in a legal document. America is doomed, and no one cares!

Oh, but the theological references in the “opinion” (more like religious dogma) don’t stop there. We’ve all read the couple of quotes in the MSM invoking God in the opinion, but I was curious about how much religiosity was used in a “legal” document; and I put legal in quotes because from reviewing the actual ruling — not MSM snippets — it became evident that man’s law, which we should all be judge by, has been replaced with Christian law and order, which may be more recognizable by another hot-button reference: Sharia Law. Oh, yes. RepubliKKKlans et al. rail against Sharia Law being imposed upon Americans — falsely — only to embrace Christian Law. In the Alabama case, the state supreme court uses “God” in the opinion 41 times; “His,” “Him,” or “Himself” nine times; and “Creator” six times. They quote the Bible no less than four times, namely from the books of Genesis, Exodus, and Jeremiah. They also quote a litany of Christian theologians and clergymen “experts” to support their arguments and, of course, frame their reasoning in SCOTUS’ preferred “history and tradition” perspective. Those theologians include Thomas Aquinas and John Calvin, among other references to lesser-known religious “scholars” and clergymen, because, of course. Make no mistake, f***tards, this “legal” opinion is just as much a sermon or liturgy intended to establish a white Christian national religion.

But you know. None of this matters. Nothing matters. America is becoming a theocracy, yet no one f***ing cares. It will be all too late by the time f***tards in America wake up to what’s going on. Oh, well. It’s starting in Alabama, then it will spread to the rest of the South, then to the whole country through SCOTUS and traitor trump, who will happily turn America into a theocracy with him as the religious head. Three news articles caught my eye. First from CNN, “Russia is entering its third year of war in Ukraine with an unprecedented amount of cash in government coffers, bolstered by a record $37 billion of crude oil sales to India last year, according to new analysis, which concludes that some of the crude was refined by India and then exported to the United States as oil products worth more than $1 billion. This flow of payments, ultimately to Moscow’s benefit, comes from India increasing its purchases of Russian crude by over 13 times its pre-war amounts, according to the analysis by the Centre for Research on Energy and Clean Air (CREA), exclusively shared with CNN. It amounts to US strategic partner New Delhi stepping in to replace crude purchases by Western buyers, reduced by sanctions over Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, the analysis said.” Sanctions never work. Just ask Iran.

Second from NBC News, “After months of requests from Ukrainian officials, the Biden administration is working toward providing Ukraine with powerful new long-range ballistic missiles, according to two U.S. officials. Late last year, the U.S. began to supply Ukraine with Army Tactical Missile Systems, known as ATACMS, but so far it has provided only the older medium-range ATACMS. Now, the U.S. is leaning toward sending the longer-range version of the missile, the officials said, which would allow Ukraine to strike farther inside the Russian-held Crimean Peninsula.” Too little, too late, as always.

Last from The Guardian, “Russia has said it has taken full control of the eastern Ukrainian city of Avdiivka, its biggest gain since capturing Bakhmut last May, after a retreat by Ukrainian troops. Russian troops launched multiple attacks further west from Avdiivka in a bid for further battlefield gains, a Ukrainian army spokesperson said on Sunday. … The US president, Joe Biden, had warned that the city might fall to Russia due to weapons shortages exacerbated by months of Republican congressional opposition to a new US funding package for the Ukrainian military.” Biden et al.’s naivety about the RepubliKKKlan Party’s resistance led to this.

All of these point to the same conclusion I predicted starting two years ago: The Fall of Ukraine and then Back to the Fall of Ukraine, as a couple of example posts. Let me first reiterate that I am a staunch Ukraine supporter and fervently — and wickedly so — anti-Russian. Save the handful of Russian protestors in that country, I’m perfectly fine with nuking the rest of the population. Nonetheless, I predicted at the start of the Ukraine-Russia war the fall of Ukraine because I knew — I just f***ing knew — that the West would eventually fail Ukraine. Despite pledges from NATO and EU states of unlimited support and whatnot, it’s all been a drip, drip, drip process whereby Zelenskyy has to spend more time traveling to beg countries for help, including the U.S. and Biden. And Biden has failed on this point in a couple of ways. Despite his marshaling NATO cooperation, it has always been a day late and a dollar short. From the very start of the war, Zelenskyy said he needed everything now, yet Biden et al. resisted. They resisted providing jets. They resisted tanks. They resisted short-range missiles. They resisted long-range missiles. You know, everything Ukraine needed to actually win the war. Yet, Biden and the rest of the West opposed providing Ukraine with what they required at the time quickly enough; and where the West relented (e.g., tanks and jets), it has been too little and too late. They’ve promised jets, yet they still have not arrived on the battlefield. More waiting and more delaying. More broken promises.

And now Biden is “considering” long-range missiles. Christ-on-the-f***ing-Cross. After two years, they are only now “considering” doing so when, technically, there is no funding in the U.S. budget for Ukraine. And after two years, the West still hasn’t put its economies on a war footing. War production in the West is non-existent to meet the moment when it should have been cranked up years ago. Whatever! No one cares. The West, after all this time — since 2014 — still has not taken Putin’s aggression seriously, save Poland and the Baltic states, which appear to have a bit more urgency. But I can see how other Western nations are a bit more blasé about the threat of Putin invading more countries since he’ll have to get through Poland, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania first before knocking on the doorsteps of Germany and other countries. Has Europe learned nothing since World War II? (Um, the answer is no.)

And if I have to hear one more dumbass Democrat, including Biden, proclaim they are going to pass a Ukraine funding bill, then I’m going to blow my f***ing brains out. Once again, and as usual, dumbass Democrats are utterly oblivious to the resistance of the RepubliKKKlan Party and MAGA morons led by traitor trump. F***tard Democrats and dotard Biden still fail to apprehend that the RepubliKKKlan Party is nothing more than a wing of the American Putin Party and traitor trump is mini-me Putin. And don’t think for one second that national legislation will stop at 16 weeks. As RepubliKKKlans continue to gain and maintain power and as f***tard Americans acquiesce to conservative political dominance and give up on the issue of women’s bodily autonomy, RepubliKKKlans will quietly sneak in ever-harsher restrictions and lower 16 weeks to a “heartbeat” threshold. To be sure, as of now there is still much fervor over the end of Roe, but that will eventually fade. Mark my words, idiots! If there is one certainty about Americans, then it is their collective ability to simply give up, lose interest, and move on to the next shiny hot-button issue. That’s how people will vote, so don’t expect men to make this a driving concern when they pull the lever for president; and don’t expect women who can’t or don’t plan on getting pregnant in the next few years to vote with abortion rights on their minds.
